Jon arrived on time, was friendly and polite. He carried out the job quickly, explained to me clearly what he'd done and tidied up behind him. Email communications with the office were speedy and efficient. I was happy with the price so didn't get a comparative quote, but felt like it represented good value. Will definitely use this company again.

We first used Electric4U to install our EV charging system of which we were exceedingly happy with. We contacted E4U again regarding Solar Panel installation. The quote, recommended equipment & system was very well laid out. As soon as solar equipment was delivered directly from the supplier, the installation commenced promptly. E4U were excellent in their approach and installation of all the related equipment whilst checking and double checking the voltage readings every step of the way between the main house consumer unit to the panel and inverter. We had twelve solar panels installed on two separate roofs giving us two arrays (6 panels on each roof). I have used Electric4U for a couple of years on a variety of small electrical jobs around the house. It is super easy to book an appointment and also to get an appointment quickly. The electricians are professional and have fixed the problems first time. They do not charge over charge and are good value for money. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable local electrician.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Electric4U when I had my home Zappi electric car charge point installed. We have a looped supply and I had tried a few other companies who said it was too complicated to deal with the DNO to have my installation carried out. Electric4U gave me a competitive quote, carried out a survey, dealt with the paperwork and carried out the installation all within two weeks which I was very happy with.

My kitchen was without power for over a week. Finding an electrician was 2-3 weeks for appointment. Called Affordable Electric as a last resort. To my surprise, they immediately took in the seriousness of my situation, and were at my door within 2 hours!!! They were busy too, but they went above and beyond in their customer service. Phil and his colleague were the epitome of professionalism when he fitted my PIV. He came and inspected the job before starting to make sure everything was in place (unlike others who asked me to send a photo) and on the day installed the equipment, set it all up and showed me the controls and how to use them. Dust sheets and vacuuming as he went along. A perfect job and very happy to recommend him and will definitely be doing so. Thank you for your help.

Phil and his colleague did a brilliant job for us! They removed two old kitchen lights on bars and fitted spotlights in the ceiling.They were very knowledgable about the job, punctual, worked quickly and efficiently and were clean and tidy. We finally have an outside light and a double outside power point! Ryan was brilliant in finding out what we needed and advising us. The PowerPoint is so discreet and well installed and our outside light looks great and has made me feel so much safer. Ryan has done lots of electrical jobs for us and is always professional, knowledgable and so helpful.

Communication from start to finish was superb. Ryan assessed and gave recommendations for work required with honestly and clarity. A prompt quote was given and a date for work to be done was given on acceptance of the quote. Ryan messaged the day before work due to check all was still OK and advice of time expected of arrival. Ryan was chatty and we felt comfortable with him in the house. He replaced a dated fuse board, 2 light pendants and an outside light. He also replaced a bathroom extractor fan with a more efficient one and fitted new ducting. He was very efficient and tidied up. On completion of the work, he went through instructions for each item and explained everything clearly. An invoice was issued promply by email and an Electrical Installation Certificate was recieved that evening. We highly recommend Ryan and will definitely being using him for future work.

We have used Ryan three times now. He has updated wiring and lights in most of the house and just completed lights outside. I found Ryan very reasonable in price and very quick too. He is reliable. I have a dog and two children and felt comfortable in the house. I was not always here and I trusted Ryan and his team. We are delighted with the work and have recommended to friends. He is very knowledgeable and gave excellent recommendations about updating switches. Ryan is a really nice guy too. We have sometimes had to wait for Ryan to fit us in but I wouldn’t use anyone else. He is worth the wait.

We have had the pleasure of having EPPS Electrical attend our workshop to check our lights, change plugs & sockets & supply a spur to enable us to have a heating element installed. Ryan was incredible, he was at our house within 10 minutes of us calling and it was out of hours. We had an issue with the internal part of our security alarm and he fixed it within 5 minutes of arriving, he also notified us of a common fault with the outside box which we were completely unaware of as the alarm system is new to us, having only recently moved in. Nothing was too much trouble! We will be adding EPPS to our address book and definitely using them for any future electrical needs. Cannot recommend enough.

Hayden recently did an excellent job replacing our consumer unit and getting electrics out to our garage. When we had a separate (and unrelated to the work he'd done) issue a few days later he came out at 4.30pm on a Friday and sorted it out for us.
