Tom was really good. Got in touch quickly and arranged a prompt visit with lots of options. I feared the worst with our boiler, but within 5 mins Tom had identified the issue, told us off for not getting a regular service 🫣 and started on fixing the issue. Work was fast and clean, good communication. Will definitely be using Asset again!

I have used Nathan at Urban Electrical many times for both private jobs at home and for electrical installations at our workplace. Nathan was very professional, friendly, reliable and knowledgeable, more than happy to explain everything he was doing. As a single female I felt extremely comfortable with him being in my house and with the work he did for me. He even helped me move a heavy object I couldn't move alone! After breaking a valve on a radiator resulting in a steady stream of water, we needed someone fast! Harry at Surrey Plumbing Ltd saved the day with an emergency call out. He arrived promptly and was extremely professional, polite and focused. We were charged as quoted and he spent a full intense hour making sure everything was fixed and, more importantly, no leaks! Fantastic Service, if I could give 6 stars I would. Used Surrey Plumbing Ltd for an emergency call out at 8pm when I had a sudden major water leak through my ceiling. Harry was here in minutes and diagnosed the issue literally in about 2 minutes. He knew exactly what caused the leak (my power shower), got it isolated quickly, explained what caused it and what needed to be done. The team returned the next day to fit a brand new power shower. I have worked with Richard and the team at Response Plumbing for many years on a number of small things. The time came for two new bathrooms at once and Richard delivered a high quality product in both. There were a few issues that Richard rectified and his attention to detail and refusal to accept lower quality made us very confident and secure in his ablity. First class company. Have used these guys for small plumbing and heating jobs over the past three years, and more recently they've done a big job for us. Installing a new boiler has been on the list of things we need to do for a while, but the space we had for the boiler was awkward in size and difficult to install. Gary spent time with me, asked lots of good questions and provided me with recommendations around how we solve our radiator and boiler issue. Over three days, Gary and the team installed a new boiler and moved a bunch of pipes around. They also installed and removed radiators and did a full handover and demonstrated the new thermostat for me. They were punctual, tidy and helpful throughout. The price was also around £3k cheaper that British Gas, so I'm delighted with these guys once again. Honestly, great firm.

We had a problem with our downstairs lavatory which decided to stop flushing properly. I called Gary Palmer from Copthorne Plumbing & Heating who sent out one of his great team to help. Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive.
