Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Lee came to service our boiler as well as fix several toilet issues and our water pressure. Lee was able to carry out all works and fix all the issues we had. He was quick, professional, friendly and explained all the works thoroughly. I was WFH during his works being carried out and he was quiet and respectful of privacy when I had calls. Tom was really good. Got in touch quickly and arranged a prompt visit with lots of options. I feared the worst with our boiler, but within 5 mins Tom had identified the issue, told us off for not getting a regular service 🫣 and started on fixing the issue. Work was fast and clean, good communication. Will definitely be using Asset again!

Tom is a wizard on underfloor heating. He has been very accommodating with our timings for the renovation of the property. I would definitely recommend.

We highly recommend Tom. He has replaced and serviced our central heating system for several years. He has also replaced our shower door and shower valve which wasn't straight forward, despite this Tom did the job professionally within the quote he had given us even though he had to come back several times. All work was done to a high standard. Tom is very approachable and is happy to explain all aspects of the work. To find a good reliable tradesman is difficult we will keep using Tom's services.

Had a drain blockage in my house and phoned Drainage and Plumbing spoke to Freddy, i discussed the issue and he came round literally in 20 mins as he was in the area, very nice and professional, unblocked the drain with no issues and I was very happy with the result , just what you need when you have plumbing problem. Very happy with the service provided by Freddie. We had a blocked drainage pipe and the sink was leaking everywhere. Very stressful to say the least. Freddie arrived extremely quickly and had the problem fixed very quickly and efficiently. I can’t thank him enough for just how amazing he was. Very professional. Great service from Freddie. Arrived within 2 hours and proceeded to clear the blockage within the main drains by removing encroaching tree roots. Also lifted difficult and heavy drain covers set within the patio without causing any damage. Can breathe a huge sigh of relief. A job well done!

PHENOMINAL service by Sukh. My Boiler broke 10 days before Christmas and Sukh came on emergency even though he was very busy, he tried a new part but to no avail, and really went out of his way to avoid me having to get a new boiler, trying his very best to get me fixed up before the festive period. January… I now have a new fabulous boiler fitted and the work was not straight forward at all, Sukh thinks on his feet, is very methodical and very knowledgeable and fixed each issue as it arose. Sukh is honest and does not overcharge at all. I could not reccomend Sukh & Five rivers plumbing highly enough. Wish there were more professional tradespeople like him around! He is simply great 👍

Abdul was very quick to respond over WhatsApp and arrived within 24hrs to fix a leaking toilet. British Gas has been out previously but were unable to repair the leak because of the toilet cistern having been siliconed to the wall behind, meaning they couldn’t access the silicone and remove the toilet. Abdul managed to cut the silicon, get the toilet free and make the repair to the pipe. Would certainly use again.

I called Banstead Boilers after finding the boiler in a rental property I was re-letting had broken. Stuart was very helpful over the phone, was able to give me a rough estimate and arranged for one of the team to meet me on the Monday. George was at the property on time, and was friendly and professional. He got to work straight away, coming back two days later to install the new boiler as arranged. I wasn't present while the work was carried out, but arrived at the property as George was finishing up. The new boiler looked great, the flat was spotlessly clean and George took the time to talk me through the new system. The price ended up being almost exactly what i'd been quoted over the phone and was competitive. The work was carried out quickly and in time for my new tenant to move in. Really great service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
