I’ve been going to The Chapel for many years now and i can safely say it is the best coffee shop I’ve ever been to! 😁Roberto, the owner, is so friendly and always remembers you and your order. The service from other staff have always been wonderful as well. I am yet to try an iced latte that is as amazing as a Chapel iced latte! Having slowly converted all my family to becoming regulars, I couldn’t recommend it enough 🥰

Been here a few times on and off and so now know The Chapel is consistently top quality! Ingredients are always fresh and the foods I've eaten have always been super tasty and arrived really quickly (even when obviously busy!). Service is always rammed with smiles and warm welcomes. Yet to have the focaccia bread, but had lunch envy today when I saw someone else having it....next time!! oh and the coffee, amazing! I only take it black and the taste was awesome. And last of all...the loos are always clean! You can always tell how well run a place is by the things one doesn't readily see 😎😎

Antonio the owner is very pleasant and the coffee is high quality. You need to ask for what you want as there is no show case to choose.

I Calabresi is a charming Italian deli offering a wide selection of dried goods and sweet treats. We went for breakfast and whilst no breakfast is served, the coffee is decent and the staff is friendly. The interior could use a refresh, but the authentic Italian products make it worth a visit.

Went in as it was recommend to me for picky eaters. Brought 2 pizzas he said he could get them ready for 430... I come back at 430 and pizza is ready (not like those big shops that say a time and arnt ready) .. Lovley staff polite and helpful.. 2 picky children are over the moon with their pizza very tasty. Definitely taste its home made. Fluffy. And perfectly cooked... defo going to be going there regular.

A great find! Delicious coffee roasted in the cafe / on site with cakes and sandwiches. Staff member was welcoming and knowledgeable about everything they sold and more! We will be back... worth the drive for us especially with nature reserve around the corner!

Hi there, I'm posting today to recommend DD's Cafe based on the Chipstead Valley Road, Coulsdon. I am eating here 4 or 5 days a week (lunchtimes), the food is very tasty, and the Cottage Pie is to die for, and very reasonably priced. The young couple who run the establishment, are personable, run a clean, friendly cafe....a little gem.

My breakfast definitely lived up to the name 'the full monty' it was huge. On top of 2 fried toast it had a massive piece of bread with toast that I couldn't finish. I ordered bubble on top which was also good.

good food £10 full english breakfast and choice of coffee/tea. very nice service, interesting atmosphere. the toilet looks terrible from the outside, but it is clean, with paper, water and a working hand dryer. I recommend !

Been invaluable during lockdown. Coffee and danish and/or bacon bap each morning plus they managed to get in bread and eggs during early days when these were at a premium.

My grandson loved his burger, cooked to perfection, and the chocolate muffin yum yum . Great friendly atmosphere

So happy Abuelas opened. It’s the perfect play place for my 1&3 year old - they are both entertained and safe there. The owner is so lovely and welcoming and is absolutely great with children. The staff regularly clean and reset the play area which makes a huge difference to how appealing it is for kids. The coffee is delicious, the food is pitched just right for kids and adults and the atmosphere is really welcoming. Highly recommend the cakes too.

A lovely play cafe that Coulsdon definitely needed! Have been a few times with my little one to meet my friends - enjoyed a coffee and delicious cake whilst my daughter had a great time in the ball pit. The owner and staff are always so friendly, clean and safe space to take your little ones.

Lovely place that felt bright and breezy inside and out. I was only there briefly for about half an hour at most and enjoyed a lovely coffee and shared a tuna & sweetcorn toastie with my friend which was very nice. The ingredients tasted fresh. The lady working there who was the owner I think was very pleasant and friendly. The cafe itself seemed small inside although quaint almost, unusual and inviting ~ somewhere to hide away if you wanted to and then the patio garden at the front of the cafe had enough space to house a few tables and chairs, under umbrellas and it all looked out on to a quieter road coming off of a busier street. It was quite delightful but then it was also a lovely hot day and I was feeling in a good mood and these sorts of things also make a difference, don't they? But like I said the lady was nice, the one working there... welcoming but not ott like 👍 I would definitely go there again How can I forget to mention... There were what looked like some delicious cakes inside the cafe, at the counter when I went up to pay, but I didn't buy one.. I was thinking, "Ahh, when I come again I'll have to try one!"

Great place for a coffee and snack. Food is excellent and the two gentlemen that run it have a real sense of humor. The place doesn't look fancy, but you will not be disappointed.

We visited Nonna Rosa's Cafe today with our whole family of 5. Ice coffee and small expresso are very aromatic, lovely. Our children love chocolate pastries and hot chocolate. I had a vegan cake, very tasty. We sat outside, enjoying the summer sun. I really like the paintings inside, they add a traditional, historical charm. Service is superb!

Random pop in for breakfast as I travel all over London. Food was nice, decent portion of food on a big place and well priced. Clean and nicely decorated. Staff were polite and it seems like a popular cafe to the local area as they knew thier customers.
