I am following up on my last review about poor behaviour of a member of the staff. I have received a very apologetic call from the lovely nurse Huma in the meantime. What a star employee and pleasure to speak to! The clinic should count themselves lucky to have her. She was empathetic and understanding and listed to me and helped to find a way forward for my dog. Thank you, Huma! You are the best! We look forward to seeing you when we visit the clinic again!

I've been going to Abingdon for the last 2+ years with my elderly dog. They are always super helpful and supportive. The whole team at reception are especially kind and accommodating. They've made managing a tough few years that little bit easier. 🙏🏼

Great first time visiting this Vet. He explained everything really well and seemed very knowledgeable. The 2 receptionists ladies (Karlae and Huma) are wonderful! Very helpful, sweet and chatty. They also carry Royal Canin and my dog loves that brand. I will definitely come back here. Thank you! :)

I’ve been coming to Abingdon Vet since 2009 and although I was very sad when the previous owner vet left, I have been happy with the current vets so far. Every staff is friendly and professional, too. I think the resident vet, Jose, is so knowledgeable. He got to the bottom of my dog’s illness and she is now stable with the right treatment and doing well. I have moved a bit further from the practice now but I’m not changing the vet any time soon!

Best Vet practise ever. So nice and friendly. One to one service but backed up by a major hospital. 💗

Been going here for years. Kathy at Egham is extremely helpful. She is probably the reason we still go here rather than use a vets much closer since moving.

these vets are fantastic - and i didn't need to actually visit them! had a poorly rabbit last week, and as requested they gave me liquid food over the phone with no fuss. at no point were they pushing me to come in or buy to anything, only concerned if he didn't improve to visit. when we did book eventually, he picked up overnight and they were genuinely happy to hear that he had improved. all with no fuss or 'scare tactics' and then they cancelled the appointment for us. fab people, who actually care about the animals rather than the income :)

I am really sad now because I have move ok not to far away, but because my cat sky doesn't like travelling, even though its only 20 minutes away, it makes her panic So I can't really use my most caring reliable understanding, veterinary service in Egham I wouldn't think twice about ringing them if my cat sky needed a vet in a emergency. after bringing in my leopard gecko in, Nicola was an amazing help! She was lovely; really easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I had brought my leopard gecko in for a second opinion after getting some advice from another local vet who didn’t seem as knowledgeable as they claimed. I should have come straight here instead, now I know exactly where to go in the future. Nicola was not only a perfect vet at appointments, but she was really responsive to emails, being very vigilant, knowledgeable and helpful even before booking an appointment. I don’t usually leave reviews but the service was well worth praising and I will be going back if ever I need to! Of course I can only speak my experience with Nicola, but if she’s anything to go by, the vets at this practice seem to really care about their patients and their owners - they love and care deeply for animals, from your regular pets like cats and dogs, to rabbits, rodents and reptiles, it’s so blatant in how eager they are for the animals best care!

We've been with Molesey vet clinics since 2019 and they have been absolutely fantastic. Great vets and very friendly. Highly recommended.

Always kind, helpful, and knowledgeable — very lucky to have you as our local vets! We even had to use the emergency night service on one occasion, and they were so prompt and efficient.

Always feel welcomed and my doggies are very well cared for. High praise for Lynton Vets Woking. I've read some of the reviews, and I've had my beloved elderly cat put to sleep at Lyntons a few years ago. They were so kind and caring and they didn't ask for payment straight afterwards. I went in a couple of days later and paid after my grief had settled down.

So I got a kitten! The first thing I thought was, I need to get my cat checked by a vet to ensure he's healthy due to being rejected by his mother very young. I chose Lynton because I'd visited the practice with a friend for their pet and remembered how much I liked that practice from that visit. I registered, I scheduled his first jab, I got him petplan and joined the let health club! Lynton Vets also helped me with this. I honestly couldn't be happier with my choice of vet, the staff are all amazing friendly, helpful and kind. There is limited parking available, very clean and well maintained. There is a lovely large, clean and tidy with a separated waiting area for both cat and dog owners. The staff are very happy to answer questions to help you understand what you need to know. I give Lynton 5 stars for my personal experience and I think you will too if you visit this lovely animal care practice! Here's a pic of my little fur baby for all you cat lovers out there 😻

Without a doubt the best vets I've been too! They looked at my dog shortly after registering and were very honest and open about the different treatment options, they were also very upfront about the costing and thoroughly explained the insurance route which was very helpful! Everyone here is super friendly and very accommodating especially if your dog can be nervous. Thank you to the whole team for making my dog feel like his good old self after being diagnosed with arthritis!

I must say I’m extremely impressed with this vet it’s much better then pets at home and other vet’s you will come across , the receptionist was extremely friendly and sweet and understanding, and helped me and guided me about my bunny who was limping now hes better then ever , Thank you x

We are very satisfied with the treatment our 2 dogs have received over the past 5 years at Beeches Vets, Slough, since we moved to this area. This week, sadly, our elderly dog had to be euthanised, and the respect and care shown to him and us was outstanding.

Amazing vets. Cant recommend them enough! Went with my guinea pig because I was concerned when he started sneezing but vet checked him over and reassured me hes fine. Called again to ask if I need an appt or not and was able to speak to vet who saw him to have him ensure my guinea pig is okay. Usually go to the one in Staines but this one is closer to home. Both are perfect, really care about what they do.

I moved form my old vets as I wasn't happy with the service and I couldn't be happier! All of the team are so kind, caring and professional when dealing with our 3 bassets and now a new kitten! Olivia is so lovely, her and Lisa deserve a medal for sorting out Bertie's nails! Thank you from us all x

Olivia is honestly one of the best vets I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. She is caring, kind, and very intuitive to the dogs feelings. I had my previous two dogs registered at Willett House in Staines but I wish Id known about Olivia sooner. She is extremely capable and an asset to this practice.

I have been with Aspen for 30 years and the staff at both practices are amazing, I have and will continue to recommend anyone looking for an exceptional veterinary practice that truly cares for all the animals that visit them. I wouldn’t trust any other with our beloved pets.

Knowledgeable and very helpful vets. As a first time puppy owner, they patiently listened to and answered my questions and were very thorough and reassuring with examining my puppy when we had a little scare of her falling. They were also brilliant on our first visit, the day after we brought my puppy at home - she was trembling and very nervous, but they put her at ease, and she is very happy to go to the vets now!

The care at Aspen is exemplary. Everyone knows my dog and is genuinely pleased to see him. The staff on the desk are always friendly and know all his details and the care from the vets is first class. Susie has been taking care of an eye issue and Jasper is now fully healed and had such a positive experience that he didn't want to leave! I cannot thank everyone at Aspen enough for showing such consideration and high quality care.

Excellent friendly practice. Suzie Blunt is one of the best vets I have met to deal with my anxious dog Bailey and her excellent attention to his needs is always much appreciated.

Olivia was my vet. Very friendly lady, treatment advised made a huge difference to my cats health. Knowledgeable and willing to try treatments to help. I have used Parkside over the last 25years and have always been helpful. Obviously costs are an issue but I know my animals are safe

My male cat had a problem urinating and he was in severe pain and discomfort. This vet practice fitted my cat in ASAP and the receptionist was very understanding and friendly. The vet was also so helpful and reassuring. I highly recommend this vets surgery. Thanks to the team for helping my cat Mcavity and making him better.

Both my cats have been under these amazing vets for just over 10 years, and no words can describe how professional and understanding all the vets and staff have been towards my cats and us, especially a recent event on 13/12/2024 with our older cat who sadly was diagnosed with HF and I must say they really are amazing vets cannot thank them enough for there care of my cat and making us as a family feel not to anxious and giving us total understanding of the condition to the meds to payments so so helpful. Thank you all for your hard work & kindness and help. You truly are one amazing vet. 😊❤️

All the staff go above and beyond to ensure the animals in their care are looked after with professionalism and love. I can't praise the care highly enough. They have always respect the age and temprament of all our cats, and offered appropriate treatment. They have always explained any treatment or options available and answered our questions fully, however silly they may seem. I thank them all but especially Nicky who juggles the care of all my families cats with a smile.

Went in today for my cat's check-up, and we met Hazel. Another really lovely vet, lovely to chat with; we went through my cat's history, change of lifestyle etc, and everything went great. Had my cat's initial assessment/health-check today plus medication for fleas and worms. All of the staff that I met are really lovely and understanding (unfortunately my boy had an accident on the way there; they gave me things to help clean him up AND his carry case/bag). Shout out to Emma on reception who helped me find their surgery after I found out that the one I drove to initially had closed down completely, and helped make sure someone was on hand for when I arrived, and another shout out to Juliana, my boy's new vet. Extremely patient, understanding, and empathic. She really helped calm me down as well after all of the stress of the journey, and was both very thorough AND loving to my boy! The Pets Club is also an incredible scheme, and I'm so glad I joined. I have total peace of mind for any further visits that might be required in the future. Thank you, Willett House Staines, so, so much!!

Unfortunately we had to put our lovely black labrador down. However, the service, sympathy and empathy shown by this practice was second to none. They tried their very best for our boy but was not meant to be. However I would highly recommend them as professional.
