All the stars brilliant! Emailed a request for a boiler annual service, received a call back on the same day and booked the appointment for the following week. Emails with a time slot, a reminder email and, on completion, an electronic document of the completed service. Also texts to check customer satisfaction. Firstly, I’ve given this firm a 5 star rating and would highly recommend due to these reasons. Outset: Read their superb reviews online and in particular mention of co-owner, Perry. Phone call into their professional call centre gave me immediate reassurance that they were professional and eager to solve my issue. I was informed that Perry was busy and I would be seeing instead their business partner, George. Expressing immediate concern I might get someone not as good, I was reassured that George was also excellent, although mentioned less on public reviews. (Shame on previous customers for not leaving more positive reviews) Issue: my Worcester combo boiler was playing up with intermittent hot water dropping off and showing a series of fault codes relating to the issue. (WINTER WITH BOILER ISSUES ARE NOT WORTH TAKING THE CHANCE!) Lead in: I was sent a number of realistic prompts via text message and emails explaining what to expect and managing my expectations for the day in advance of the service. Very professional for someone managing their busy diary. Day of Service: George turned up promptly with his new apprentice, Bradley. (Signs that the business is doing well!). First off, I was super impressed by both the gentleman who were respectful from the outset introducing themselves and removing shoes.George was polite and highly personable. In my experience of dealing with multiple tradesman over the years and myself coming from a background in the building trade, I couldn’t have wished for a more professional expert than George and found his mannerisms and conduct admirable in this day and age. Old school values and appeared truly honest in explaining everything and not pushing for need to replace etc. Job: thorough, taking time and precision to ensure everything was done, checked and put right. Post job: sent an invoice via email, which included a detailed diagnostic report to include future suggestions of things that may need to be looked at again in the future. All in all would have George back in an instance and would prompt anyone booking this firm to request his services personally. Merry Christmas H&G Solutions!

We have used Joe for a number of years. He is always reliable and fixes the issue. This year he replaced both bathrooms to a high standard and we would definitely recommend him

Joe was friendly and efficient and made the process of replacing our old gas hob and oven with a new gas hob and an electric oven very smooth. He kept appoi tents when promised and his charges were reasonable. Highly recommended.

We have used Joseph's services several times during the last 4-5 years: He installed our new combi boiler, plumbing for our new bathroom and shower rooms and currently services our boiler on an annual basis. I would highly recommend him for his excellent service, professionalism, trustworthiness and value for money.

I first used Joe’s services about 6 years ago when we needed a new tap fitting at short notice. I called around and Joe managed to slot me in at the last minute. He did a very good job where others had failed and I liked the fact that he had an apprentice in tow, which I think always says good things about a person. We used him again a couple of years later to service our boiler and he got it working so well (others had failed to spot an issue with the system - and blamed us for having an irritating boiler) and we’ve used him ever since. Last year we had building work done, which required the services of a good plumber. He was our absolute go-to. He installed a new boiler after adding and swapping a number of radiators and he changed an old shower cubicle, which was a tricky job. We’ve tried a number of plumbers over the years and Joe is by far the most skilled, reliable and efficient. He’s also fairly priced. Last of all, Joe is a really nice guy - friendly and easy to have around. Very highly recommended.

The technician preemptively asked for pictures and had agreed a plan and options with myself over the phone (course of action, replacing parts vs repairing etc) before attending and given the nature of the issue (leak on mains stop valve) his friendly and calming demeanour explaining to us what to do until he attended was a very nice touch as leaks usually cause a lot of distress to people. He attended site on time, was polite and very professional. He was providing useful explanations along the way. He has done a great job and being extra careful not to make any mess and has left the place spotless. PHENOMINAL service by Sukh. My Boiler broke 10 days before Christmas and Sukh came on emergency even though he was very busy, he tried a new part but to no avail, and really went out of his way to avoid me having to get a new boiler, trying his very best to get me fixed up before the festive period. January… I now have a new fabulous boiler fitted and the work was not straight forward at all, Sukh thinks on his feet, is very methodical and very knowledgeable and fixed each issue as it arose. Sukh is honest and does not overcharge at all. I could not reccomend Sukh & Five rivers plumbing highly enough. Wish there were more professional tradespeople like him around! He is simply great 👍

Lee was absolutely amazing in firstly sorting out a leak we had and then installing a new bathroom suite. Great recommendations provided for suppliers, brilliant communication throughout and professional in all elements of the job. Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive.
