We had an emergency leak problem this evening and found Stephen's contact via a local group where he was highly recommended. Stephen came promptly even though it was late and he fixed the issue. He is very professional, polite, friendly and explained and showed us what had caused the problem and replaced the broken part. Stephen is very efficient and we are grateful he came out of work hours, at short notice to help us out. We are really pleased with the excellent service and highly recommend Stephen. We will definitely use High Heat Heating and Plumbing again.
I called High Heating and Plumbing, as we needed a gas engineer to connect our new gas hob. We experienced excellent customer service, great and clear communications, and a prompt reply to our enquiry.
