Being a new patient at Katoomba Dental Practice. My friend, even her parents had much praise and positive feedbacks as to Katoomba Dental Practice. Thankfully my previous dentist was not ‘ up to MY ASK ‘. Therefore i tried Katoomba Dental Practice. No regrets. Staff are all friendly, always smiling and most accommodating. The Practice is always clean and well presented. Giving one a positive, right from the time of entry into the building. My main man - Dr Chin Liu gave me sound advice. With a full explanation as to the process - start to termination. Putting my interests first, with a LONG TERM GOAL. Questions i had were answered and fully explained. My Dental therapist Sophie McKay. Having extensive work done. Her conscientiousness has left a gratefulness with me that has me in confidence in the work done and any further work to still be done. Sophie very thorough - making sure that the best was done. After a short time - i knew i was in good hands. Hence - i was able to relax knowing the work was completed to a high, best standard. Some persons are able to make one comfortable and relaxed. Sophie is able to do that - as she genuinely does care. Again - questions i had were answered and i am better informed than before. My recommendation - is use/ try Katoomba Dental Practice. They have a very solid base/ foundation in knowing exactly what is best for your needs and situation. i see no need, not even long term - to look elsewhere for another Dental Practice. N e v e r - be put off as in having a professional treatment done, over finances. You will always have money, but once your OWN teeth are gone. Substitutes - never fully replace your own teeth.

I have been registered with this practice for over 30 years and I can only describe this dental service as excellent in every way. The staff are some of the nicest, friendliest people offering immense attention to detail and care with the cleanliness of a hospital theatre. My teeth are (and have always been) in excellent order due to the work of Graham Loader and his team. My wife has used other dentists in Sussex closer to our home, but when she moved to this practice in Horley a few years ago, she has been “singing their praises” ever since! If you are lucky enough to join this practice, you would not be disappointed. A full Five Stars!

I had my six months check up today, the dentist asked if my health details had changed and if I was experiencing any problems with my teeth. My answer was no to both questions and she proceeded to check my teeth, she said everything was okay and I was doing a great job keeping them healthy. I asked her if she could tell me the right size of a flossing brush I could buy. She tried the one she thought would fit and tried it on my teeth and gave it to me. I bought a pack whilst paying for my check up and booking my next appointment. I was very pleased with my dental visit today and would recommend Crabtree Dental Practice to anyone.

We’ve been coming to Crabtree for years and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Every dentist I’ve ever been seen by has been absolutely lovely and very good with the kids. The ladies on the reception desk are also so lovely. Highly recommend.

We have 3 generations of teeth being looked after by Dr Patel. Since joining just under 2 years ago, the service (and more importantly the care!) has always been exceptional. He really listens to his patients whether it's concerns for their own teeth or their kids, or simply wanting to know 'options' without any pressure. Just such a wonderful dentist

I have been using Ivory for many years and I am very happy with them. I recently lost a crown and the receptionists were very efficient in arranging an early appointment. They are always welcoming. Can’t recommend enough! Reception staff are really nice and welcoming, the dental nurse I had really put me at ease as I’m a nervous patient with anxiety. She did her best to make the experience the best it could be. As for the dentist I saw, (I think he was the owner too) nothing short of amazing! He listened to my concerns about my teeth, what I wanted my end goal to be with no judgement at all. The examination was very in dept - never had a dentist check my mouth that well. He then explained the treatment needed step by step, with reasoning of what had to be done and why. My life long fear of the dentist isn’t as bad now I’ve been to Ivory. Thank you again to all the staff I saw, you were amazing.

All of the staff are absolutely lovely! I haven’t visited the dentist for a while and I was quite anxious about going, but reception were incredibly nice when booking in, and put me at ease. Upon visiting, my dentist was incredibly nice and worked hard to put any of my anxieties aside. Overall just lovely people and practice

I had my first appointment with Dr Bela yesterday and I ended up having to have two filings. Dentists usually fill me with fear and panic but Dr Bela was so sweet and kind and I found I wasn’t worried at all. She talked me through all the steps and showed me exactly what she was doing with the camera the whole way through. I opted not to have any anaesthetic due to health reasons and Dr Bela was so gentle and made sure I barely felt it. Fantastic place I’m so chuffed and feel very reassured knowing I’m in very safe hands . Thank you .

I am most definitely not a fan of dentists. Today I had an amazing experience. Dr Kataria was such a caring patient person. Dr Kataria took time to explain and make sure I understood what he was going to do. He Showed me photos to explain the procedure. He is a very thoughtful person understanding the patient needs and making sure they are met. The technical experience he showed today was above and beyond. Dr Kataria showed so much patient with the treatment. I have never had such caring treatment and felt so relaxed. I left the dentist today feeling I had such a position experience . I was never in any discomfort during the treatment. Dr Katarias assistant was equally caring. I would have no doubt at all in reminding Dr Kataria

I suffer from major anxiety at dentists. From the moment I met Dr Bela, I felt safe. I've had four fillings and a crown rework, and at every point I've felt cared for by her, and the dental nurse Antonio's, utter professionalism and speed. Look, there's nothing fun about getting a filling, but all mine have been done with speed, great care and expertise. Yesterday, I had a bit of a panic attack, Dr Bela and the nurse were so generous with their patience and kindness, I felt very moved. I'd like to point out how lovely the staff are at reception too. Courteous, kind and warm. I'm a bit chatty and they never rush me! Dr Kataria saw me for a possible root canal and he could not have been gentler or kinder.

Timberhill is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Leanne and Carla are amazing hygienists - and I don’t say that lightly. Bella always has my best interests at heart and I genuinely look forward to seeing her, and Antonio is always helpful and friendly. Not to mention, Pam is a lovely receptionist and always a warm welcome. Thanks everyone!!

Dr Kataria was absolutely fantastic and I’m so grateful for all the care I received. He always took the time to explain everything carefully and in a way that I could understand, considered my priorities, and involved me when deciding on treatment next steps. Wonderful family dentist, I’ve been coming for 12yrs. My daughter has been welcomed to the dentist from when she was a toddler and thankfully has no fear of the dentist as I did as a child. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You’re always greeted with a smile from the lovely receptionists.

I recently discovered England's House through a recommendation from a friend. When I arrived, I was met by such a warm, friendly team and felt at ease straight away. I initially went because a very old, permanent retainer that Id had from years previous through other dental care had broken and I could see that my teeth had moved significantly. When I was younger I had very crooked teeth and used to get bullied as a result. My smile is very important to me. They really listened to me and understood how much this means to me. I instantly felt at ease and stress free. They offered me a variety of options of which I chose to move forward with the invisalign treatment. Throughout the treatment the team were incredible and so friendly. I looked forward to going to the dentist and felt pampered each time! They really looked after me and the whole process has been stress free. The end results have been nothing short of amazing. I now have my dream smile and I feel incredibly blessed to have found England's House as they are the best dentists I've ever been to. Their attention to detail, customer service and efficiency are outstanding. Thank you so so much to Abi and the team! The absolute best! I highly recommend and I can't thank them enough! Thank you so much.

I recently had a root canal at Reigate Dental Centre, and I have to say, it was a surprisingly great experience! I’ve always struggled with dental anxiety, especially after some bad experiences in the past, but Dr. Estella completely put my fears to rest. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, which helped calm my nerves, and kept checking in with me throughout to make sure I was okay. The procedure itself was over so much quicker than I expected, and I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort during or after. I’m so relieved to have found a dentist who truly cares about patient comfort. I highly recommend Dr. Estella if you're nervous about dental work – she made what I thought would be a stressful procedure totally easy!

I had to go back to Reigate Dental Centre on the 26-Jul for some Root Canal work, and TBH the very words Root Canal had me shaking, as despite my recent experiences with this dentist I'm still terrified of anything to do with any dentist. All I can say is that every time I see them, I'm a little less nervous for the next time. They go out of their way to reassure, constantly checking I'm OK and doing everything they can to reduce my fears, working hard to reduce any pain or even discomfort, and most importantly to ease my mental anxiety of simply being there. They are, without doubt the best dentist I've ever visited and I would recommend them to anyone, whether they have a fear of dentists or not.

Fantastic service. I needed an emergency appointment and everyone I dealt with at Reigate Dental Centre went out of their way to be helpful and accommodative. I never thought I'd look forward to going to the dentist, but I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment here! Everyone was friendly, compassionate, non-judgemental and a genuinely pleasant team to deal with. The practice itself is spotlessly clean and has a lovely atmosphere - sumptuous is the word that springs to mind. A truly pleasant experience.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+⭐

All the staff at My Dentist in Dorking are friendly, professional and give 5* service. I have had consistency of care recently seeing Sankari and her dental nurse Mimi during consecutive appointments. I am always welcomed with a smile and great advice is always on hand. The practice is bright and welcoming, down to the sky imagery on the ceiling during treatment! In the past, I have often dreaded dental appointments, but the staff really do know how to put their patients at ease. Would highly recommend My Dentist in Dorking!
