This is the second occasion Stewart has completed work for me within the last 10 months. I was very worried & concerned due to issue with the bathroom light fitting. We previously had a fire in our house & I am nervous around any electrical issues. Stewart appreciated this fact & came the next day, wearing his uniform & displaying his NICEIC ID card. Completed work efficiently & in good time. Left repair area clean & tidy. Reasonably priced. Great professional service received. Also provided advice re a damaged table light. Mathew was very thorough in his work. He had to correct mistakes made by previous workman which had been left in a dangerous manner could have been electrocuted or a fire. Matthew came to our rescue when we moved into our new home and helped us hugely in nearly all rooms. He came over to go through all of the electrics in the home and then advised us as needed on the best options for the lighting that we required. He helped to resolve our fan in the bathroom and changed many of the old spotlights to a better energy saving option. Matthew was brilliant from start to end and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. We will certainly call him back if we have any other difficulties in the future.

Matt did a fantastic job for us when our kitchen circuits started tripping. Even though it was his planned day, off, he spent the day with us isolating all the possible options, explaining in layman's terms what he was doing at each step, fixing up problems with external plugs and internal wiring that was arcing through a small dishwasher leak he discovered, and also addressing potential problems with the RCD fuseboard on a return trip. I have no hesitation in recommending Matt and Embassy Electrics, both for the quality of work and for the calm professionalism with which it is carried out.

I'd arranged for Sell Electrical to come out to my property to fix 3 issues that I had with sockets and erroneous spurs. The engineer Neil arrived exactly on the stroke of 10am as arranged, and he quickly understood what was required. He was very polite and disruption to the household was minimal. Any dust or mess was cleared up efficiently on completion of the work, plus I was given a full explanation of the what he had needed to do. It's unusual to work with tradesmen who don't suck their teeth in and shake their head when the required work is shown to them, and then explain how the job is so much bigger than was initially thought. Phil and his colleague did a brilliant job for us! They removed two old kitchen lights on bars and fitted spotlights in the ceiling.They were very knowledgable about the job, punctual, worked quickly and efficiently and were clean and tidy. First time I have used Phil's services and hopefully not the last. I would be happy to use him again and to recommend him to others. Justin and his team at CMD Electrical Services were very professional and experienced and we would definitely use them again for any electrical work that we need doing.
