Where do I start! Lauren & her team were amazing from start to finish and our Wedding wouldn't have been the same without her! I used Bluebird Creative for the 'month of' wedding co-ordination and Lauren met us at the venue to run through every bit of detail we wanted on the day. She then took over all the suppliers we'd booked and created an amazing timeline. She was there all day on the Wedding day and was always checking in on me and my husband and her attention to detail was amazing. We had so many comments from family and friends to say how great she was too! I honestly don't think the day would have been the same without her and it took so much pressure off of me as the bride knowing that everything was going just the way we wanted it and no problem was too big for her! As someone who works in events, I thought I’d be able to handle the wedding planning all on my own, but with 7 weeks to go, I panicked and reached out to Lauren at Bluebird Creative. After one conversation with her, we knew Bluebird would be fabulous and asked them to help us with on the day event coordination (and gosh we are sooo glad we did so!). Easy weddings UK is incredible! They provided me with a list of amazing wedding venues within my budget along with the prices and wedding packages the venues offer. On top of this, they arrange all your viewings for you so you don't have to spend so much time contacting venues. Aneeza in particular who made all my bookings for me was a godsend! She was beyond helpful, always kept me in the loop, was extremely efficient and had a great relationship with all the venues so made the process really smooth!

When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!! I could not rate Dita highly enough!

Dita helped us pull off an amazing wedding party after 15 years of procrastination. In one meeting, she had filtered through our ideas until we had a plan. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. It was the most stress free party we'd ever hosted and Dita Rosted's roster of contacts and suppliers all hit the mark perfectly. We would do it all over again if only we could.

My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. Outstanding all round. Nobody does it better. Henry, Chloe and the whole team make such an effort to make sure everything is perfect. Their pre-planning is excellent, thoughtful and detailed. They work with a network of high quality suppliers. The whole HB team is deep, expert and incredibly eager to help. But it's their effort on the day that is off the scale. Chloe was ever-present and Henry was the last person to leave our wedding reception, which was described by our guests as somewhere between "amazing" and "the best wedding ever". I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone organizing a big party, wedding or similar.

Henry was helped with a number of events from a Christening to a dinner for 40 people. He never needs reminding of anything and can organise the whole event or simply provide staff. He is a delight to deal with and completely reassuring so that you can really enjoy your own event. He is the only person I would turn to when needing a party planned as I know he would remove stress and add a certain something to make it an event to remember.

At relatively short notice Henry Bonas Ltd organised a fabulous 21st birthday party for my son at a central London venue. Gee organised it with great calm and care. Her experience with all the planning was invaluable and her presence with her colleague on the night meant the whole evening went extremely smoothly. Whilst expensive the final bill did reflect the cost estimates originally mentioned. Everybody enjoyed an evening to remember in a special venue. Having Gee there meant as hosts we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all, instead we could just enjoy the evening. I would highly recommend Henry Bonas!

Henry and his team ensured we delivered a seamless evening for over 200 guests attending our very special HOPE Ball - a fundraising event for our local hospital charity, which raised c£75,000. We booked Events by Helen to be our bar team for our wedding, and they were absolutely amazing! Kasia and her team went above and beyond, doing so much more than just serving drinks—they really looked after us and our guests. Helen had assured us beforehand that we’d be in great hands, and she was 100% right. Communication before the day was excellent, and Helen was super helpful with any queries we had, putting us totally at ease—nothing was too much trouble. The team were friendly, personable, and made sure everything ran smoothly, taking away any stress. They even helped clear everything up, cut the cake, and continued to restock it throughout the evening. The team also embraced our theme by wearing their fabulous hot pink aprons, which added such a fun touch. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Events by Helen! We hired Helen for our on the day coordinator for our wedding and could not have made a better decision! From the initial site visit, we could tell Helen was competent and experienced from the questions she was asking and she helped us think of things we wouldn't have otherwise. She coordinated all of the glass hire which was so helpful, and also brought lots of things for use at the wedding which helped both logistically and financially, like all of the water jugs for the tables. On the day, Helen and her staff worked extremely hard and followed all my sometimes detailed, sometimes vague, instructions. They did everything from reception drinks, lighting candles, replenishing bottles on tables, cutting and distributing cake, running the evening bar, dealing with toilet emergencies (!), coordinating with the band, and most importantly cleaning up, really well. She even made sure my and my husband's waters were always topped up and we got the cake flavour we wanted! Where she had to take initiative due to vague instructions, she did easily with no fuss, and the whole day ran very smoothly thanks to her. We also had her help for the brunch the next day where she was an absolute godsend, setting up a brunch for 50 people with just one other person. We genuinely would have struggled without her on both days. Our guests also specifically commented on how great the staff were. I highly, highly recommend to any brides (or anyone running an event) looking for help in the lead up or especially on the day of the wedding. I didn't think I needed anyone initially, and I was wrong! Hire Helen!

These guys are amazing! We just had Helen and her team at our wedding last weekend. In the run up Helen was so helpful and we had great communication. On the day, the team were so friendly and so helpful, we couldn’t fault them in the slightest. Everything ran perfectly smoothly, speaking to our guests during and after the wedding, we have had so many compliments saying it was the most well organised wedding they’d been to and that Helen’s crew were so lovely and generally just the best! They worked brilliantly with our caterer, I don’t think you’d know they were actually separate companies. They were happy to put out our snacks during the drinks reception and our evening buffet we had organised the evening before, which meant the whole wedding party could actually relax and enjoy the party. Helen was happy to order in some specific alcohol I knew us and the guests would like to drink. If I was ever planning an event I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone. We are a Canadian couple who got married in South Spain in October 2024. We came across Sunshine weddings in the very beginning of our planning process. They helped us to find our absolute dream venue, and even negotiated us to be able to bring our dog with us to a normally not dog friendly venue. The entire team as Sunshine weddings went above and beyond to bring our vision to life and to ensure the entire 4 days at the venue went smoothly. I want to specifically call out Laura for her hard work behind the scenes keeping us on track with key things we needed to do/timelines, securing a last minute additional hair dresser to save the day, helping us find amazing vendors, and ensuring the entire day went smoothly. And we want to specifically thank Cas, the wedding coordinator who was not only a kind supportive and warm person to have around, but also sprinted around on the wedding day to solve every problem and keep all the stress away from us. It feels so sad that we won't speak to Laura and Cas regularly anymore, as it felt like they were old friends by the end of the year of working together. We initially approached Lucia for event styling, wanting to bring cohesion to our vision for a beautiful wedding at the Corinthia London. We struggled to find any inspiration pictures for what we wanted as it didn’t exist. Lucia offered both simple ideas and more extravagant options to bring cohesion without pressuring us. Her expertise extended beyond design elements to enhancing our guests’ experience, suggesting unique ideas we hadn’t considered. Unsure of how serious it was, I contacted Lucia first. Within three hours of scheduled departure we had two ambulances at the house. Lucia stayed in contact as we traveled to the venue with all luggage. We put Lucia in contact with my Dad in the hopes my parents would be able to travel to the venue later. Lucia researched transport options and arranged for them to join us once mum was released from the hospital. Not as easy as it sounds when you live in Kent, the wedding is in London, and your parents are at a hospital in a location you don’t even know. This was above and beyond her duties but it truly speaks to her caring nature. I will never forget how Lucia kept it together for us on that day. Many guests called it the best wedding they’d ever attended, largely thanks to Lucia’s seamless coordination with her suppliers. On the day she was in her element. She ensured everything ran like clockwork, creating a truly phenomenal and unforgettable event. We were so lucky to find and work with Lucia for our August wedding. Having her as our wedding planner was by far the best decision we made. We had ideas about what we wanted, but not a cohesive vision - Lucia managed to take those strands and turn them into something tangible that flowed throughout our whole wedding celebration. Even with a wedding planner, last minute issues pop up - but having Lucia there meant they were pretty much resolved before we were even aware there was a problem. The morning after a very long day and night (!), Lucia and her daughter even came back to the venue and made mini bouquets from our flowers that our guests could take home with them. We had so many comments from close friends and family telling us how amazing our wedding planner was - and Alex was recommending her to everyone we know. I think that says it all! Lucia was brilliant. Based on friends I know who got married at the same time having a wedding planner is so helpful but having the right wedding planner is the key! Everything about our wedding weekend was not only perfect, it was stress free and I know that was because of Lucia’s efforts.
