Really good experience. It was great to find a well established company that was not only prepared to take on a small bespoke job, but did quality work and was also reasonably priced. They treated us, and the job, with respect and professionalism. The job itself was building a bespoke hallway cupboard which they did really nicely. It looks great and fits perfectly in the space.

Richard and his team were great when we called them up to repair some rotting timbers on our 400yr old cottage! They took everything on their stride and kept us informed every step. They were clean and tidy, and completed the job on time and budget. Richard also returned at short notice a few weeks later when we found another very rotten timber. All work was carried out to an exceptional standard and blends in with the original wall perfectly. Highly recommended, and worth waiting for.

Cranmore Carpentry supplied and installed replacement internal doors to my house in Burpham. All eight doors were fitted with care and precision and the modern door design improved every room. Dan built a bespoke doorframe and fitted a door for the opening to our new extension. Dan was brilliant from start to finish; he gave lots of advice about what was possible for us and then his work was very high quality and Dan took great care with the job. Jonathan installed some kitchen cupboards and drawers for us that needed replacing. He was professional and friendly and took great pride in his work. Ryan and Lewis recently fitted my new kitchen. It was very easy to liaise with them and they were responsive to requests throughout, making helpful suggestions and coordinating the other trades as work progressed. Ryan was recommended to us, and he certainly lived up to that recommendation. I found Orchard Carpentry via Trust a Trader website. Ryan communicates extremely well and has over delivered on the quality of the projects I asked for. Ryan provides a thoughtful and detailed service, considering all issues and resolving. He produced custom made shelving for two rooms and his attention to detail is second to none. My wife and I are very happy indeed. The price was very fair too, not cheap but not expensive. We will be using Ryan for our kitchen refit, within the next few months, as well as any other carpentry requirements. I wholeheartedly recommend Orchard Carpentry.

I asked Ryan to install a shed, what he did was above and beyond the call of duty, he removed two tons of soil and a load of other trash. Installed a perfect shed on an imperfect base, negotiated wonderfully with a tenant and project managed a waste collection job. Honestly I should have paid him more. He’s brilliant.

Greg has just completed an excellent unit for my study, comprising of a well designed cupboard and open bookcase, along with renovating 2 wardrobes. I’m delighted with the results, this has been the first project since my recent move and I plan to book Greg to tackle another project for me as he so helpful with ideas, tidy, careful and it has been a very pleasant person to have working in my home. We used Greg recently at our house where he designed and built two wardrobes in our attic rooms for my daughters and some work in our lounge. His attention to detail was excellent and he was able to make good suggestions for resolving any problems we encountered. We first employed Neil to build a bespoke storage unit in our utility room. Neil was fantastic. He was great at translating our ideas into paper and worked quickly and efficiently. Neal made me a long wanted under stairs cupboard and it does everything I wanted - holds 3 sets of golf clubs, 5 people’s shoes, laptops, monitors and printer . We looked at companies that specialise in under stairs cupboards but their modules did not suit our needs. It is totally bespoke and holds everything that was previously all around my hallway behind closed doors! Neal is a very efficient, neat and tidy worker who produced a very high quality product. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for some carpentry or joinery work.

I used A-Spec to replace our front and side door recently. They were able to get high quality doors with custom spec (colour, matching frame, door furniture) at very competitive pricing. Luke did a brilliant job and made replacing the doors look very easy despite the old doors being a nightmare to take out. We’re delighted with the doors and the job done. Any issues we had with the doors when they were delivered has been no trouble to resolve either, with helpful and willing responses
