I had an issue with my heating on a very cold winters day and they were able to send an engineer the same day - the engineer (Zack) was quick, professional, and got us back up and running in no time. The admin team there are also excellent, providing friendly and prompt communication at all times!
I had called round a number of heating and plumbing companies in the area as needed to sort out a problem with the upstairs underfloor heating most were either non responsive or couldn’t get someone out for the next few days. Called Virtue and had the complete opposite experience. Taylor was super responsive and had an engineer booked same day. Matt the engineer was very professional and very helpful. Sorted out the problem quickly and addressed other issues he noticed. Would highly recommend Taylor and the team at Virtue Heating and Plumbing.
The team at Virtue are excellent and I must personally thank you for your recent work. From resolving complex immediate issues to helping plan improvements and extensions to our heating and plumbing systems. All work was completed on time, politely and on budget. Thank you Sean, Steve, Alan etc. I will certainly be using and recommending Virtue again.
We recently had virtue in to install as new combination boiler for us after the old one had packed up. They were very professional, polite and got the job done in one day. They also fixed our leaking tap for free.
Have used Virtue Heating & Plumbing twice now and been very impressed. Both employees sent out to us were polite, professional and clean - dressed in uniform and immediately put booties over their shoes before coming in without us having to ask. Tom in particular was great - happy to answer all our questions and take his time investigating everything for us. He even talked us through their brochure at the end before he left.
