He has an excellent ability to break down complex concepts into simpler, more manageable parts, which has made a huge difference in my understanding of the subject. Bilal is always patient, approachable, and genuinely passionate about teaching, which makes lessons engaging and productive. His encouragement and tailored teaching style have boosted my confidence significantly.

Bilal is an excellent science teacher. He has a relax teaching approach but very effective. He is flexible with class timings to support my son who has 6 days school. He works around my son’s style of learning and my son (year 10) has been getting good scores across all sciences in school exams. Bilal has been guiding and teaching my son since year 9 covering all 3 sciences. Highly recommend Bilal for all science subject tutoring.

Bilal is literally a miracle science tutor. My daughter had spent several months with another tutor who let her down and I then came across Bilal. Karen was a wonderful tutor for our son Edward during an emergency period of EOTAS. She really met him where he was with different elements of his learning and helped start to address the very significant gaps arising from the poor educational standard at his previous SEN school, slowly building his confidence and self-belief. Her gentle but determined style helped him start his recovery from a period of school trauma and help ease his anxiety. Karen adapted her approach to suit, motivate and inspire him. Yasmin has been an incredible tutor through both my 11+ and GCSE examinations. My son joined STS tutoring February of Year 5 after finding his old tutor was unable to work positively with him. I called Yasmin fairly worried that my son would be changing tutors so late in the 11plus journey. She was incredibly supportive and set a date to trial him and see how much he knew. Straight away she told me he was doing so well and he was definitely on the right track. Each week from then on, Yasmin was nothing but kind and positive about his learning. When I had a worry, she took the time to give me reassurance and even ideas of how to improve certain areas of learning. She kept up with last minute changes in the exam criteria and made sure my son had the up to date papers to work from, something other tutors in the area didn’t do. She tailored the work for his weaknesses and went above and beyond to help him feel confident. She also was truthful when she felt he could improve his learning or even his attitude towards the work in any way. My son has a place at Sutton Grammar starting in September 2024 and couldn’t be happier. My younger son will be starting with Yasmin when his journey starts. Yasmin is dedicated, kind and so personal, perfect for our family.

Our daughter passed the Grammar school exam under Yasmin’s guidance. Yasmin was very thorough with her style. We also found out that in person teaching was highly beneficial. The practice papers were provided as print outs which were then completed by the child and reviewed in the next session. My son has been studying the Kumon maths program since year 1 primary school. The program provided him with a life skill to mentally resolve problematic equations. This allowing him confidence not only in maths but in other core subjects like physics and statistics. Gina has played an integral role in my sons learning journey, her patience, mentoring and guidance has made my son a confident mathematician. Gina has always been a supportive tutor for my son when tackling challenging topics. I am really pleased that we made the right decision to enrol him on the Kumon math program.

I have been a student at Kumon studying maths for almost 9 years and I can say that it has helped me a lot throughout my education. I joined Kumon from the ages of 5 years old -13 years old as I wasn't very confident in my Maths and English skills. However, Gina's supportive nature has pushed me to believe in my full potential and since leaving the centre I have scored top marks at GCSE/A-Level Maths/English where I even scored full marks in my A-level English Literature exams, I've graduated from a top ranking university and now work in finance at a competitive corporate firm. I plan to enrol onto a teaching degree and hope to teach English Literature in the future. This reality is crazy to me because I never would've thought I had the potential or the passion for Maths or English without Kumon. Both programmes provide you with so much practice of core skills you'll need at every level of academia, even once you leave! Sarah is a great maths teacher. Although my daughter attended her lessons for only 3 / 4 months, she loved going to her classes and was able to learn a lot. Sarah has the ability to realise children’s potential and enciurages them to reach their goals.
