Carl and team were polite, gracious, helpful and determined to fix our leak. Carl in particular was generous and tenacious in his endeavours to resolve a problem which was not as simple as it first seemed. He did this within the original quote provided to us, for which we were extremely grateful. If you're looking for roof repairs from an honest tradesman, Carl is your man!

We asked a few roofers to quote to redo a flat roof, some gable wall cementing and some flashing. I am pleased that we chose Carl and his team at Surrey Roofing Specialists. When Carl was assessing the problem, he suggested various alternatives rather than selecting the most expensive. He was very amenable and reactive and hence I decided to give the contract to him. Carl and team were extremely professional and just so easy to deal with - it makes such a difference when you trade with such teams. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Work was finished on time, to a high standard, clean and with very minimal disruption. I then asked for Carl and team to look at the bay window roofs, and he was back the next couple of days to complete them. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to friends.

We had a leak in our roof on the top floor loft, and it was clear that the previous work done on the roof was very poor. Thankfully, we found wayne and his amazing team, recommended by several neighbors on our street. They were able to set up scaffolding within 24 hours from my call to them, and in just two days, they completely removed the old roof and installed a new one. Their professionalism was outstanding, and they were kind and helpful throughout the entire process, answering all our questions patiently. Wayne and team did an excellent job replacing the flat roof over our conservatory. Good workmanship, high attention to details. Not only corrected the issues that the original builders created, but went above and beyond to fix some issues that they spotted without additional charge. They were very professional, always punctual, tidy and communicative. Olympia who runs the office was very responsive to emails even on weekends. Highly recommend.

When I had a leak and not long to fix the issue I was fairly stressed but the Astral team quoted very quickly and sorted out the issue (including replacing all guttering, fascias, soffits and a row of tiles, dpc on some flat roofing areas etc.) within a week. James and his team came and did some repair work on our roof - we are very pleased with his work. We had recently moved in and were keen to get this done quickly which James was able to accommodate. The team were nice guys and always cleaned up at the end of each day. When they found more damage than expected, James showed us, was open and honest, explained his concerns and gave us a couple of options to proceed. James was great at communicating with us from the start. We would definitely use them again!

I would definitely recommend Astral for roofing and guttering work. I had multiple urgent problems with the roof of my house and James and his team responded quickly and within two days the work was completed. I was given several options for how to proceed and I was kept informed of progress with photos and videos which was very reassuring. The entire team were excellent throughout.
