Very friendly professional excellent outcome

I found Fine Design through a recommendation from a friend and I'm so pleased I did. We had a few problems so it wasn't just a straight forward bathroom replacement, we had water damage and a wall that needed to be removed to get the bath out, Adem and his team delt with it quickly and efficiently. They kept me informed all the way through, I had chosen a sink but when it came I didnt like it, this was no problem, it went back and by the next day I had one I loved. The quality of the bathroom and the work is brilliant and the price was incredibly reasonable against other quotes. I had ordered blinds separately from Fine Designs that didn't arrive while they were doing the job so Adem very kindly came back to fit them for me.

We asked Jason for a quote to replace our kitchen worktops and install a new sink. He replied very quickly and started 5 days later. He did an excellent job, took everything away and tidied up afterwards. The worktops were very dark and now we have a lovely bright kitchen. We highly recommend Jason.

Jason has just finished fitting our kitchen for us and has done an amazing job - he is clearly a perfectionist as the fit is flawless. His communication from the point of booking has been great, and on the two days of fitting he helped to problem solve a couple of issues with the kitchen design. We’d thoroughly recommend Jason to anyone and I’m sure we will use his services again. I’ll try to attach some photos of the kitchen once worktops and flooring are complete!

Jason was able to take my vision and create a beautiful set of shelves and cupboards for the cosy nook in our kitchen. We were provided with a 5* service throughout. Jason was quick to respond to messages and completed the work to an excellent standard, we would definitely recommend.

Jason and Harry carried out a total renovation of our bathroom. They were punctual and tidy. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and I have no hesitation in using them again or highly recommending them.

Carl and his team have done a magnificent job of turning a dark old fashioned ground floor living room and kitchen in a modern town house, into a beautiful open plan kitchen, living and dining room, space, it all looks amazing, an incredible transformation. Mick completely transformed our garage into an excellent usable space. We consulted Mick at the outset of the project and he project managed from start to finish including organising separate contractors for plastering and electrics. Mick also provided advice on potential designs for the garage storage and helped with the procurement of products for the storage. Mick is always incredibly responsive, diligent, a perfectionist in his work. He is also incredibly tidy in a workspace! We can’t recommend Mick enough!

I have been working with Mick on the renovation of my property for over a year and he has carried out many projects including panelling in my daughter’s bedroom and alcove cupboards and floating shelves in a playroom. However, Mick’s assistance in transforming our hallway deserves a review on its own! After being badly let down by a local building company, Mick came in and helped us create the hallway of dreams! We consulted with Mick about how best to create the hallway we wanted and worked together to create designs and source products. Mick completed a new hallway cabinet and matching shoe cupboard, panelling, picture rail, skirting boards and internal doors. The results are outstanding and has completely transformed our hallway. Mick is incredibly talented as well as a true professional and we have already recommended him to all of our local friends.

Luke has done a lot of work for us.... and there is still quite a bit to do! It is a real pleasure working with him: polite, friendly, helpful, punctual and he always delivers a very high standard quality work. No job is too big or too small, too difficult or too easy, he will simply do it beautifully. John and I really value his help and the excellent work he has done for us. Focus Carpentry (Luke) are a fantastic little Gem of a tradesperson to keep in your armoury. Luke communicated well with us throughout the duration of his work and it was completed, on time and on budget (his prices were well bellow competitive quotes). Luke is a master of his trade in my opinion. He cared about the works that he did for us and was a pleasure to have around the house I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Luke and the services that he provides. Challenge Neal with any space and he'll make a brilliant unit or cupboard to fit! Highly recommend, especially for shoe storage when it's impossible to find the right unit anywhere else. Reasonably priced, efficient, courteous and very professional. You can't really go wrong!

Neil is diligent, professional and very adaptable. He works hard and takes great pride in the end result. He built complicated bespoke wardrobes for our master bedroom and walk in wardrobe. We were so pleased we then added 2 further bedroom given the great job he had done

Neal made me a long wanted under stairs cupboard and it does everything I wanted - holds 3 sets of golf clubs, 5 people’s shoes, laptops, monitors and printer . We looked at companies that specialise in under stairs cupboards but their modules did not suit our needs. It is totally bespoke and holds everything that was previously all around my hallway behind closed doors! Neal is a very efficient, neat and tidy worker who produced a very high quality product. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for some carpentry or joinery work.

We first employed Neil to build a bespoke storage unit in our utility room. Neil was fantastic. He was great at translating our ideas into paper and worked quickly and efficiently. We were so happy with the work, we asked him to build bespoke wardrobes for our master and second bedroom. He has done a brilliant job and the end product exceeded our expectations. We recently worked with Swan Lofts & Extensions Surrey to create a new kitchen extension, upstairs bathroom and garden renovation. Swan where professional and organised from the start. They really listened to what we wanted to achieve with our build and produced a detailed plan and timeline of how we would get there. The attention to detail and care that was taken with our home really took the sting and stress out of having extensive building work done. On top of that everyone we worked with from Swan was friendly, communicative and easy to work with, just what you need from your building team.

Karl and his excellent team did an amazing job for us in Ashtead. They extended and fully renovated our house with a new roof, new windows, plus a new kitchen and lounge in a new 100m2 extension - taking our tired 1960s bungalow into the 21st century. Renovar were the most professional team to quote, and were brilliant from start to finish. They have quickly fixed any small issues since they finished, with zero fuss. Karl takes immense pride in the work they do and has built a trustworthy and experienced team around him. We will definitely use them again in the future. We have also seen them do great work for our friends & neighbours since completing our project. I have no problem at all in fully recommending Renovar to anyone looking to do an extension to their home in the Surrey area.
