I asked sean if he could pop by my house once again as I had a vision but didn’t know if it would work or not. Sean came up with a bespoke design, hand built & completed my fitted storage units to perfection. Would highly recommend and will be using Sean again for future projects.

Sean has done a great job designing and updating my staircase. It looks smart and modern and is safer for my little ones. He worked quickly and fitted us in at short notice. I would 100% recommend.

Luke did an excellent job of fixing a new internal door and realigning another door that was not closing properly. Luke also helped fix a pillar in the porch area as well as mounting security devices in my home. We are very pleased with the quality of Luke's work, his friendliness and willingness to take on last minute requests, all at reasonable rates. We hope to use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

Focus Carpentry (Luke) are a fantastic little Gem of a tradesperson to keep in your armoury. Luke communicated well with us throughout the duration of his work and it was completed, on time and on budget (his prices were well bellow competitive quotes). Luke is a master of his trade in my opinion. He cared about the works that he did for us and was a pleasure to have around the house I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Luke and the services that he provides. Josh and team completed a large kitchen / dining room conversion project for us. Work was completed perfectly, on time, on budget and Josh remained on call for any minor snagging for months after having finished - not that there were many things but he made sure everything was working as expected and as it should be. We first met Josh back in September 2023 when we were seeking quotes for a single storey kitchen extension We found Josh to be very friendly and knowledgeable, and we immediatly got the impression he was honest and trustworthy, and we were not wrong! Josh's quotes were very detailed, giving a clear breakdown of all the work and its associated costs, and right from the start we knew exactly what we were getting for our money. One the day work started we were appointed a Project Manager who was very friendly and helpful. A WhatsApp page was setup which proved to be very useful for the times when it was not possible to talk face to face. We always received friendly, helpful and quick responses to our many requests and questions. As the build progressed we quickly realised that we were deaing with a very professional team. All of the work was carried out to a very high standard, and we were constantly amazed at how hard the team worked. Having been very impressed with the standard of work on the extension, we expanded the scope to include a kitchen installation, new patio and numerous other improvements, all of which were carried out to the same high standard of workmanship and professionalism. We are still amazed at the transformation to our house, and we are very grateful to Josh and his team for helping us achieve such a great result. We certainly would highly recommend Josh to anyone considering any type of building work.

I highly recommend choosing Durabuild for jobs big and small. Since we found them they have carried out all the work on our house and we wouldn’t choose anyone else. They have done major work including an extensive kitchen renovation and fit and a loft conversion, also smaller jobs like replacing all doors and architraves and replacing the banisters on the stairs. Their work is always carried out to and exceptional standard with as little disruption to the household and neighbours as possible. The site is always left clean and tidy and the same can be said for all of the various trades they bring in to complete the job. Ben and Luke have also been a great source of advice while we have considered doing various projects helping us get the best value from their work and enhancement to the property.

Durabuild completed a side extension and loft conversion for us in 2024. It was quite a substantial project and we stayed living in our house during the whole work. Ben and Luke made this experience so much easier. They were great at communicating and keeping us informed on what was happening and what was coming up. We can’t speak highly enough of Ryan and his team. The team knew exactly what they were doing. Toby designed and fitted some beautiful cupboards for us. We Have been using them for 6 months now, can tell the quality is good- absolutely no problems. Brilliant communication and also allowed us to change the design (from shaker style to a more traditional finish) at last minute which didn’t affect the final quote.

We got in touch with Toby having followed his work on social media. We had reached the end of a large renovation project and needed some bespoke carpentry items to fit some quirky spaces - fitted ‘open style’ wardrobes in our dresser maximising space, converting a strange shower cupboard in my daughter’s bedroom into some huge storage cupboards (making good the surrounding area), building corner bookshelves in my husband’s study. And creating a storage unit to hide our TV/Console items! On initial meeting, Toby took time to understand our requirements, creating excellent drawings which brought these to life. I got to select the finish in farrow & ball paint to match our rooms, they look fabulous! The products were made and installed with great efficiency. Toby and his team were perfectionists on site and didn’t complete the project until they/us were 100% happy. We would highly recommend his services.

Toby and his colleague Aaron replaced all of our old internal doors with 13 new oak doors which have transformed the look of our house. Toby was very responsive to questions before the work and was the only provider I asked to quote who responded quickly in fact within 24 hours. He suggested slightly different doors to those I proposed which while of the same quality were slightly cheaper. The work was undertaken in a very professional manner and we are very pleased with the outcome and in fact are considering having further work done by Militao Carpentry. They were happy working round our inquisitive dogs, protected the carpets, cleared up at the end of each day (the work took a week) and were always polite and flexible. I would happily recommend.

Hybrid Carpentry did an amazing job transforming our stairs! Mick replaced the carpet with beautiful oak treads and white risers. The team was professional and detail-oriented. We couldn’t be happier with the results—our stairs look stunning!

Mick completely transformed our garage into an excellent usable space. We consulted Mick at the outset of the project and he project managed from start to finish including organising separate contractors for plastering and electrics. Mick also provided advice on potential designs for the garage storage and helped with the procurement of products for the storage. Mick is always incredibly responsive, diligent, a perfectionist in his work. He is also incredibly tidy in a workspace! We can’t recommend Mick enough!

Michael has helped us to update and transform many rooms in our house, adding much needed storage solutions for the bathroom, washer and dryer cupboard, staircase and alcove cupboards. Neil is diligent, professional and very adaptable. He works hard and takes great pride in the end result. He built complicated bespoke wardrobes for our master bedroom and walk in wardrobe. We were so pleased we then added 2 further bedroom given the great job he had done

We first employed Neil to build a bespoke storage unit in our utility room. Neil was fantastic. He was great at translating our ideas into paper and worked quickly and efficiently. We were so happy with the work, we asked him to build bespoke wardrobes for our master and second bedroom. He has done a brilliant job and the end product exceeded our expectations. Neal made me a long wanted under stairs cupboard and it does everything I wanted - holds 3 sets of golf clubs, 5 people’s shoes, laptops, monitors and printer . We looked at companies that specialise in under stairs cupboards but their modules did not suit our needs. It is totally bespoke and holds everything that was previously all around my hallway behind closed doors! Neal is a very efficient, neat and tidy worker who produced a very high quality product. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for some carpentry or joinery work.

Needed a custom fit Wardrobe built in my bedroom and a friend recommended Elliott & Harvey who had done a great job for them. Elliott was quick to respond from the offset after I enquired. Building a wardrobe isn’t my field so he gave me numerous options and really listened to what i wanted and worked within my price budget. Elliott was very flexible and managed to squeeze us in before Christmas which we didn’t expect at all. Genuinely felt like he went out his way to get it done for us whilst we were still living out of bags. The Wardrobe itself took Elliott & Harvey just 1 day to build. On the day itself i was away with work but Elliotts communication around what he had done & giving regular updates was second to none. The quality of the Wardrobe and attention to detail with the shelfs, rails and sliding doors is excellent. Also when i returned from work it was like nobody had been in the house all day due to how tidy they had left it. Very professional, top quality work and would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Brightbuild made a bespoke hardwood front door and frame with an arched top. Excellent workmanship exactly to our specifications. They were on time for appointments and the installation was completed perfectly. They cleaned up after the work - spotless. I would use them again and strongly recommend them.
