Wonderful service from Robbie at TMS,. Just can't recommend them enough. Two new storage heaters installed at an aged relatives home. They are working excellently. We're new to the area and were keen to find really good local trades people for work on our new house. Sell electrical performed brilliantly. Initially asked to look at an extract fan replacement / repair, Jeremy arrived on time and was extremely helpful, not only with advise and repair on the fan but in helping me to understand other aspects of the electrical installation in our new house. I'd arranged for Sell Electrical to come out to my property to fix 3 issues that I had with sockets and erroneous spurs. The engineer Neil arrived exactly on the stroke of 10am as arranged, and he quickly understood what was required. He was very polite and disruption to the household was minimal. Any dust or mess was cleared up efficiently on completion of the work, plus I was given a full explanation of the what he had needed to do. It's unusual to work with tradesmen who don't suck their teeth in and shake their head when the required work is shown to them, and then explain how the job is so much bigger than was initially thought. I highly recommend Sell Electrical, and I shall be using them again whenever required. Thank you Sell Electrical! 10/10

Early call-out on a Sunday morning due to a tripped RCD, Dune arrived within less than 30 minutes and was able to resolve the issue and get us back up and running within a couple of hours. Very friendly and price very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you!

From the outset Dune was 100% engaged providing advice over WhatsApp in the first instance and then coming out late in the evening to swap out a defective shower pull cord (melted switch!) and install an outside light. He worked effectively, tidily and considerately during his time in my house, and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Dune was an absolute star! He offered advice over the phone and then once we realised it was a bigger issue he was straight over and fixed the problem we were having with one of the sockets tripping. Having just downsized I was anxious for an electrician to complete several tasks at my new home. I phoned 10 from various advertised sites and only 2 answered my call; one could start in 2 months time whilst the only other one actually arrived 2 days later. He (Max) was very efficient, knowledgeable & friendly. The jobs were finished later that day with a final invoice that was most reasonable. I would use them again without hesitation.

DRS Electrical came highly recommended in the village I live from multiple sources, and it's clear to see why. Their customer service was exemplary and I truly appreciated their patience of explaining and talking through all the issues with me as a layman and little experience of electrics. The work done was great, quick, professional and the electrician they sent round (Noah) was courteous and respectful of our home. Also dealt with Sam their manager, who took the time out to talk through wider concerns we had in our home and on other issues we might have had. In all my years engaging with electrical and plumbing engineers - I have never been so impressed. Stephen was an emergency call out, from the moment he spoke to arriving (under 30mnts on a Sunday); got the job done, and delivered an outstanding result. Everything else around the service was 5 star - personality, directness, very polite, and even wore shoe protectors when he walked in the door - he dealt with it like he would deal with his own home. HIGHLY recommend him/them.

Steven was amazing! Called the number at 5pm on a Friday night, after putting up a shelf myself and causing a power cut! Clearly drilled through a wire just before the weekend... Typical! Within the hour Steven was at the house and had the job finished by 7pm!
