I started using Stewart and Stewart personally around 6 years ago and have never been let down and never been disappointed. This has now transferred across into my business where my reputation is on the line as I recommend Lee and his team for my clients needs. Again I have never had bad feedback and if anything it has enhanced my business, and reputation, working with a company so determined to deliver quality service.

I would highly recommend Lee and his team. We have called upon them for a couple of issues in our flat and Lee recently installed a new boiler for us. Despite it being an awkward job, the finish is fantastic and our water pressure has even improved. What's more, Lee sent us some suggestions to improve other parts of the flat, such as the overall ventilation. Lee has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy and we'll be sure to use S&S again in the future.

I rang this morning about my leaky sink, Lee rang back very quickly, was very open, realistic and transparent regarding costs and was able to send out his guy Chris within the hour. Chris was polite and professional and he fixed the problem efficiently (which was caused by another “plumber” I had hired from a different company to install a new sink). Chris even cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Lee and his team and will definitely use them again!

Stewart and Stewart were available to provide a boiler service and gas safety inspection at my tenants’ flat at short notice when the company I had been paying into each month, for a call-out plan that should have covered this, let me down. Grateful to them for stepping in, liaising with the tenants and getting the job done without issue, and within the legal deadline, ensuring I didn’t breach regs. Easy and friendly to deal with. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We had an issue with our thermostat and I contacted Heating & Gas Solutions Ltd. I’m so glad I chose this business! Perry was professional and communicated well throughout the process. All the stars brilliant! Emailed a request for a boiler annual service, received a call back on the same day and booked the appointment for the following week. Emails with a time slot, a reminder email and, on completion, an electronic document of the completed service. Also texts to check customer satisfaction. Perry was outstanding. He quickly identified the issue with my underfloor heating, ordered the necessary parts, and installed them efficiently. His communication throughout the process was excellent. I will definitely be using his services again when needed.

Neil and Jordan installed our new water tank, hot water cylinder and boiler on two of the hottest days of the year. Both of them are efficient and professional. The work was carried out with no fuss and tools and mess were cleared up quickly at every stage.

Neil and Jordan worked nonstop during a freezing cold day to fit our new boiler, new pump and undertake a power flush. All working well and looks great (well, as great as a new boiler can look!). Very neat job and all left tidy.

Genuine 5 Star service! We've used Derek on both our home and flat for nearly 10 years for our boiler and bathroom redesign. Fully accredited, he was able to relocate our boiler into the loft and undertook a full remodel of our bathroom. He continues to offer an amazing service and clear honest advice. Mark has been doing my boiler servicing for years but having just moved to a new house I asked him to do some work in the new property. He and Darren swapped out my boiler, tank, radiators and pipe work and did an excellent job. He explained everything to me so I could understand it (I know nothing of this sort of work) and provided a professional service and despite lifting floorboards and the like kept things very clean and tidy. He was very well priced as well given that British Gas was charging almost a 3rd extra on top to do the same job. I feel very comfortable recommending him for any of this work. Mark and Darren have recently carried out a boiler replacement and fitted a new radiator in our conservatory! We needed 3 old radiators replacing in the bedrooms. One of these required floor boards to be lifted and re-working of the pipe work as it was a smaller more efficient radiator. When we had an issue with our plumbing, we called out Callum to see if he could identify the issue and sort it out for us. There were a few things that stood out with his work and service. Firstly, the attention to detail – everything was wiped clean, lined up, left as he found it (probably even a little better). Secondly, that attention to detail meant that he didn’t try to solve the problem the quick way – he solved it the right way, even though this meant far more work on his part. He explained what he was doing at every stage and it was clear that he took a great deal of pride in doing an excellent job. With something that is so vital to your home as your water and heating, it’s the small details, the small things that matter. Having watched him work, I would have no hesitation in using Callum for further work, big and small.
