Super impressed with the customer service received from Charlie, Lee and whole team at Downlight. They installed a range of lights and new electrical sockets at our house - quality work and good price. They also went the extra mile to resolve an issue with the smart thermostat and boiler control. Downlight have rewired my house, fitted solar panels along with the inventor and batteries in addition to helping arrange and install an air source heat pump. Due to the the long running job and different elements involved i got to meet many different members of the team. I was really impressed with how professional the team were with all of the work they carried out to high standard and snag free. A big plus was the communication was clear and frequent meaning everything was carried out exactly as we requested. All the team we meet were really friendly and nothing was ever to much trouble meaning they were great to work with. I would highly recommend and i will use again in the future.

I encountered a complex wiring issue with my electric cooker hob and sought assistance from various electricians without success. Steven was amazing! Called the number at 5pm on a Friday night, after putting up a shelf myself and causing a power cut! Clearly drilled through a wire just before the weekend... Typical! Within the hour Steven was at the house and had the job finished by 7pm! Lovely gentleman , fast efficient and really careful with both my shelf and wall - really pleased with the service and would highly recommend to any other DIY disasters! Thank you so much!

Steven came out to me within an hour to help fix a trip switch issue. He was so friendly and helpful. He explained really clearly what he was doing and fixed the problem within the hour. The price was very fair for an emergency call out too. Highly recommended. And a lovely guy.

In all my years engaging with electrical and plumbing engineers - I have never been so impressed. Stephen was an emergency call out, from the moment he spoke to arriving (under 30mnts on a Sunday); got the job done, and delivered an outstanding result. Everything else around the service was 5 star - personality, directness, very polite, and even wore shoe protectors when he walked in the door - he dealt with it like he would deal with his own home. HIGHLY recommend him/them.

Rogan installed outdoor lighting and switches for us this week. He came highly recommended from a friend and did not disappoint. He was friendly, super speedy at responding to our requests and he suggested lighting options that suited us perfectly and the finished work is neat and unobstrusive. Tripped Out Electrical provided an excellent service for the scope of work; new consumer unit with RCBOs, new / upgraded sockets throughout and new interlinked smoke & heat alarms.
