We're landlords that live a fair distance away from our property and over the years, it's been hit & miss for me to find tradespeople that I've can trust on the basis of quote and work honesty, professionalism and reliability. Our positive opinion of THS Electrical Services started with being impressed with the reviews on this site, but has only been cemented through our own personal experience now. I appreciated the thorough communications and the extra after-service that was provided which clearly demonstrated their work ethics and pride in doing the job at a higher standard. I contacted THS Electrical to repair a light sensor and replace a LED in my cupboard. I appreciate how easy it was to get in touch with the company and get a fair quote. Rafal was truly a God sent. I contacted him in an emergency about electricity issues at a new flat. He was able to come the same day. We used Shales electrical to replace our out of date board, to install an extractor fan, replace some broken sockets and introduce an ethernet cable to the upstairs of our house. Tom went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the service. No task was too much for him and he was professional and efficient. He sourced all of the equipment ahead of time and the whole process was very easy for us.

We were recommended Sasha by our neighbour when we needed a series of electrical works done to the house we'd just bought. This included replacing all the switches and sockets with new faceplates, fixing or replacing down lights and pendant lights where they had been left broken, installing new outdoor lights and doing an electrical inspection. Sasha and her apprentice Patrick did an amazing job on the house, but above all I really appreciated how she went above and beyond to help me through the process. She would send me very detailed instructions of what I needed to purchase, and then check my order before i bought it to make sure I hadn't made any mistakes (there were always mistakes), she would buy the things herself if I wasn't certain, and came to the house multiple times to get the job done without fuss. She was incredibly organised, helpful and respectful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an electrician in the Godalming area!

Rein Electrical were able to attend a last minute request to install an electric cooker after moving into our flat. The team were so friendly, efficient and professional. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had and even provided some advice on what to expect when using the cooker for the first time. They tidied up after themselves and left my flat looking brand new (considering the moving in mess). High recommend them. I won’t be using anyone else!

Contacted Rein Electrical as we had a double plug socket in an inconvenient position hindering where we wanted to place a washing machine. Scott called round the next day and sorted out the problem, even placing the socket into a cupboard, which we had not thought possible. He was very cheerful and a very tidy worker. We would have no hesitation in using him again and recommending him to others.

We needed to get a load of new lights fitted and also wanted electrics run out to our shed, so we got Charlie and co round to do the necessary, and they did a lovely job. In fact, whilst they were here, they also sorted out several other little problems round the house which had been niggling us ever since moved in (e.g. dodgy switches and sockets etc). Very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to use again, or to recommend.

Having just downsized I was anxious for an electrician to complete several tasks at my new home. I phoned 10 from various advertised sites and only 2 answered my call; one could start in 2 months time whilst the only other one actually arrived 2 days later. He (Max) was very efficient, knowledgeable & friendly. The jobs were finished later that day with a final invoice that was most reasonable. I would use them again without hesitation.

Emma responded promptly to initial request. Max replaced broken light switch, set up two new carbon monoxide alarms, and replaced three out-of-date smoke alarms, all in one visit. As an oldie on my own, I now feel safer! Nice people, treat you as a valued client. Highly recommend.

DRS Electrical came highly recommended in the village I live from multiple sources, and it's clear to see why. Their customer service was exemplary and I truly appreciated their patience of explaining and talking through all the issues with me as a layman and little experience of electrics. The work done was great, quick, professional and the electrician they sent round (Noah) was courteous and respectful of our home. Also dealt with Sam their manager, who took the time out to talk through wider concerns we had in our home and on other issues we might have had. Fantastic service! I’m so pleased that I contacted Matt. He responded to my call promptly & was able to come out & solve the problem within 24 hours. The job was at my elderly Dad’s house but he kept me in the loop at all times. I chose Bramley Electrical because they are a small, well-established, family business with a good reputation. I wasn't disappointed. Owner Matt did several jobs for me including repairing my spot lighting, putting up a chandelier and removing an unsafe wall light. He was polite, friendly and helpful, taking the time to discuss different options with me and even did little extras, like taking down an old smoke alarm from my high ceiling. It's so refreshing to find a tradesman who is punctual (I even got a courtesy text confirming Matt was on his way). He left my house clean and tidy - I couldn't have asked for better customer service! I would have no hesitation in recommending Bramley Electrical.
