I chose Bramley Electrical because they are a small, well-established, family business with a good reputation. I wasn't disappointed. Owner Matt did several jobs for me including repairing my spot lighting, putting up a chandelier and removing an unsafe wall light. He was polite, friendly and helpful, taking the time to discuss different options with me and even did little extras, like taking down an old smoke alarm from my high ceiling. It's so refreshing to find a tradesman who is punctual (I even got a courtesy text confirming Matt was on his way). He left my house clean and tidy - I couldn't have asked for better customer service! I would have no hesitation in recommending Bramley Electrical.

I would highly recommend Matthew. He is polite, courteous, arrives on time, and did an excellent job on both occasions. I will certainly use Matthew when I need any electrical work doing.

Fantastic service! I’m so pleased that I contacted Matt. He responded to my call promptly & was able to come out & solve the problem within 24 hours. The job was at my elderly Dad’s house but he kept me in the loop at all times. DRS Electrical came highly recommended in the village I live from multiple sources, and it's clear to see why. Their customer service was exemplary and I truly appreciated their patience of explaining and talking through all the issues with me as a layman and little experience of electrics. The work done was great, quick, professional and the electrician they sent round (Noah) was courteous and respectful of our home. Also dealt with Sam their manager, who took the time out to talk through wider concerns we had in our home and on other issues we might have had. Emma responded promptly to initial request. Max replaced broken light switch, set up two new carbon monoxide alarms, and replaced three out-of-date smoke alarms, all in one visit. As an oldie on my own, I now feel safer! Nice people, treat you as a valued client. Highly recommend.

She was reliable and communicative at every turn, and always explained the 'why' behind things with enthusiasm and patience. We wanted an electrical inspection and needed an outdoor socket decommissioned. We also needed several new things fitted: down and pendant lights, switches, face plates and more. Sasha and colleague carried this all out to an exceptional standard - including the relevant DIY, making good, and cleaning up afterwards. Very pleased!

We were recommended Sasha by our neighbour when we needed a series of electrical works done to the house we'd just bought. This included replacing all the switches and sockets with new faceplates, fixing or replacing down lights and pendant lights where they had been left broken, installing new outdoor lights and doing an electrical inspection. Sasha and her apprentice Patrick did an amazing job on the house, but above all I really appreciated how she went above and beyond to help me through the process. She would send me very detailed instructions of what I needed to purchase, and then check my order before i bought it to make sure I hadn't made any mistakes (there were always mistakes), she would buy the things herself if I wasn't certain, and came to the house multiple times to get the job done without fuss. She was incredibly organised, helpful and respectful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an electrician in the Godalming area!

I have been let down or not had calls returned by so many tradesmen over recent years, it’s like they just can’t be bothered with smaller jobs even though they still charge loads. This morning I realised my 30amp fuse was tripping meaning no dishwasher or washing machine and power to outbuilding. I found this company and called, Sam was with me within an hour, not only did he solve that issue, he also fixed a kitchen socket after running several tests and a bedroom light, he is truly professional and knowledgeable and also really polite and easy going. I will definitely be using him going forward and can’t recommend him enough, today could have been a nightmare but ended up being very successful and stress free, thank you very much Sam.
