I contacted Ben for an emergency call out, as we'd lost power in our kitchen. In summary, he was fantastic. Turned up within a couple of hours, worked quickly and did a top job installing a new MCB to my fuse box. He also offered some free advice around how we'd install a boil tap in our kitchen. In summary, I'd highly recommend. I'll be contacting Ben again in future for any electrical work I need done.

Used Watt Now to renew all of the switches in our place and install new spotlights instead of pendant lights in a few rooms, friendly and polite and it looks 1000% better now. Really helpful in explaining what I needed to look for so that I could choose the switches and spotlights myself (as I'm quite picky).

He came and inspected the job before starting to make sure everything was in place (unlike others who asked me to send a photo) and on the day installed the equipment, set it all up and showed me the controls and how to use them. Phil and his colleague did a brilliant job for us! They removed two old kitchen lights on bars and fitted spotlights in the ceiling.They were very knowledgable about the job, punctual, worked quickly and efficiently and were clean and tidy. Fantastic help to sort out our dysfunctioning electric underfloor heating system; the controls weren't installed properly, and we'd struggled with this for two years. Josh and his partner spent the morning working through the issues and by the process of elimination were able to sort the problem efficiently and quickly. Before and after photos. The work was to install some ceiling downlighters to a bedroom and to enhance the control of three sets of outside lights. Josh arrived as arranged and I used his advice and experience on the best placement of the ceiling lights so that we can use it as a bedroom or an office. The area was sheeted up to contain the dust of overhead drilling and afterwards thoroughly vacuumed and left clean. The outside lights required investigation to establish the existing wiring and working out how to make the adjustment I was after without compromising the flexibility of the existing controls. The work in both areas was completed quickly and efficiently, with minimum disruption, and all the usual off cuts of wire cleared away and the areas left in a clean and tidy state. I have no hesitation in recommending Magnum Electrical - this is the third time I have used them.

Jake has been brilliant throughout the duration of our project. His knowledge around garden lighting, where to position and which products to use was invaluable. The standard of his and his teams work is very very high. They are neat in their installations, clipping wires precisly, mounting lights in specific places as well. Had Joe come in and quote some electrical work for me at home and I was impressed with the service he provided. Ive had other quotes but Joes was the best price and with the work he’s provided i am very happy i chose him. He has great punctuality, workmanship and was very tidy. Unlike other company’s I have used where they can only provide me one service Joe covers them all from light changes to full a rewire. Had Joe round to install external socket and switch with all armoured cable supplied and installed which then linked to a Jacuzzi after we installed the base, He concord the rest at a high standard very neat and tidy.
