I asked for some rewiring work to be done and EICR. I was very impressed by the quality of work Jack provided. Both James and Jack listened carefully to their customers and understood their requirements very well. Jack patched up the wall and tidied up after he completed the work very well. I’d recommend them anytime!

James came over and assessed the work we needed doing, and gave a very reasonable quote as compared to some other local electricians. He also went above and beyond the original ask, and quoted to change our thermostat system over to a Nest, which we asked to add on. The work was carried out efficiently, and he also managed to draft in a plumber at short notice for a small cylinder crisis very effectively as well. He kept us informed along the way and did a great job of the work. Thanks James!

James and his team carried out a full project electrical install for us. External and internal , sockets, fuse box as part of a major house renovation. The quality of the work was superb. From the outset Dune was 100% engaged providing advice over WhatsApp in the first instance and then coming out late in the evening to swap out a defective shower pull cord (melted switch!) and install an outside light. He worked effectively, tidily and considerately during his time in my house, and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Early call-out on a Sunday morning due to a tripped RCD, Dune arrived within less than 30 minutes and was able to resolve the issue and get us back up and running within a couple of hours. Very friendly and price very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you!

Dune was an absolute star! He offered advice over the phone and then once we realised it was a bigger issue he was straight over and fixed the problem we were having with one of the sockets tripping. After I made a big mistake with the lights I had bought at B&Q, Paul kindly supplied and fitted much better lights. Nothing was too much trouble. He arrived when he said he would, he did the job in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend Paul for any electrical work you need done.

I had Paul testing the electrics, rewire the house, replace plug sockets, the switch board and bathroom light. He was very helpful and open to questions in regards to giving the quotes while making sure I understand the work. Recently got Paul in to carry out some EICR testing to check the existing electrical wiring and circuits. He was very thorough and meticulous and advised that we could go ahead and Install the new Consumer unit which he carried out with no Issues, he run a new cable as well for the new cooker Installation, his work is very neat and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul.

As an older woman living alone, I have to say that Dan has renewed my faith in workers coming to my home to carry out repairs. Unlike some others I have had experience of, Dan was friendly, responded quickly, worked patiently to find the cause of my problem, explained what he was doing in a non- patronising way and gave me written quotes at each stage, making sure I was clear re pricing before he proceeded. OK, he was a bit more expensive than I maybe would have liked, but it was well worth it to know he would just get on in a very professional way and complete the job, without any hassle and with an official record of the work completed. I would definitely recommend Dan to others who want a timely and hassle-free repair.

I'm currently carrying out a full renovation on my flat but needed a hand removing the old fuse boards and installing an up to date fuse board for all the new wiring. So i gave Omega Electrical a call and well the images speak for themselves. The new fuse board has been neatly installed, tested and signed off and happy to say all is working perfectly. Dan from Omega Electrical was prompt, tidy and professional and had everything wired up in no time at all. i'll definately give them a call if I need any further electrical works.

Used Watt Now to renew all of the switches in our place and install new spotlights instead of pendant lights in a few rooms, friendly and polite and it looks 1000% better now. Really helpful in explaining what I needed to look for so that I could choose the switches and spotlights myself (as I'm quite picky).

I contacted Ben for an emergency call out, as we'd lost power in our kitchen. In summary, he was fantastic. Turned up within a couple of hours, worked quickly and did a top job installing a new MCB to my fuse box. He also offered some free advice around how we'd install a boil tap in our kitchen. In summary, I'd highly recommend. I'll be contacting Ben again in future for any electrical work I need done.

I wanted a rather specialised solar system for which I'd tried to get other companies to quote for in the past. Max and his team came to do a site survey and after a few emails back and forth to iron out the details, they delivered me exactly what I wanted. Quite simply the best customer service I've experienced ever. Max and his team fitted our solar panels just over a year ago, and they were great throughout the process. But what really stood them apart was when we recently had an issue with a small leak around one of the panels. I emailed Max on a Sunday night, and by 0830 Monday morning scaffolding was up, the panels removed, the issue isolated and fixed, and the internal damage repaired. How a company responds when an issue arises tells you a lot, and they were absolutely first rate. Thank you Max and team 🙏🙌☀️
