Cannot recommend this company enough. Had no power to my flat due to an electrical fire caused by poor wiring. Steve the electrician came in and tried to test and reconnect me but the main cable to the flat was old and dangerous to use. With the help of an abseiling team Steve and Mark rewired the main cable 6 stories down the communal wall and reconnected the power within days. Thank you Steve! Mark also educated me on the meaning of IP ratings whilst trying to buy light fittings for my bathroom. Fantastic knowledge! 👌🏼💥 Not the cheapest company to use but you get what you pay for. Worth every penny.

Called this Company for install work........ Very reliable and helpfull with an eye for detail. Would use again as they are Fast and honest with a no nonsense approach. The cost was very reasonable and the staffs knowledge is excellent. Paid by pdq at my home, there booking and payment system is fully automated. Since My job was done a friend also used them for a callout, they was also very pleased with the price and speed.

As an older woman living alone, I have to say that Dan has renewed my faith in workers coming to my home to carry out repairs. Unlike some others I have had experience of, Dan was friendly, responded quickly, worked patiently to find the cause of my problem, explained what he was doing in a non- patronising way and gave me written quotes at each stage, making sure I was clear re pricing before he proceeded. OK, he was a bit more expensive than I maybe would have liked, but it was well worth it to know he would just get on in a very professional way and complete the job, without any hassle and with an official record of the work completed. I would definitely recommend Dan to others who want a timely and hassle-free repair.

I'm currently carrying out a full renovation on my flat but needed a hand removing the old fuse boards and installing an up to date fuse board for all the new wiring. So i gave Omega Electrical a call and well the images speak for themselves. The new fuse board has been neatly installed, tested and signed off and happy to say all is working perfectly. Dan from Omega Electrical was prompt, tidy and professional and had everything wired up in no time at all. i'll definately give them a call if I need any further electrical works.

Omega explained clearly what they were doing giving me the confidence and understanding of the job. Our Garage electrics kept going off and turning off other electrics in the house with it. They rectified the issues in both the garage and put the garage on it's own switch. Would recommend and will use them again if I need any electrical works done.

Called Andrew on the Monday PM, needing a thermostat and switched spur installed for our underfloor heating in our conservatory. The next day, Tuesday morning at 8AM, Richard and his apprentice, Calum, turned up and sorted it out. Fantastic service!!! Great price, great service. Richard and Callum were efficient, informative, ie. They explained in "layman's terms " how to operate the very complicated thermostat. We now have a very nice and warm conservatory. Ryan was incredible, he was at our house within 10 minutes of us calling and it was out of hours. We had an issue with the internal part of our security alarm and he fixed it within 5 minutes of arriving, he also notified us of a common fault with the outside box which we were completely unaware of as the alarm system is new to us, having only recently moved in. Nothing was too much trouble! We will be adding EPPS to our address book and definitely using them for any future electrical needs. Cannot recommend enough.

Communication from start to finish was superb. Ryan assessed and gave recommendations for work required with honestly and clarity. A prompt quote was given and a date for work to be done was given on acceptance of the quote. Ryan messaged the day before work due to check all was still OK and advice of time expected of arrival. Ryan was chatty and we felt comfortable with him in the house. He replaced a dated fuse board, 2 light pendants and an outside light. He also replaced a bathroom extractor fan with a more efficient one and fitted new ducting. He was very efficient and tidied up. On completion of the work, he went through instructions for each item and explained everything clearly. An invoice was issued promply by email and an Electrical Installation Certificate was recieved that evening. We highly recommend Ryan and will definitely being using him for future work.

We have had the pleasure of having EPPS Electrical attend our workshop to check our lights, change plugs & sockets & supply a spur to enable us to have a heating element installed. We have used Ryan three times now. He has updated wiring and lights in most of the house and just completed lights outside. I found Ryan very reasonable in price and very quick too. He is reliable. I have a dog and two children and felt comfortable in the house. I was not always here and I trusted Ryan and his team. We are delighted with the work and have recommended to friends. He is very knowledgeable and gave excellent recommendations about updating switches. Ryan is a really nice guy too. We have sometimes had to wait for Ryan to fit us in but I wouldn’t use anyone else. He is worth the wait.

We finally have an outside light and a double outside power point! Ryan was brilliant in finding out what we needed and advising us. The PowerPoint is so discreet and well installed and our outside light looks great and has made me feel so much safer. Used Watt Now to renew all of the switches in our place and install new spotlights instead of pendant lights in a few rooms, friendly and polite and it looks 1000% better now. Really helpful in explaining what I needed to look for so that I could choose the switches and spotlights myself (as I'm quite picky).

Brilliant. Ben and his mate rewired my 4 bed 1870 semi detached house. Really pleased. It was not an easy job. Since then he has been my savior so many times. I have a tenanted ground floor flat. The tenant called me at 11pm in a panic saying there was water pouring through the light fittings. A leak from the flat above. He came out straight away. Made everything safe and stayed for 2 hours trying to locate the source of the leak. He came back daily to check it was drying out and then when he was happy it was safe to do so replaced all light fittings. He has done my EICR. and just replaced my smoke alarm. I have found him to be very professional, very nice, neat, quick and tidy. He is always happy to help, even when called out at 11pm.

I contacted Ben for an emergency call out, as we'd lost power in our kitchen. In summary, he was fantastic. Turned up within a couple of hours, worked quickly and did a top job installing a new MCB to my fuse box. He also offered some free advice around how we'd install a boil tap in our kitchen. In summary, I'd highly recommend. I'll be contacting Ben again in future for any electrical work I need done.

In urgent need of an electrician because the power in our house had completely shut down, I started making my way through check-a-trade.
