I chose Bramley Electrical because they are a small, well-established, family business with a good reputation. I wasn't disappointed. Owner Matt did several jobs for me including repairing my spot lighting, putting up a chandelier and removing an unsafe wall light. He was polite, friendly and helpful, taking the time to discuss different options with me and even did little extras, like taking down an old smoke alarm from my high ceiling. It's so refreshing to find a tradesman who is punctual (I even got a courtesy text confirming Matt was on his way). He left my house clean and tidy - I couldn't have asked for better customer service! I would have no hesitation in recommending Bramley Electrical.

John provided a friendly, professional service to install various lighting in my home. Very neat and tidy job, happy customer.

John did a complete house rewire for me a few years back and more recently has done smaller jobs. Last job was a couple of months ago when he moved a light switch for me. Always honest and reliable, John does a good tidy job for a fair price. Would recommend to anyone.

We needed some sockets and lighting fitted outside and decided to do some research on local electricians. We found John's website simple and easy to get in contact. I initially described the job to John over the phone and he managed to give me a rough quote immediately with a follow up site inspection the very next day. John then attended a week later and completed the installation. I called John when I had a power failure and he was round an hour later. Located and fixed the fault very quickly. I then asked him to replace some old sockets, light switches and outside P.I.R lights which was all done the next day. Very reliable and I would highly recommend.

I called in a bit of a panic as something had tripped my electrics but I couldn’t work out what - I’d usually go to my Dad for help but he was in surgery so can’t. He was very patient and talked me through a couple of tests so I could work out where the problem was! After being let down by a different company, Sean was a lifesaver at 3am this morning. We had a problem with a leak that triggered our alarms and we were unable to shut them off. Sean was with us within 25 minutes of calling and sorted it instantly. Excellent communication and very calm and friendly. He thoroughly explained why the alarms were triggered and made sure they wouldn't go off again. We do need further assistance on the problem which Sean is coming back to sort for us. We used Shales electrical to replace our out of date board, to install an extractor fan, replace some broken sockets and introduce an ethernet cable to the upstairs of our house. Tom went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the service. No task was too much for him and he was professional and efficient. He sourced all of the equipment ahead of time and the whole process was very easy for us.

Called Jasun and left a voice mail on Thursday afternoon... got back in touch with me within 30 mins and arranged to come and carry out PAT testing that same evening (It was an emergency!). Stuck to his quotation price even though i ended up having a few more items tested! Great service, great bloke! Would recommend!
