John installed a new boiler, changing from a conventional to a combi and moving it from the kitchen into the loft. He also installed new radiators throughout our house. I’m very happy with his work, his pricing was fair and competitive, and he started the job within a week of us accepting the quote. He even had the bricklayer rebrick an old flue that had been patched in a rather untidy way. I would definitely use John again and would recommend him if you are after a friendly, fair, and professional plumber. Thanks John!

John helped us out with a faulty boiler at the 7th Heaven Studio. We were really grateful that he was able to visit us in a timely manner to check out the fault and he kept us updated with news on when the new part would be delivered/installed. Omar replaced a leaking valve on one of my radiators. He responded quickly and fixed the problem. He was efficient and courteous and provided some very helpful advice. I am very happy with the service provided and can recommend him.

3 days without heating (2 weeks ago, end of Jan when it was COLD) and was let down by 2 plumbers. Got hold of of Olly and he was here within 2 hours. Diagnosed the issue really quickly, a thermostatic zone valve failure (if memory serves), did a temp fix so our house heated up above 9 degrees and we weren’t watching our own breath as we breathed and fetched the part. Wasn’t in stock in Camberley or Farnborough but drove to near Reading back and had our heating sorted that same day. Forever grateful, nothing was too much trouble and he was exceptionally reasonable. He is now the only plumber I have saved in my phone, brilliant service. Highly recommended
