Flat roof replaced adding additional insulation. The ADN roofer was very professional and explained the process throughout. Additional information was provided that helped me with other works possibly later. This is my third roofing work with ADN and will use again for my next planned project. My roof started to leak during a storm, with a serious drop-down into my bathroom. I called ADN, who had replaced a garage roof for me a few years ago, and expected to have to wait for ages due to the storm. I left a voicemail for someone to call me back. It took a few days, but Candy called me and arranged for Charlie to come have a look. Charlie was excellent. He inspected the roof, and suggested the drop-down was a bit freaky due to the heaviness of the rain and the power and specific direction of the wind. He lifted a few tiles and located the problem - a tear in the felt under the tiles next to the soil stack. He contacted me quickly with a quote, which was lower than what I was expecting. He returned a couple of weeks later (poor weather had restricted when the work could have been done) and finished the job in a few hours. Charlie was also good fun, explaining that he originally had a poor head for heights but got over it! Very helpful firm.

ADN Roofing provided a thoroughly professional service from start to finish. The problem was quickly identified (a minor job), quote given and accepted, and repairs carried out in just under 2 weeks. This was refreshing as I'd contacted 10 other companies who either couldn't be bothered to phone me back or if they did, told me 'it's not worth us coming out', 'you're meant to be able to see some sky from the loft' or 'it's not that serious, you're worrying too much, love'. Shame on them and thank goodness for ADN Roofing with their expertise, excellent workmanship and superb customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Really great, knowledgable and professional team, we had a very botched roof put onto our extension five years ago which looked awful and was leaking. The guys at ADN stripped it all back and relaid it correctly and now it is water tight and looks a millions times better. Thank you!

ADN Roofing were great. We unfortunately had some poorly installed vertical tiles on our new build house. One was accidentally dislodged by our window cleaner which dropped onto a small pitched roof and broke more tiles! ADN came around quickly, provided a quote via email, and slotted us in within the next few weeks. Quote was really fair and work carried out was great. Would recommend.
