I booked a last min deep clean for my elderly parents’ house. It was honestly in a terrible state and had been neglected for a number of years - I really would’ve struggled to clean it on my own. The gentlemen who came to the property worked very hard today and transformed the place. Communication beforehand was excellent and I was impressed I could confirm the booking on a Sunday evening. Will definitely consider booking a post-renovation clean of my own home soon. Many thanks

We just finished an renovation, redoing a whole house from top to bottom. The house was beyond dirty. Top Notch were recommended to me by our architect. And what a fantastic recommendation. 3 super professional and friendly guys showed up and worked none stop for 6+ hours. They did an exceptional job. Every little nook and cranny was done brilliantly. We have lots of drawers, built in wardrobes, shelves and high hanging lighting and beams. Everything was done really well. We also have lots of expensive fittings and we are overly sensitive about them. The team has lots of respect and care for all the items and were thoughtful about how to clean them gently. Highly recommended. Both Tony and Casper are very professional and fair. Called them to fix my disconnected downpour pipe, they agreed to help out despite the fact it’s not what they do normally. They arrived promptly and were very courteous. Got on with job at hand immediately without any hesitation. Pipe was fixed in few minutes despite the heights (2 stories) without any fuss. Spot On pressure washed my deck and also my large awning. Both had been covered with mould - and cost for new awning fabric was £1500! Decided to give them a go - they were professional, timely and did a great job. I’d forgotten my pavers were different colours until they were done! And no need to buy new awning fabric. Michael was really great scheduling my cleaning and the cleaners did a really great job. I had a 15 minute delay answering them when they rang me but both Michael and the cleaners were really respectable and understanding. My husband and i secured a house to rent in London and was looking for a good cleaning company. Decided to go with T&M after reading the reviews after we got the keys on Friday. Called the Company on Saturday and spoke to the lovely David and he straight away arranged for viewing to evaluate the property on the next day (Sunday) and came to clean on Monday. On both days David was punctual and he was also so pleasant to deal with! We took the pre-tenancy sparkle clean package and we are very happy with the result! I am most happy with Riverside Cleaning. Speed, efficiency and ultra polite are the words I'd use to describe them. I was able to send pictures of a chair, bench cushion and sofa bed that needed cleaning in order to get a quote, which saved a lot of time. As a result, I was given an appointment within less than 3 days to do the job. Sean was not only most pleasant but also very knowledgeable and very very honest explaining that steam cleaning my sofa bed would do more damage than good because of the type of fabric. He gave me some alternatives to get a few more years out of my sofa bed despite the not so bright looking fabric, which was very kind of him. He was a delight to deal with: very polite, patient and discreet. Chair and bench cushion which he was able to clean came out great. I am very happy and will definitely reach out to them again. Adam was polite and friendly while being quick at responding and giving me a quote straight away with pictures as guidance. Shaun came today and was very polite, friendly and efficient, he done an amazing job on my front room carpet, stairs and landing. I honestly thought my front room carpet was beyond saveable with two toddlers, a new puppy and an adult cat. As well with my partner who is a recent amputee and struggles to take his shoe off his prosthetic leg which means he is wearing dirty shoes round the house. The carpet looks and smells amazing. It looks almost brand new again, I am now excited to put our Christmas tree up and have guests round knowing that the carpets are fresh and clean and no longer embarrassing to look at! No doubt I will be seeing them again in the future. The service was spectacular and the price was very reasonable. I am beyond impressed. Thank you!
