Good morning. This is a review for a lovely man Ivo, who represents Bertolli Heating & Plumbing. I was recommended Ivo through my neighbour as my boiler needed servicing and I also needed an outdoor light fitting changed. I was very happy with the work done and Ivo has given me his details for when I need anything done in the future. I would like to recommend his company and think 5 stars is thoroughly deserved.

Ivo came to service my boiler. He turned up spot on the time arranged. He was very polite experienced everything. Did more than I'd seen on a boiler service before. Definitely call him again.

Brilliant service on a Sunday evening at very short notice - incredibly reasonably priced compared to several other firms I found beforehand, and super professional. Wouldn't hesitate to use again - thank you !

Last week our 20 + year old boiler showed signs of finally giving up the ghost. My husband contacted Mark and within 24 hours he had visited to assess the work and within 6 days we had a new efficient condenser boiler. Mark and Darren were brilliant. Polite, tidy and competent. Mark communicated at every stage and if ever we Whattsapped he responded very quickly. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Mark and Darren have recently carried out a boiler replacement and fitted a new radiator in our conservatory! We were very pleased with their workmanship; they are a great team, very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend them, in fact we have already got them booked in for our bathroom and cloakroom refurb :) Thank you very much!

We needed 3 old radiators replacing in the bedrooms. One of these required floor boards to be lifted and re-working of the pipe work as it was a smaller more efficient radiator. Mark and Darren did this work so well, explaining everything before and during the work. They are friendly, professional and tidy, leaving no mess at all. I would highly recommend them & most definitely use them again. Thanks guys.

Such lovely friendly guys! Came and fixed my broken toilet same day, came with the parts and were super friendly. They even fixed my taps at the same time. Really reasonably priced and trustworthy. Really recommend!

Scott was super helpful and did a great job re-fitting a shower room, including tiling and flooring. In 'spare' time he sorted out the plumbing in the whole house and voluntarily painted the shower room walls and woodwork. Highly recommended!

Scott provided a totally professional, competent and reliable service from start to finish. He installed a new toilet and bathroom and did all the associated plumbing, tiling and decorating himself. He was with us for four weeks and was a joy to have around. He was considerate, tidy and all tools were neatly put away every evening. By the end he'd really become a friend of the family.......in fact he even brought round a red canvas camp chair for our 3 year old grandson who subsequently spent the whole morning in it. In short we can't recommend him highly enough.

Scott has done two bathrooms for us now. Have found him very trustworthy and reliable. He has also been happy to come back and fix any small issues that come up later.

Lee came to service our boiler as well as fix several toilet issues and our water pressure. Lee was able to carry out all works and fix all the issues we had. He was quick, professional, friendly and explained all the works thoroughly. I was WFH during his works being carried out and he was quiet and respectful of privacy when I had calls. Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Lee was absolutely amazing in firstly sorting out a leak we had and then installing a new bathroom suite. Great recommendations provided for suppliers, brilliant communication throughout and professional in all elements of the job. It was a pleasure to have him work in our property and would not use any other plumber going forward. Cannot reccommend highly enough.

Daniel really helped us out in a time od need. Very reliable and knowledgeable plumber. Clearly experienced in his field. The communication was excellent from starting the job through to finish. Would highly recommend.

Daniel was polite and friendly from the start, we chatted about the issue I was having and he was already aware of what needed doing but came to take a look to confirm his suspicion. He worked clean and tidly - very professional and would use Daniel again without question.

Josh came out immediately despite it being his day off. He was extremely helpful and keen to come up with the best solution not just solve my immediate emergency. He was friendly and professional and got everything done quickly and effectively. I would definitely recommend.

I contacted Josh for help with a slightly complex job - installing a pipe to run under the kitchen floor from the mains supply to provide plumbing to a fridge/freezer on the other side of the room. Josh came round within a couple of days of my call, had a look at the job and was able to think quickly and creatively solve the issue by passing a pipe under the floor from a small hatch under an appliance - I am delighted because we didn't have to pull up any of the floor, and we only have a tiny hole in the floor behind the fridge for the pipe! Everything works nicely and his rate of pay was reasonable for the time and effort this job required! I wouldn't hesitate to call Josh again the next time I have a plumbing job - thanks!

Very pleased with the work Josh did today fixing a dripping overflow pipe. Before the visit he kept in touch via texts, arrived promptly, worked well, explaining the problem and how he had fixed it. He is returning in the New Year having ordered a part for a different problem. I would recommend Josh.

Neil and Jordan installed our new water tank, hot water cylinder and boiler on two of the hottest days of the year. Both of them are efficient and professional. The work was carried out with no fuss and tools and mess were cleared up quickly at every stage.

Neil responded to my call to replace 2 bathroom basin taps very quickly. He and Jordan came this morning. Very polite, friendly and efficient. The taps were replaced in no time and everything was left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend Neil and his team. Thank you so much. Jane

Neil and Jordan worked nonstop during a freezing cold day to fit our new boiler, new pump and undertake a power flush. All working well and looks great (well, as great as a new boiler can look!). Very neat job and all left tidy.

Sam was great. We called as we thought we had a leak as meter kept turning. He checked all the taps, including the garden ones, storage tanks and pipes. Once he had done all the diagnostics he explained and confirmed we didn’t have a leak. He showed why it kept moving and then showed us how it stopped as soon as the tank was full. However due to the tank taking a long time to fill towards the end it just drips in very slowly so hence the slight movement on the meter. Happy with whole process and he also gave us info on water saving tips which was great. Very impressed with service.

Had a water leak which was only apparent after receiving an increased water consumption invoice. Called SES and arranged a leak detection visit, which was free to me. The engineer Ola came and suspected the ball valve in the loft tank after eliminating everything else. The following visit within a week was by Sam who performed his tests and replaced the ball valve. Both guys were very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. I was pleasantly surprised this was all done at no cost to me and resolved the leak. Well done guys! Mike

My landlord of 30 years was unable to help when my toilet was leaking --This wonderful company not only Sent "Sam" out to check for me --but also came back to replace flood valve --all for free ! -as a pensioner --this was exceptional service -am so very grateful --THANK-YOU!
