I'll join all the praises. This place doesn't get them because it's the only coffee shop in the area. It makes a great coffee, by all standards. And the owner was super friendly as well. Iced flat white was just what we needed after a hike!

A great find! Delicious coffee roasted in the cafe / on site with cakes and sandwiches. Staff member was welcoming and knowledgeable about everything they sold and more! We will be back... worth the drive for us especially with nature reserve around the corner!

I’ve been going to The Chapel for many years now and i can safely say it is the best coffee shop I’ve ever been to! 😁Roberto, the owner, is so friendly and always remembers you and your order. The service from other staff have always been wonderful as well. I am yet to try an iced latte that is as amazing as a Chapel iced latte! Having slowly converted all my family to becoming regulars, I couldn’t recommend it enough 🥰

Been here a few times on and off and so now know The Chapel is consistently top quality! Ingredients are always fresh and the foods I've eaten have always been super tasty and arrived really quickly (even when obviously busy!). Service is always rammed with smiles and warm welcomes. Yet to have the focaccia bread, but had lunch envy today when I saw someone else having it....next time!! oh and the coffee, amazing! I only take it black and the taste was awesome. And last of all...the loos are always clean! You can always tell how well run a place is by the things one doesn't readily see 😎😎

Better food options since last visit. The fish finger sandwich is a really nice idea. It would have been nice if it was lightly toasted and more sauce would be great. The cheese slices didn't seem like Jarlsberg which have holes like Swiss Cheese, it was just processed cheese.

Every Sunday after church, my children and I like to visit Bliss Caffe. We always have a great time there! My kids love to order waffles with fruit toppings and a chocolate drizzle. Here's a picture of them thoroughly enjoying it! 😄 The customer service is fantastic, and the food is served promptly.

Dropped into Bliss Caffe for a meeting and a coffee on Wednesday, and it was a great experience. The staff were super lovely—friendly and attentive—and the coffee was absolutely cracking. A perfect spot for a catch-up or a quick caffeine fix. Highly recommend!

I Calabresi is a charming Italian deli offering a wide selection of dried goods and sweet treats. We went for breakfast and whilst no breakfast is served, the coffee is decent and the staff is friendly. The interior could use a refresh, but the authentic Italian products make it worth a visit.

Went in as it was recommend to me for picky eaters. Brought 2 pizzas he said he could get them ready for 430... I come back at 430 and pizza is ready (not like those big shops that say a time and arnt ready) .. Lovley staff polite and helpful.. 2 picky children are over the moon with their pizza very tasty. Definitely taste its home made. Fluffy. And perfectly cooked... defo going to be going there regular.

I like small businesses and use them a lot. I met Steve ( actual name is Sean but everyone e calls him Steve) the owner and his wife Chi (Clare) about 11 years ago. Regularly stop for a breakfast and cup of tea. I like tge little homely touches. I have brought in customers many times for them but not left a review as yet. I always go for the British menu but Sean does cook Chinese to. You will understand better when you get there. EASY, FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. If coming by car parking in Coulsdon a huge problem now as they built on the biggest one just around thr corner from DD cafe.

Hi there, I'm posting today to recommend DD's Cafe based on the Chipstead Valley Road, Coulsdon. I am eating here 4 or 5 days a week (lunchtimes), the food is very tasty, and the Cottage Pie is to die for, and very reasonably priced. The young couple who run the establishment, are personable, run a clean, friendly cafe....a little gem.

It’s always a great experience at Chai, the coffee is great, and food is always fresh and delicious! I got the chicken wrap which was great. The selection of cakes is incredible, they are not too sweet and are freshly made everyday. The decor is incredible and it’s very comfortable and cozy to sit here. In summers it’s very nice to sit outside.

We visited Nonna Rosa's Cafe today with our whole family of 5. Ice coffee and small expresso are very aromatic, lovely. Our children love chocolate pastries and hot chocolate. I had a vegan cake, very tasty. We sat outside, enjoying the summer sun. I really like the paintings inside, they add a traditional, historical charm. Service is superb!

So happy Abuelas opened. It’s the perfect play place for my 1&3 year old - they are both entertained and safe there. The owner is so lovely and welcoming and is absolutely great with children. The staff regularly clean and reset the play area which makes a huge difference to how appealing it is for kids. The coffee is delicious, the food is pitched just right for kids and adults and the atmosphere is really welcoming. Highly recommend the cakes too.

Have been a few times to this lovely cafe since its opening. It’s been great to have this venue open on our doorstep as a meet up place for new mums and dads and a safe space to take our growing babies to. I look forward to many more visits.
