Neil and Jordan installed our new water tank, hot water cylinder and boiler on two of the hottest days of the year. Both of them are efficient and professional. The work was carried out with no fuss and tools and mess were cleared up quickly at every stage.

Excellent, 100% recommended. Neil fitted a thermostatic radiator valve for me. He was punctual, had great communication, worked tidily and left everything as he found it. Will definitely be using Neil for all future plumbing issues!

Neil and Jordan worked nonstop during a freezing cold day to fit our new boiler, new pump and undertake a power flush. All working well and looks great (well, as great as a new boiler can look!). Very neat job and all left tidy.

They are very helpful. You can go to one of the large chain stores for plumping items as well, but if you need to talk to someone with plumbing knowledge then this is the place.

Simon has done a few jobs for us over the last 2 years. No job is too small for Simon and the quality of his work is excellent. He takes great pride in what he does. He has fitted bannisters, built a double wardrobe and made a bespoke display unit all of which we are happy with. I know who to call if I need any building/maintenance work doing.

We recently had a new house built, Dan Pollard and his team were appointed to fit three bathrooms, a kitchen and install the boiler for the underfloor heating. We were extremely happy with the workmanship and their friendly and professional manner. We would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team. This firm installed our under floor heating 7 years ago and have given us super service since. The most recent example was when I left a message just before New Year. They called me as soon as the office opened this morning and the engineer was here by 10. All sorted 20 minutes later. Thank you !

Had a water leak which was only apparent after receiving an increased water consumption invoice. Called SES and arranged a leak detection visit, which was free to me. The engineer Ola came and suspected the ball valve in the loft tank after eliminating everything else. The following visit within a week was by Sam who performed his tests and replaced the ball valve. Both guys were very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. I was pleasantly surprised this was all done at no cost to me and resolved the leak. Well done guys! Mike

Sam was great. We called as we thought we had a leak as meter kept turning. He checked all the taps, including the garden ones, storage tanks and pipes. Once he had done all the diagnostics he explained and confirmed we didn’t have a leak. He showed why it kept moving and then showed us how it stopped as soon as the tank was full. However due to the tank taking a long time to fill towards the end it just drips in very slowly so hence the slight movement on the meter. Happy with whole process and he also gave us info on water saving tips which was great. Very impressed with service.

Kyle from SES Home Services attended my property this morning to do a CCTV drainage survey. We have had a problem with rats in our and neighbouring properties and he was able to check the drains to see if there were any holes where they may be getting into our house. He was very helpful and even gave us advice for what we can do to try and prevent them in our loft.
