On a cold January Sunday afternoon all our power went. Samar came out and fixed it. Rapid and professional, we'll be using Galaxy Electrical Services Ltd for future work. Highly recommended.

I have been let down or not had calls returned by so many tradesmen over recent years, it’s like they just can’t be bothered with smaller jobs even though they still charge loads. This morning I realised my 30amp fuse was tripping meaning no dishwasher or washing machine and power to outbuilding. I found this company and called, Sam was with me within an hour, not only did he solve that issue, he also fixed a kitchen socket after running several tests and a bedroom light, he is truly professional and knowledgeable and also really polite and easy going. I will definitely be using him going forward and can’t recommend him enough, today could have been a nightmare but ended up being very successful and stress free, thank you very much Sam.

Samar provided an excellent service from the initial enquiry, the question and quote stage, and on the day of installation. Samar remained on site from installing the EV charger right through to ensuring it was recognised by the HIVE app. He didn’t leave the site until the charger was useable which involved contacting HIVE multiple times and logging into the laptop to manage the options and set up. Samar also made a very neat job of both the inside electrics as well as on the exterior, avoiding any visible wires. This was much appreciated as this would have shown on the white render. All paperwork and certificates followed through on the same day. I couldn’t recommend Samar more highly.

George is an extremely competent and passionate electrician. He always finds the time to explain all the options that are available and helps choosing the one that best fits your needs and requirements. I recently had Lee and the team change out my fuse board and power sockets. They turned up on time, were courteous, tidy and completed the work when expected. When I had some cosmetic concerns, these were quickly addressed. I would certainly recommend EES and would use them again.

We recently bought a house that required a significant amount of work.The survey idicated the electrics were quite old. Lee was super helpful at helping us know what we really needed to get done and what was in a good condition. This meant we could get the electrics in the state we wanted and save us money. Bogdan was excellent. Very professional, great attention to detail and really cared about doing the job as well as possible. He installed some IKEA cabinets for us and fixed a stuck wooden door. He’s great to deal with, very clear in describing the work, friendly, courteous around the house. Highly recommend him.

I’m so pleased with the painting Bogdan did in my front room and kitchen. The work was done in only two days but to a very high standard and Bogdan did some repairs to the walls, ceiling and skirting boards too to get it looking even smarter. There was no mess left behind with the rooms getting cleaned up after the work and all furniture put back in place. Would fully recommend and would use again.

Bogdan was polite and professional throughout the quoting process and the installation of the 3 exterior lights. He was no problem to have around while I was working from home, only checking in with me a few times to see if I was happy with the decisions he was making. The result was fantastic, so neat and tidy, and there was no mess left to clear after the work was completed. Would absolutely recommend his work and hire again.

Very happy to recommend Bogdan for painting. I'm very pleased with his work. Communication was easy, quote was quick. He has a good eye for colour and I went with a couple of his suggestions. He turns up on time, works hard, pays attention to detail. His preparation is first class. Alex was great too. Both cheerful and friendly. I had three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen painted in four days along with a coat cupboard that needed a ceiling repair. I will be using Bogdan again and have already had him quote for external painting for my mother's home.

Nothing but admiration for the staff at this store. I walked in with an electrical problem and walked out with a solution courtesy of Jonathan and his colleague. I needed two 50m extension leads with a 16amp connection, my knowledge is so limited I had to bring a sample of what I needed all be it much smaller. Jonathan offered to make them up for me and despite a constant footfall of customers was good to his word. I never knew this shop existed. It is so refreshing talking to staff that actually know what they are talking about. Additionally they were so helpful with it. The gentleman that helped me was called Jonathan & he actually went over and above wiring the outside socket and explained everything for me .

First class service with expert knowledge. We had an emergency with our electricity mains supply (thought it sparked at some point and was black). Although we had never spoke with Paul before, Paul was very quick to attend, made sure it was safe and immediately arranged for the utilities company to attend within 3 hours to replace the utilities box. Paul also identified some other electrical configuration issues that he will rectify. Highly recommend and we will sure be using him in the future.

Paul responded promptly to our request to fit two new electric heaters. He came out to assess the work, booked us in quickly and carried out the work efficiently. He is courteous and pleasant and consulted us throughout to ensure that he was fitting the heaters in the precise locations we wanted. We would certainly recommend him and intend to use his services again.

Paul from Bring It Ohm recently fitted 6 new lights in my house (including installing new wiring for two sets of outside lights and a challenging multiple ceiling light for my kitchen!) He worked quickly and efficiently to get it all done in one day-well almost-and returned the following morning at no extra cost to me to complete one small task he hadn’t managed to be able to get a part for the previous day. I am happy to recommend him and have already asked for a quote for installing some under cupboard LEDs for my kitchen.

Samsum and his team were brilliant. They worked with our builder on our extension and renovation. From they time of quoting to where we are now, nearly finished, they have been exceptional. We told them what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. Offered great advice on fitting etc and was able to arrange for alarm system to be installed. Also added few extras that we changed during the build process. The finish was better than the products we had identified. Planning and attention to detail was wonderful. Few things done without cost as this provided a better outcome. Wonderful. Samsum also shared my liking for gadgets and technology and nice to see someone in the trade show a true passion for their work and also for the outcome the client gets. I think there was some TV envy!!! Wifi works like a dream, OLED tv has pride of place in the living room, so much so that I cannot get to watch it as the kids seem to like it so much. Understandable delays caused by Covid were never and issue as Samsun would keep updated daily if needed. If there is every anything further we need doing, then Samsun and his team will be the only people we call. It was a pleasure to have Samsun and the SG Electrical Team in our house and we are so pleased with the end product.

My wife and I recently undertook a full house renovation on our cottage in Weybridge and SG Electrical oversaw absolutely everything related to the electrics. This included a full rewire of the house but also the installation of CAT-6 data cables and access points to improve the home Wi-Fi and a smart home heating system. From first meeting with them, they took us through the whole home advising on where best to place sockets and switches and their expertise was obvious from this point. I have used SMD/Steve for several years now, with jobs ranging from rewiring part of the house, Alarm installation, Swimming pool house wiring and pump installation, lighting, fuse box replacement, outside water features and garden lighting systems...and many more but to keep the review short, ill leave it there. There is nothing electrical that seems to faze Steve, the work is always exceptional, the price always clear to understand and fair and I trust his workmanship completely....Highly recommended.

Arek is a great electrican and I would highly recommend him. I have found him to be very precise and proactive. He asks lots of questions to ensure he has all the information needed so less issues are encountered later - often a rarity with electricians I have had before. He is an great problem solver and very knowledgeable.

We had an issue with some of the electrical sockets and wiring after it was overloaded. I called Arek and he was able to come very promptly to look at the issue. He inspected everything very thoroughly and was able to fix the issue as well as other issues he found after inspection. He charged a reasonable amount for the work he did and left everything very tidy. I will definitely be using Arek again in the future and would recommend him to anyone!
