In all my years engaging with electrical and plumbing engineers - I have never been so impressed. Stephen was an emergency call out, from the moment he spoke to arriving (under 30mnts on a Sunday); got the job done, and delivered an outstanding result. Everything else around the service was 5 star - personality, directness, very polite, and even wore shoe protectors when he walked in the door - he dealt with it like he would deal with his own home. HIGHLY recommend him/them.

Steven was amazing! Called the number at 5pm on a Friday night, after putting up a shelf myself and causing a power cut! Clearly drilled through a wire just before the weekend... Typical! Within the hour Steven was at the house and had the job finished by 7pm! Lovely gentleman , fast efficient and really careful with both my shelf and wall - really pleased with the service and would highly recommend to any other DIY disasters! Thank you so much!

Initially asked to look at an extract fan replacement / repair, Jeremy arrived on time and was extremely helpful, not only with advise and repair on the fan but in helping me to understand other aspects of the electrical installation in our new house. I'd arranged for Sell Electrical to come out to my property to fix 3 issues that I had with sockets and erroneous spurs. The engineer Neil arrived exactly on the stroke of 10am as arranged, and he quickly understood what was required. He was very polite and disruption to the household was minimal. Any dust or mess was cleared up efficiently on completion of the work, plus I was given a full explanation of the what he had needed to do. It's unusual to work with tradesmen who don't suck their teeth in and shake their head when the required work is shown to them, and then explain how the job is so much bigger than was initially thought. Andrew provided excellent service, at a very reasonabe price! He was very professional & friendly, and took care of some basic electrical work ay my home (fixing dimmer switch, reinstalling radiator knob, changing lights etc). Overall great stuff. Would definitely recommended.

Tripped Out Electrical provided an excellent service for the scope of work; new consumer unit with RCBOs, new / upgraded sockets throughout and new interlinked smoke & heat alarms. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future. Gareth was very personable, engaging and knowledgeable when visiting to quote which was reassuring. The quality of the work performed was to a high level, including clean chasing and making good. Was very accommodating to some last minute changes from us. Could tell there is a lot of pride in the work carried out from the cleanliness & order within the newly installed consumer unit.

Gareth came out at short notice, and sorted out the problem very quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgable, explained the problem clearly, found the right part for us, and fitted it efficiently. Would absolutely recommend him.

Lewis is good value and works relatively quickly. The garage board he put in does the job and the consumer unit now better protects the house. His wiring is tidy and everything looks to be terminated well. It's a shame that he was unable to entirely fix the issue with the downstairs sockets. As it stands I have had to pull the end of a TWE wire out of a socket in order to get everything to work, which is a bit scary but I'm pretty sure it isn't live. If it's putting something in for the first time or sorting a problem you already understand, Lewis is an excellent choice.

Amazing service! I had a really heavy, illuminated bathroom mirror to be installed and I wouldn’t have felt comfortable trusting anyone else to do it. Lewis also installed dimmer switches and new sockets. The place was spotless afterwards. Would definitely recommend to all. Thanks Lewis

I was completely satisfied with the service provided by Lewis, who was able to identify the problem in a methodical manner. It turned out that a fox had chewed on the outdoor electric cables to the garden, causing the house to lose light, and to bring the heating to a standstill. But Lewis was able to fix it all within a speedy 45 minutes. I highly recommend this electrician.

Fantastic company! I accidentally drilled into a power cable and was panicking that a fire or something would start!
