There aren’t enough superlatives to sufficiently describe Apollo events. My sisters and I all had our 21st birthdays with them and as a result our family now has a reputation for the parties we throw. All the credit has to go to Tim and his team who just manage to create the most incredible nights every time without fail!!!

Tim and his Apollo Event team are awesome! He created the most magical party for my family and it was quite simply one of the best nights of our lives. The thank you letters, cards and messages are testament that every other guest felt the same and this was because of Tim's attention to detail to ensure everything went without a hitch. I can totally recommend his professionalism, talent and flair to deliver the best party ever! Huge thanks!

As a regular photographer with this organisation, I have witnessed numerous events for Tim and Apollo. They are meticulously planned, beautifully designed and executed. I have never known a client that isn't blown away by the parties and corporate events that Tim and his team provide.

Apollo organised our wedding for us and are quite simply brilliant at what they do - we could not have pulled off such a beautiful wedding without them! We were initially a little daunted by the prospect of organising a wedding, however we needn’t have been. Tim took all the stress out of the planning process and the day itself, which allowed us to just enjoy it and do all the exciting things! Tim has an excellent knowledge of and rapport with suppliers - we felt we had the best of everything with none of the hassle of trying to find caterers, marquee companies etc. He also has a great eye for detail and very much had us as a couple in mind when coming up with ideas, so the day really reflected our personalities. Tim was invaluable on the day itself and we felt so looked after - something you don’t often feel as bride and groom, being so conscious about everything and everyone else. He is also very personable and great fun - each time we met with him we felt so excited about our plans materialising. His team are all fab and added to the atmosphere on the day. We are so grateful to Apollo for putting together the most special day of our lives!

So glad we chose White Rhino - from the first enquiry, through the tailored booking, the communication was excellent. On the day, Dan and Sam were both absolutely brilliant. Their organisation and delivery were perfectly pitched to our team and everyone LOVED the bake off! This was part of a strategic away day and set the tone perfectly. We had a really engaged and productive day, and the team are still buzzing from the team building event.

I would like to say a huge thank you to White Rhino for a great Molecular Canapes and Cocktails event. We had an amazing time and Paul was brilliant. The session was informative and lots of fun. They were extremely professional and many of the staff who were initially reticent to have a 'teambuilding' day were keen to have another after this. We did the Level Up event and it was fast paced and extremely fun! It had something for everyone and so many laughs!

Everyone really enjoyed the game; it was a great team building exercise that really demonstrated our different skills and highlighted the competitive members! Our host was really motivating and very helpful to the teams that called on her for support during the game. Having never even experienced an escape room in person I wasn’t sure how well it would run virtually but I was really surprised how well it went and how being virtual didn’t put us at a disadvantage in coming together as a team to complete the game.

Paula has a wonderful business. She really looks after her clients bespoke requirements, the attention to detail and creates magical stylish events. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and really cares about the whole experience

We were recommended by upwaltham barns (our chosen venue) to use to have and to hire. We are so glad we did! Everything turned out perfectly. I had my wedding on 31st October 2024 so wanted to go with the autumnal theme with a few pumpkins added. They did not disappoint, everything was beautiful. I certainly wouldn’t have been able to do this myself, they captured my vision perfectly throughout the whole venue. Thank you very much for helping to make our day perfect!❤️

To Have and To Hire Events were fantastic decorating Upwaltham Barns for our November wedding. The team were amazing putting up all of the draping and fairy lights around the venue which made it look so magical. All of our guests commented on the aesthetic and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The team were also so friendly on the lead up to the day and were helpful with any queries we had. They even custom made our table plan with antlers we provided! Highly recommend this company for all types of events including weddings.

We used TH&TH for some decorative elements at our wedding in Sussex in August and could not be happier with the service. We chose to hire some floral/decorative elements as well as a lounge set for the barn style venue and the pieces worked so well with our theme - the photo spot which was decorated by the team was particularly popular with our guests and we've got some amazing photos and memories. Me and my partner got married on the 17th of July at the beautiful Brookfield Barn venue. As soon as we booked in our date I booked us in for a meeting with the lovely team at To Have and To Hire. From start to finish we had the best experience. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had and helping us to make the best decisions with the vision we had in mind. On the big day, the entire team put my mind at ease with their super fast set up but with an extreme attention to detail! Not only did they perfect our vision perfectly, but they even allowed us to use some of their spare faux flowers to decorate my own sweet cart so that it would tie in with the rest of the flower arrangements on our tables! Our guests complemented every inch of the styling, from the beautiful faux flowers that lined our aisle, to the mixture of high and low centre pieces which allowed people to speak freely and easily around the room. The team even ensured that the chair sashes and table runners matched my colour scheme perfectly! The team created some real statement pieces, these being the utterly jaw dropping faux flower wisteria ceiling with matching wisteria trees, creating a stunning fairytale feel to the barn, and the lovely memorial ladder complete with Bay tree and candles for all our beloved family members who could not be with us. All these things, combined with the cake hoop, the unique table plan and the welcome sign, all with matching florals, tied everything together beautifully and made for a truly magical wedding day and we can't thank To Have and To Hire enough for that, we are forever grateful. You really did make our special day just that extra bit special 🤍 can't recommend TH&TH enough! 🤍

Lauren and Tash were flawless and the best money we spent to ensure our wedding day ran as smoothly as possible. They were incredible from the beginning to end, from initial zoom calls to the wedding night. When looking for our wedding coordinators I knew as soon as I spoke to Lauren that Bluebird Creative where the one, she filled me with confidence and I instantly felt relaxed knowing we were in good hands! And on our wedding day both Lauren and Tash were amazing, so efficient and on top of everything.Our friends and family mentioned how lovely and great they were too. Where do I start! Lauren & her team were amazing from start to finish and our Wedding wouldn't have been the same without her! I used Bluebird Creative for the 'month of' wedding co-ordination and Lauren met us at the venue to run through every bit of detail we wanted on the day. She then took over all the suppliers we'd booked and created an amazing timeline. She was there all day on the Wedding day and was always checking in on me and my husband and her attention to detail was amazing. As someone who works in events, I thought I’d be able to handle the wedding planning all on my own, but with 7 weeks to go, I panicked and reached out to Lauren at Bluebird Creative. After one conversation with her, we knew Bluebird would be fabulous and asked them to help us with on the day event coordination (and gosh we are sooo glad we did so!). Everything in those final 6 weeks was so smoothly run by Bluebird and then on the day, we didn’t have to think of a thing, they had it handled and fully understood our vision to make it a reality! Coco supported us and she was a 20 out of 10! On the day, she was professional, supportive, fun and a true expert! We couldn’t haven’t had the amazing day without Bluebird, I really can’t recommend them enough!!

Louise organised our central London ceilidh wedding reception and was absolutely brilliant from the moment we engaged her. Louise thought of everything and was great at dealing with suppliers - including some tricky customers! She was always on hand and we had such confidence in her - it was a blessing to hand everything over to her in the run up to the reception. We were so impressed with how calm Louise was on the night and how she was constantly attentive whilst operating behind the scenes. We couldn't have imagined the stress had Louise not been there, it was amazing how on top of things she was. She really enabled us to just enjoy ourselves without any worries at all. Steve provided the music, lights and a photo mirror for a large black tie family event for us recently. He was 100% professional, delivered everything we ordered, on time to a fantastic standard. We had an age range 15-65 to celebrate an 18th birthday... the music was spot on - dancing all night with out cheesy call outs or encouragement. He seems to be able to read the room and just know what's right. As well this Steve helped out when there was an unexpected hiccup for another supplier - he mucked in, no fuss, no drama. we will definitely use Steve again and can't recommend highly enough. Thank you for making an important family occasion so memorable.

AMAZING! Steve provided beautiful draping and an incredible mirror ball for our wedding at Hampton Court House on 28th July and we were blown away! Despite it being quite a tricky job with lots of existing lights Steve made it look absolutely beautiful and I was blown away when we first saw it all! All our guests commented on how stunning it looked

Full dance floor all night!! Guests ranging from 24 years old to 78 years old and everyone was dancing all night! Steve did a fab job to keep the party flowing from the first dance to the last. We gave him a huge task with such a variety of music, including songs that aren’t everyone’s taste and he made everything flow perfectly building up to certain genres. I want another wedding just for the dancing!! Would highly recommend! X

Surrey Event Services recently provided a fantastic DJ - Jeremy, for our wedding reception. He mixed the tracks seamlessly and we all spent hours happily dancing the night away! He was a lovely guy and set up and tided away very quickly and professionally.

We booked Events by Helen to be our bar team for our wedding, and they were absolutely amazing! Kasia and her team went above and beyond, doing so much more than just serving drinks—they really looked after us and our guests. Helen had assured us beforehand that we’d be in great hands, and she was 100% right. Communication before the day was excellent, and Helen was super helpful with any queries we had, putting us totally at ease—nothing was too much trouble. The team were friendly, personable, and made sure everything ran smoothly, taking away any stress. They even helped clear everything up, cut the cake, and continued to restock it throughout the evening. The team also embraced our theme by wearing their fabulous hot pink aprons, which added such a fun touch. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Events by Helen! We couldn’t recommend Helen highly enough. Every step of the way Helen was supportive and guided us through the whole process. After every phone call she put me at ease and I felt a sigh of relief that everything was going in the right direction. The day before our wedding, Helen met us at the venue to do a handover and from that point onwards I was able to totally relax and enjoy this special time with my husband-to-be and all of our family and friends knowing our day was in the safe hands of Helen. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. There was some confusion about the tableware which was organised by myself, however superwomen Helen took control of the situation and managed to source everything we needed the day of (with a little help from her lovely husband who was the delivery man!). I would not have known anything what had happened BTS until after the wedding, for this we are so grateful. We had the best weekend of our lives and this wouldn’t have been possible without Helen, thank you for everything!

We hired Helen for our on the day coordinator for our wedding and could not have made a better decision! From the initial site visit, we could tell Helen was competent and experienced from the questions she was asking and she helped us think of things we wouldn't have otherwise. She coordinated all of the glass hire which was so helpful, and also brought lots of things for use at the wedding which helped both logistically and financially, like all of the water jugs for the tables. On the day, Helen and her staff worked extremely hard and followed all my sometimes detailed, sometimes vague, instructions. They did everything from reception drinks, lighting candles, replenishing bottles on tables, cutting and distributing cake, running the evening bar, dealing with toilet emergencies (!), coordinating with the band, and most importantly cleaning up, really well. She even made sure my and my husband's waters were always topped up and we got the cake flavour we wanted! Where she had to take initiative due to vague instructions, she did easily with no fuss, and the whole day ran very smoothly thanks to her. We also had her help for the brunch the next day where she was an absolute godsend, setting up a brunch for 50 people with just one other person. We genuinely would have struggled without her on both days. Our guests also specifically commented on how great the staff were. I highly, highly recommend to any brides (or anyone running an event) looking for help in the lead up or especially on the day of the wedding. I didn't think I needed anyone initially, and I was wrong! Hire Helen!

When arranging our wedding ourselves (a garden party on our friends farm) I really needed someone the take charge of the day and Helen did not disappoint. From the beginning she was responsive, helped me find suppliers and provided invaluable advice!
