She is excellent at ensuring that he kept a focus on what examiners are after and built his capability and confidence on the spoken side of the language. Mia taught my child Sophie when she needed extra help after school. Sophie really enjoyed and looked forward to the sessions and developed a great relationship with Mia. The sessions were great fun and planned around Sophie’s favourite characters which really helped engage her. It was fantastic to see how quickly Sophie gained confidence in herself and her work . Mia kept me well informed about Sophie’s progress and gave me ways I could help her more at home too. I would highly recommend Mia to help any child. She works extremely hard and really cares about what she does.

My daughter has been attending Purley FCL since a year and it has been very successful. Sejal gives personal attention and closely monitors the performance without creating any added pressure. I cannot ask for more than a fantastic tutor. They are beautifully teaching my daughter what to expect in her year group. They know what to expect in SATS exams and teach accordingly. The tutor is adjusting according to our flexible time. I can ask them to teach if my child is weak in any topic and they are happy to teach over again. Sarah is very good Maths tutor. She helped our son to progress in Maths from good range (in year 9) to grade 9 in year 10 in a short time (6 months only). My son has been using Champions Tuition since the summer months. Champion Tuition was recommended to us by other parents in his primary school as a very professional and outstanding tutoring service. Within days from joining Champions Tuition my son became very responsible about his homework and his goals (passing his exams to secondary school). Anpu the founder of Champions Tuition has outstanding pedagogical and pastoral skills. The children respond to him very well and he certainly knows how to motivate them. The same can be said about the whole team of tutors at Champions Tuition. Champions Tuition also offers online classes which is very convenient if you are not local or unable to take your child to the class on a certain day. The curriculum covered during tuition is tailor made for the children's level and prepares them thoroughly for specific exams, e.g. in our case 11+ and private schools entry exams. The choice of teaching resources is second to none. The children practice using previous years' exams papers from the best grammar schools in England. The tutors also recommend extra books and learning resources. They take a lot of care in ensuring that the child makes a steady progress. Each homework is marked and discussed with the child. After visiting several 11+ tutors in the area, we came across Champions Tuition. After a short introduction which included their business aims and their teaching methods, we decided to go with them. Best decision ever. With their coaching and teaching methods, my son's confidence grew and he was able to sit his 11+ with confidence in his abilities. Whilst he missed out on a Grammer place by less than 12 marks, he is in a mainstream school, in the top set and is working at a level set for year 10/11 students despite being in year 7.
