Fantastic dental surgery! Friendly, warm welcome in a spotless environment. Dr. James Downey is incredibly personable and sets people totally at ease. A great range of services, and a really good location. Highly recommended.

Moved here recently from a large local practice and am so pleased I did. From the very first phone call the experience was friendly and welcoming. Dr Downey is amazingly calm, gentle and patient. My late father was a dentist and at last I've found somewhere I feel I can put my total trust. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I had an excellent experience having a check up and filling done at Arundel Lodge. The friendly and professional service from reception and Dr. Downey were top tier and the pricing throughout was transparent and fair. This clinic is a valuable asset for Dorking and I highly recommend visiting for a check up or if you have any dental issue, to get the best treatment available.

As a terrified patient, I had my appointment today to have a tooth removed ( a visibly front one, for which I was so upset about) Previously, james has worked on my teeth , James ( Jim) is absolutely incredible, as are all of his amazing assistants, I cannot sing praises for Arundel lodge enough, totally brilliant! Vijay and his lovely assistant today were above and beyond!!! So happy , wonderful dentists

Amazing experience. I walked in nervous and scared but the receptionist (I believe her name was Sangeeta) was amazing. While waiting for Dr Bilal, she kept assuring me that the procedure is safe and the Dr. knows what he's doing which made me feel a lot more at ease with the whole experience. Upon meeting with the dentist I felt safe in his hands as he explained everything thoroughly and checked with me to make sure I understand what I’m going through with. I look forward to coming back to continue with my treatment and seeing the team again.

I have always been nervous about dentists due to some traumatic experiences as a child and growing up. However I spoke to the amazing Ailsa who recommended i went to see Saima the dentist and she told me I needed a filling. I was shocked at how gentle she was with the anaesthetic, the filing itself and after I left I had no discomfort at all. I was so pleased. I love how she explained everything so I felt at ease with the process and felt in control. I highly recommend Astek from its customer service, efficiency, kind staff, very bright and cheerful environment and very skilled practitioners. A well deserved 5 stars from me :)

I can't praise the staff at Astek enough, they have been so caring and really given me a 5star experience. From tooth extractions, making sure i was comfortable very step of the way to denture fittings, nothing was to much trouble. Friendly and very approachable. I would highly recommend all of them. Dr Evison is a wonderful dentist. She is patient and professional and is obviously very knowledgeable and qualified. She spent time explaining every step of the procedure and gave time to answering any questions I had. Her approach is confident, kind and secure and this was very reassuring. Wonderful practice! I saw Dr Evison twice for a check-up and to be fitted for a Sleep-eez device. The experience and friendly advice was perfect and the device has been incredibly impactful for my sleep quality. I also had a hygienist session with Agota that was careful and thorough and my teeth and gums feel so much better. Highly recommend!

Recently Dr Meera Mauge went beyond my expectations with her attentions during a difficult time for me. Supportive and empathetic, it gets you through what can bean anxious time. The best dental practise! Receptionists are so friendly and the dentists are great at what they do. Dr Donnie is great at making my son feel comfortable and not nervous when he’s having his dental checkups. The orthodontic treatments they offer are better than anywhere else my teeth are so straight now. Highly recommend.

Attended a free clinic for my 2 year old which I thought was such a great idea for people like me who can’t find a dentist for our young children. I easily made an appointment and there was no waiting time. The clinic was clean and quiet. Very grateful.

I have had a brilliant experience with Dr. Patel. I had a filling fall out and they got me an emergency appointment for a temporary filling early the next morning. I have just been for my appointment to get a proper filling put in 3 weeks later and Dr. Patel was brilliant. He sorted the problem out quickly and let me know the process as he was working on my tooth which made me feel at ease. Will definitely recommend...

David has totally transformed my teeth over the last 3 months using a variety of techniques, skills and planning. You won't be disappointed if you visit him, take his advice and then let him carry out his suggested plan. I am very, very happy with the work he has done for me and have no hesitation whatsoever in completely recommending him. I should have had my plan performed years ago but at least it's done now. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. In my much younger years I had a terrible experience with the dentist which left me scarred with anxiety, yet Dr Akhil and his team were gentle, and reassuring and I did not feel a thing. My son even said I liked Dr Akhil, he is a nice guy and the hygienist seemed to get my son on his side too. A win, win in my books. Dr Akhil Patel has an incredible talent with patients. He is very knowledgeable and easily conveys his expertise in simple terms to relax and assure.

I’m an extremely anxious person when it comes to the dentist and find it to be quite terrifying. Dr Patel soon put my fears to rest and explained everything to me, putting me at ease almost immediately. He explained my treatment clearly, offered me options and worked with me to work out a plan. I’m so grateful to find a dentist who doesn’t push treatments on you, listens to your concerns and works with you to get the work done - thank you so so much - I highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist absolutely come here 10/10!

This practice was rightly recommended to me by my wife and has been excellent. Akhil is very friendly and professional and checked my mouth out very comprehensively. The initial verdict was not great but I appreciated the honesty. I had to have a couple of extractions which I was dreading, but in the event it was all over very quickly. He numbed me up suitably without leaving me a dribbling wreck afterwards, and his post-operative care notes were very useful.
