I use Heatsource every year to service my boiler before the winter sets in and I cannot fault them, they are so polite and cheerful and professional, everything is done with the minimum of fuss and mess and they checked all of the radiators as well as the boiler and flue etc. I have also used them to install a new boiler and radiator and a gas cooker. They have recently been to check the boiler at my daughter’s flat that had a fault and again we could not praise them enough for their attention to detail and professionalism. I feel so happy to recommend them to anyone.

I had a really old central heating system. The thermostat failed and i couldn't get a replacement. Heatsource worked hard to find a solution to replace the control system always mindful of the cost. They replaced the system with a much more modern Tado system. The after install support was brilliant. I would happily recommend them.

Heatsource is a trustworthy and reliable company. The guys repaired my boiler by changing 2 immersion heaters and installed a limescale fighter on my central cold water pipe. The company asked me to pay the invoice online after completing the job, which I really appreciated. Great job done by James.

Stuart arrived on time, identified the problem straight away. He obtained a new part and fitted it within an hour. Amazing job!

Stuart has completed a few jobs for us over recent years. He fitted new central heating throughout the house as we previously had an air vent system, fitted under floor heating in the kitchen, a new bathroom shower pump and a water softening filter. Stuart has always been very professional, takes time to explain the work required and answer any questions, and has very good ongoing communication. I would definitely recommend Stuart.

Thaw are extremely professional, knowledgeable and deliver really high quality work. They installed air con in several rooms in our home and we were super impressed with how efficient they are, from when Joey came to quote and inform us of our options, to the team that installed the units. This team were very friendly, respectful and clearly took pleasure in delivering great service. There was a slight scratch on one unit which they quickly noticed and arranged for a replacement which was done in a timely manner. Fantastic, professional and very helpful company. Used them twice now. Bought a new house and water wouldn't work. They arrived quickly and resolved the problem immediately with no charge. Then had a more recent problem, which they talked me through how to fix over the phone again ni charge. Genuinely a very nice and helpful organisation who clearly put the customer first. Have just had an absolutely superb experience from Robbie and his team at Shoosmith. I had a big problem with an upstairs toilet and after a call with Robbie he was able to send over one of his engineers Andy within just a few hours to take a look at the issue and after a couple of hours was able to rectify the leak and repair it. Andy was polite and above all extremely detailed with his work. Would absolutely recommend 100%.

Niall came highly recommended, from start to finish he was polite and professional. He kept in regular contact in regards to appointment times and even called on the day to let us know he was on his way. On the day itself Niall turned up and was able to diagnose the problem but didn't just leave, he waited to ensure everything was working correctly and explained everything to us and recommended some improvements. He followed up the next days to make sure everything was ok. We were extremely satisfied with the service and would defiantly use Niall again and would recommend him to anyone who was in need of a plumber

Niall came out today and replaced our leaking tap. He was amazing and so helpful as well as replacing our tap he took the time to look at another issue and fixed it as well and he explained everything so simply. We will definitely be using him again. Thankyou so much

Fantastic plumber, highly recommended! Niall made the whole process very easy. I first explained the problem, Niall requested a few pictures of the hot water tank to help with the diagnosis and before he even came round had a good idea what could be the problem. Quoted me a very reasonable price if the problem turned out to be what he thought. Niall was prompt turning up and had problem fixed in 10 minutes, but then spent the next 15 minutes showing me how I can fix this problem if it happens again, checking all my radiators and my boiler. Will always use Niall from now on if I need a plumber.

Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Professional, polite, helpful and economic. I was badly let down by another company booked to repair a cistern in a workshop building 2 hrs from my home. After explaining my situation Economy Plumbing stepped in and were able to get a plumber to me within 1.5 hrs. Rather than replace the whole system he suggested an inexpensive alternative solution and was able to effectively repair the cistern. Brilliant service.

Amazing service today ! My dad’s heating broke yesterday and I contacted Graham first thing on behalf of my father who is elderly. Not only did they manage to get round to investigate but the boiler was fully repaired by lunchtime. Brilliant young man ,who was so helpful to me , fitted a switch just inside my cupboard door to enable me to switch off my mains water supply. The main pipe is right to the back under my sink and I couldn’t reach it to switch off the water when I had a burst pipe recently but this switch has now given me peace of mind . I really recommend this company .
