I'm currently carrying out a full renovation on my flat but needed a hand removing the old fuse boards and installing an up to date fuse board for all the new wiring. So i gave Omega Electrical a call and well the images speak for themselves. The new fuse board has been neatly installed, tested and signed off and happy to say all is working perfectly. Dan from Omega Electrical was prompt, tidy and professional and had everything wired up in no time at all. i'll definately give them a call if I need any further electrical works.

As an older woman living alone, I have to say that Dan has renewed my faith in workers coming to my home to carry out repairs. Unlike some others I have had experience of, Dan was friendly, responded quickly, worked patiently to find the cause of my problem, explained what he was doing in a non- patronising way and gave me written quotes at each stage, making sure I was clear re pricing before he proceeded. OK, he was a bit more expensive than I maybe would have liked, but it was well worth it to know he would just get on in a very professional way and complete the job, without any hassle and with an official record of the work completed. I would definitely recommend Dan to others who want a timely and hassle-free repair.

Omega explained clearly what they were doing giving me the confidence and understanding of the job. Our Garage electrics kept going off and turning off other electrics in the house with it. They rectified the issues in both the garage and put the garage on it's own switch. Would recommend and will use them again if I need any electrical works done.

Quite simply the best customer service I've experienced ever. Max and his team fitted our solar panels just over a year ago, and they were great throughout the process. But what really stood them apart was when we recently had an issue with a small leak around one of the panels. I emailed Max on a Sunday night, and by 0830 Monday morning scaffolding was up, the panels removed, the issue isolated and fixed, and the internal damage repaired. How a company responds when an issue arises tells you a lot, and they were absolutely first rate. Thank you Max and team 🙏🙌☀️

I wanted a rather specialised solar system for which I'd tried to get other companies to quote for in the past. Max and his team came to do a site survey and after a few emails back and forth to iron out the details, they delivered me exactly what I wanted. James came over and assessed the work we needed doing, and gave a very reasonable quote as compared to some other local electricians. He also went above and beyond the original ask, and quoted to change our thermostat system over to a Nest, which we asked to add on. The work was carried out efficiently, and he also managed to draft in a plumber at short notice for a small cylinder crisis very effectively as well. James and his team carried out a full project electrical install for us. External and internal , sockets, fuse box as part of a major house renovation. The quality of the work was superb. They are an extremely talented team. Throughout the project they were friendly efficient and knowledgable. The end product is superb.

I asked for some rewiring work to be done and EICR. I was very impressed by the quality of work Jack provided. Both James and Jack listened carefully to their customers and understood their requirements very well. Jack patched up the wall and tidied up after he completed the work very well. Jake has been brilliant throughout the duration of our project. His knowledge around garden lighting, where to position and which products to use was invaluable. The standard of his and his teams work is very very high. They are neat in their installations, clipping wires precisly, mounting lights in specific places as well. Jake also offered his advice but also listened to ours and that combined means he has delivered a great garden lighting project. He kept us informed at all stages along the way as well, so it was delivered on time. We can't thank Jake and his team enough. We too would highly recommend to anyone wanting someone with a lot of experience and expertise to help them bring an idea to fruition.

Spoke with Jake to discuss and agree the work and Sam came to undertake the work. Sam was great explained what he was doing and then kept me updated throughout the job with his progress. In urgent need of an electrician because the power in our house had completely shut down, I started making my way through check-a-trade. After calling a couple of companies who were unable to get out to us any time soon I found iTech. Laura was knowledgeable and professional whilst being friendly and reassuring and pulled out all the stops to get an electrician out to us at 8am the next morning. John arrived a couple of minutes early, within half an hour he had identified the problem and 20 minutes later our power was back on and he was packing up to move onto his next job.
