Elliot is amazing, he is highly knowledgeable, professional, responsive, prompt, but most importantly understands the behaviour of the pest and adapts the treatment strategy to the environs accordingly. We were advised that our evasive rodent problem might take a while to rectify but from first inspection to confirmed pest absence was fairly quick and in less time than expected. We used the pest company as we had a Mole which was ruining our garden with multiple mole hills. Elliott came round very quickly and left traps under ground, then covered them up so they were not dangerous to children/pets. After a couple of days he returned and had captured the Mole. Excellent quick service and resolved the problem. Would highly recommend.

We had an excellent service today from Matt. He questioned us first to make sure they were wasps, possibly saving us the expense of an unnecessary callout, which was very fair of him. Unlike others he promised a same day service, plus he guaranteed his work. To be honest it's only been a few hours and no wasps are going in or out so it looks safe to go back outside. Pest control wokingham came the same day i called them, identified a hornet’s nest and eliminated it. They were super professional, quick, and effective. Can confirm the hornets are gone. I recommend this service to anyone and I am very thankful.

We used Matt early last year to treat a very active wasp nest and it was gone 24 hours after he treated it. After seeing what we thought was Wasp activity again near our patio door area in the brickwork i called him again for help. He came out as promised hours within an hour or so of me calling him and promptly advised us they that infact it was a minor masonry bee problem and that it would be best just to leave them to it as they cause no harm. I felt that we had wasted Matt's time but i appreciated his Honesty and prompt response. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone and should the need arise again for any pest problem i would not hesitate to call him out for help.

Had Todd come out for my mother who is disabled was so helpful and informative every step of the way telling her what he was doing and what it would do to the rats. He was so friendly and very reassuring. The receptionist was also really helpful and got us the help my mother needed and explained everything so my mum would understand. We are so impressed by this service that we have received and can’t express are gratitude to them enough. An outstanding service by all and would highly recommend.

The pest controller explained why and what actions he was taking to get rid of the mice in an outside shed. We are a school, so special attention was given to ensure the safety of the children.

Warren was brilliant, very friendly and fast to respond to any questions. Contacted him Sunday evening he came out the next day to do an inspection of the problem. Then was able to start the treatment that day. Brilliant price as was been quoted double from other compainies. We would recommend Warren he knows his stuff and gave us lots of tips to make sure we hopefully get rid of the bugs for good.

Warren came after we had a mouse problem. He identified the entry point and put up bait around the house. He recommended we put mouse mesh guards around the house and after capturing the mouse via a trap we haven't had any more issues. Our house feels more secure now! Warren is very friendly and having 3 visits through his service is recommended to ensure no more activity within the house.

I Work for a lettings company in Reading and have been using Warren at Combat Pest Solutions for the last 5 months. Very friendly and professional - called them out to deal with some wasps in the loft and they came out same day. The man who came to do the nest was really knowledgeable and even gave me some advice on the mice we sometimes get in the garden, which seems to have helped a lot. The wasps in the loft seem to be gone for good now, and there was no mess or anything, so it's a huge relief. Thank you for your quick service, will definitely be using Brand Pest Control again!

Had these guys come out for a wasp nest in our garden, with one treatment it killed the nest. Person who came round (sorry forgot her name) was really nice and gave advice to keep kids away as well as any dogs for a few hours after.
