Hired Louis + team to rip and refit our bathroom. Excellent service and communication throughout the whole process. They were happy to take on board and design choices that we specified as well as give advice where we were unsure. Very good quality end result. 10/10 Would have bathroom installed again with Louis + Team.

Just as the weather started to get our boiler packed up. Louis was recommended to me and was very quick to respond and come over to assess the job on the same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, parts were ordered and delivered with next day delivery and the boiler was repaired successfully. Communication was very good throughout and Louis was very clear explaining the problem and gave good advice regarding what to do next.

We’ve just used Nichols Plumbing & Heating to install our new bathroom. We were extremely impressed with them. Their quote was reasonable in comparison with other “high end” installers we contacted. It was a fairly large job, also involving a small amount of building work, but Louis managed it all using his own team or subcontractors, once we’d selected our supplies. Everyone on the job was unfailingly polite, and all work was completed to extremely high standard, virtually to the original schedule. Communication was outstanding throughout. Although there were inevitably one or two unexpected challenges along the way, they were surmounted very expertly, and the final bill was exactly as originally quoted. We will continue to use them for any other plumbing jobs we have and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I would highly recommend Graham! He recently attended to balance our radiators and reconnect one that we had moved. Graham is so knowledgeable and friendly, and he took time to explain everything he was doing. He had to order a part and came back promptly to fit it. Graham is a genius! He’s worked on our house for over 10 years and in that time, he’s installed two underfloor heating systems, adapted our central heating, and regularly services our gas boiler. Due to the nature of the house renovation none of the jobs have been straightforward, but Graham’s ever positive manner, planning and attention to detail has ensured all systems work faultlessly. The quality of his work is exceptional and he goes the extra mile – such as hiding a manifold system inside a cavity wall (photo attached). His knowledge is huge and he has a genuine passion for what he does, offering honest advice and solving every problem you can throw at him. He is the consummate professional; friendly, trustworthy, efficient and just great to have around. In my opinion there are few like him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Graham fitted a new boiler for us at a very reasonable cost. He did a great job and we were very happy with the work done. Graham always replied promptly to any queries, was very knowledgeable and efficient and took the trouble to explain what he was doing as he went along. The job was completed quickly and everything was left very tidy. Graham and Robert were very friendly and pleasant and we would have no hesitation recommending Livingstone Dunn to anyone.

Lee came to service our boiler as well as fix several toilet issues and our water pressure. Lee was able to carry out all works and fix all the issues we had. He was quick, professional, friendly and explained all the works thoroughly. I was WFH during his works being carried out and he was quiet and respectful of privacy when I had calls. Lee did a great job. He got our heating going again and helped us understand better how it works and how we can try to fix certain problems ourselves. Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic and professional plumber came and resolved a number of problems for us, some we didn't even know about! He diagnosed the problem knowing the water system of a house in detail and how everything is connected, this meant he could show us how a problem in the kitchen was related to a problem in the loft! Went and got all the parts then came straight back and fixed it! Saved us a lot of stress and potential worse problems further down the line! Many thanks! I am just moving to the area so don't know any local people or companies yet. After a gas engineer from another company had to cancel on me last minute, I called WTS in a bit of a panic and they were able to send me someone that same day, and at a reasonable price. Carl was professional and polite, and he showed up exactly on time. With pandemic measures in place (mask, gloves etc.) he still managed to be friendly as well as safe! One thing I would say is that there seems to be a problem with their phone system, in that the call was never able to connect when I was ringing them (not my phone, as I tested it with other numbers and it was working fine). But WTS were quick to ring me back and that connection always worked. Thank you for helping me out at the last minute. I will absolutely be calling WTS if I need their services again!

Had a burst hot water pipe that shut down our water supply. Called the house insurance emergency service THREE times and still no appointment so we got Paul’s number from a neighbour. A few text messages later, on a Saturday no less, Paul arrives and does a superb repair job!! Very polite and professional. Highly recommended!!

Ben and his team are excellent all round. Expert in all aspects of plumbing and heating. Professional, efficient, clean and tidy and very personable.
