Stuart removed two bidets for us. He was totally professional, friendly, very tidy and did a great job. He was very reasonably priced and we will be using him again. Happy to recommend.

Stuart has completed a few jobs for us over recent years. He fitted new central heating throughout the house as we previously had an air vent system, fitted under floor heating in the kitchen, a new bathroom shower pump and a water softening filter. Stuart has always been very professional, takes time to explain the work required and answer any questions, and has very good ongoing communication. I would definitely recommend Stuart.

Thaw are extremely professional, knowledgeable and deliver really high quality work. They installed air con in several rooms in our home and we were super impressed with how efficient they are, from when Joey came to quote and inform us of our options, to the team that installed the units. This team were very friendly, respectful and clearly took pleasure in delivering great service. There was a slight scratch on one unit which they quickly noticed and arranged for a replacement which was done in a timely manner. We'd definitely recommend them and will use them again if required!

Had Thaw in to install an air conditioning unit in my workshop, and the team that carried out the work were very welcoming and professional. Dan arrived promptly and was quickly able to identify and resolve the issue with our hot water. He took the time to explain the problem and advised us on maintenance of our boiler. We will be booking Dan for a boiler service next and highly recommend his services.

We've used Staunton Heating Services over the last few years for our boiler services and have always had great service. We decided it was time to replace our old standing boiler to a combi and approached Dan for the job. He was excellent, from quote right through to installation. The boiler old boiler was replaced and the new one was installed upstairs, which is just what we wanted. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Dan is very professional and trustworthy, we cannot recommend him enough.

I can't recommend Dan highly enough. I thought I needed a new boiler as there was so much wrong with it but Dan did his magic and 18 months later its still working fine. Mark was excellent at helping me choose items for my new WC and I think probably all the staff was engaged at some point trying to find a replacement for a discontinued Crosswater cartridge! Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. Fantastic plumber, highly recommended! Niall made the whole process very easy. I first explained the problem, Niall requested a few pictures of the hot water tank to help with the diagnosis and before he even came round had a good idea what could be the problem. Quoted me a very reasonable price if the problem turned out to be what he thought. Niall was prompt turning up and had problem fixed in 10 minutes, but then spent the next 15 minutes showing me how I can fix this problem if it happens again, checking all my radiators and my boiler. Will always use Niall from now on if I need a plumber.

We had a great experience overall using this company! Recently, having broken down two essential things in household, - the kitchen tap and a shower- could’ve been a trouble but we found Sanderson mechanical solutions via Google reviews! It is a difficult task to find a plumber in general, even more so - a reliable, professional and reasonably price one….but this company has all these “ingridients”😊 It was very easy to arrange a visit with Josh at the same day (note: NO call out charge!). He was very friendly, transparent and very reliable (which is so rear to find nowadays). Both jobs were completed quick enough, the invoice was only sent on the completion of both - charged as agreed! We will use this company again! Strongly recommend!

Have just had an absolutely superb experience from Robbie and his team at Shoosmith. I had a big problem with an upstairs toilet and after a call with Robbie he was able to send over one of his engineers Andy within just a few hours to take a look at the issue and after a couple of hours was able to rectify the leak and repair it. Andy was polite and above all extremely detailed with his work. Would absolutely recommend 100%.
