Attention to ALL details with a smile

A huge thank you to the team from MGN for making my 40th Birthday celebrations perfect and actually exceed my expectations. The way the dining room was dressed took me by surprise how beautiful it looked, and I had an idea of what to expect. The design, colours, use of the lights looked exquisite. I was genuinely taken back walking into that space. The concert room also looked exquisite, when I walked in after dusk, the lighting transformed that room, it was classy and intimate, perfect for my size party with all the many technical requests I made catered for. Technically you got it spot on with my many requirements. The photos looked amazing, the sound really enveloped me into my performance so I was totally focussed, and sourcing a great keyboard player was great as we got the strings supporting the piano which was one of my original aims! MGN really did make a dream come true for my 40th Birthday, and everybody there will remember it for a lifetime. Several people said it is the “best birthday party they have ever been to” - I think that says it all. Well done, and thank you!

MGN were fantastic. They were very accommodating of our budget and happy to provide some things whilst we provided others to reduce costs. The staff were great at setting up and Flora was very well organised. I was 8 months pregnant when managing this event, so having the help of MGN was invaluable. If you need a wedding planner, you have found her!! I had the BEST experience with Jenna (I live in America and wanted to be wed at home, in England). I had absolutely zero worries and so my experience was so smooth and happy. There was nothing too big or too small that Jenna wasn't happy to do. We had many meetings online with the time difference yet no hindrance on communication and feeling special. Jenna is professional, so kind and makes your wedding feel its the only one she is organizing. I always felt heard and I just cannot recommend her enough!! We first met with Jenna in 2019, we were due our first baby and knew we needed a wedding planner to support us and help give us our dream wedding. One global pandemic, two babies and three wedding dates later, we finally had our dream wedding in May 2022. It was the best day of our lives and a lot of that lies with Jenna. Jenna not only exceeded expectations in her role as our wedding planner but has also, become our friend, hopefully for life. Jenna spent a lot of time with us discussing the vision we had for our wedding. She has a network of fantastic suppliers who are all professionals and industry experts in their fields. I have to call out the hair and make up team I had who made all of us feel so calm despite the task ahead of them. I can’t emphasise enough how reassuring it is to be supported by Jenna’s trusted suppliers - I know this personally having gone against jenna with my own make up artist…swiftly realising two weeks before the wedding that Jenna’s choice was better and on so many levels. There were a lot of ‘hiccups’ along our journey. The pandemic is undoubtedly one to call out and due to this we probably ended up being one of Jenna’s longest standing clients. It was an emotional time for all of us, jenna helped us navigate our way through the stress of this period and we never felt on our own with our thoughts. This is despite challenges Jenna must have been feeling given the enormous impact covid had on the wedding industry. The wedding day itself is when Jenna’s role really came into her own. The whole day was seamless from start to finish, we never once worried about timings or whether our guests were being looked after. Our only job that day was to enjoy ourselves which we did in style! I cannot recommend Jenna enough. My husband are I were living in the US whilst planning our wedding but we knew we wanted our wedding in the UK. I found Jenna through her instagram and after speaking with her, we knew she was the person we wanted to plan our wedding for us. Jenna is incredibly professional and takes out all the stress from planning. Every supplier she recommended to us were amazing and fit exactly with the original picture of what we wanted for the wedding. I enjoyed our monthly catch ups and she gave us great advice whenever we needed it. Her recommendations and insight on all aspects of the wedding were invaluable. She supported us through changing our wedding due to Covid and we had no issues moving our date and suppliers. On the day, she made everything run so smoothly and her assistant Frances was equally lovely and great at what she does. We could not have had the wedding we had if it were not for Jenna. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, supportive, a great person and gets the job done with no fuss, I'd advise you to work with Jenna.

Amazing, our Daughter loved it. The set up is beautiful and Chrissy is very lovely, taking the time to ensure it all looks perfect . I would definitely do it again.

My daughter had amazing birthday sleepover with her friends in the wigwams arranged by Chrissy. The teepees were absolutely gorgeous, the attention to detail was flawless and the mattress were most comfortable. The sweet cones added tasty bonus for the girls for midnight snacking!

Chrissy was really helpful in the run up to my daughter’s birthday. She was lovely & set up the tents beautifully. Communication was great. Would definitely use again & recommend

We used Vanilla Bean for our wedding. They were fantastic. The food was delicious, so many guests approached us to praise it. Gareth made the whole day easy. He ensured that every aspect from table decorations to timings across the day worked in concert - not just the food and drink. We recommend them highly.

FANTASTIC!! We chose Vanilla Bean to cater for our wedding at Hampton Court House on 28th July and we couldn't be more thrilled that we chose them!! From our initial call with Gareth, right down to the day itself everything was absolutely flawless. VBs level of organisation is second to none- we felt in such safe hands throughout the whole process and Gareth was almost like a wedding planner in that he was detailed and guided us through everything- right down to the beautiful table settings! We were blown away during our wedding tasting and even more gobsmacked on the day when everything was the same high standard when catering to 93. All our guests commented how delicious the food was and what good size portions they received- something they very much appreciated! The presentation of the food was incredible and I can't believe such a beautiful standard was achieved for such a large crowd! Vanilla Bean also ran our bars (main dance floor and gin bar) and all our guests commented on how amazing the bar staff were- particularly the two gin bar ladies. All Vanilla Bean's staff were exceptional, congratulating us throughout the day and being so friendly and smiley. Huge shout out to Victor too for running front of house during the day- he was calm, composed and friendly even though I can imagine it was a busy, long day! We saw him the next morning and he still had a huge smile- hats off to you Victor! We also had to organise a last minute indoor confetti throw due to the rain and VB cleaned everything up in record time and with a smile. We cannot recommend VB highly enough, I believe one of our engaged friends even left with your card as he was so blown away! Vanilla Bean's prices are fair and definitely reflective of the quality food, service and support we've received. Can't wait to use you for our next event! Lots of love the Bradleys Xx

We hired lots of Ella’s items to bring our wedding vision to life and also asked her to coordinate our day at Grittenham Barn. We always say it’s the best money we spent, she set various items up for us, most notably the ceremony area, took a lovely video of everything that I cherish. We weren’t sure our venue would coordinate and didn’t think our best men and bridesmaids would do it so using Ella was just dreamy. She made everything perfect.

We booked Ella for both decor and on-the-day coordination at our wedding at Northbrook Park and we could not have been happier! She was absolutely brilliant through the whole process, accommodating our ever-changing ideas and helping us to source a few things that she didn’t stock. We met at her studio to choose decor and she really helped us to imagine how it might look on the day, making really good suggestions aligned to our style preferences. In the last few weeks before the wedding we met at the venue to do a full run-through of the day, which really helped to bring it to life in our minds. It was one of our favourite parts of the planning process. On the day, Ella did an amazing job of setting everything up so beautifully (I can’t believe she can do so much on her own!), remembering every tiny detail and making some last minute decisions where needed. The day ran so smoothly and that is entirely down to Ella’s organisation. She was on top of everything, keeping the day to schedule and letting us relax and enjoy it. We initially thought that we’d be able to manage without a coordinator but looking back we don’t know what we’d have done without Ella; we cannot recommend booking her enough.

We had our wedding at Notley Abbey, Bucks which was incredible. Not only is the venue stunning, the staff are very attentive, very responsive and made sure our day went without any glitch. If you are looking for a venue then I would highly recommend Notley Abbey as the perfect location.
