I was very impressed with the service I received from Electric4U when I had my home Zappi electric car charge point installed. We have a looped supply and I had tried a few other companies who said it was too complicated to deal with the DNO to have my installation carried out. Electric4U gave me a competitive quote, carried out a survey, dealt with the paperwork and carried out the installation all within two weeks which I was very happy with.

We first used Electric4U to install our EV charging system of which we were exceedingly happy with. We contacted E4U again regarding Solar Panel installation. The quote, recommended equipment & system was very well laid out. As soon as solar equipment was delivered directly from the supplier, the installation commenced promptly. E4U were excellent in their approach and installation of all the related equipment whilst checking and double checking the voltage readings every step of the way between the main house consumer unit to the panel and inverter. We had twelve solar panels installed on two separate roofs giving us two arrays (6 panels on each roof). Contacted Rein Electrical as we had a double plug socket in an inconvenient position hindering where we wanted to place a washing machine. Scott called round the next day and sorted out the problem, even placing the socket into a cupboard, which we had not thought possible. He was very cheerful and a very tidy worker. Rein Electrical were able to attend a last minute request to install an electric cooker after moving into our flat. The team were so friendly, efficient and professional. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had and even provided some advice on what to expect when using the cooker for the first time. We needed to get a load of new lights fitted and also wanted electrics run out to our shed, so we got Charlie and co round to do the necessary, and they did a lovely job. In fact, whilst they were here, they also sorted out several other little problems round the house which had been niggling us ever since moved in (e.g. dodgy switches and sockets etc). Will was fabulous. Before the installation of our EV wall charger, he communicated in a professional and efficient manner and was accurate and very knowledgable. Come the day of the install, he arrived on time, was extremely polite, understood our requirements and completed the job in the time he quoted. His work was very neat and tidy and ensured that the any cables were fitted in a way to be neatly concealed. Will also did another job fitting a loft light, which was done once again, very well. We used Shales electrical to replace our out of date board, to install an extractor fan, replace some broken sockets and introduce an ethernet cable to the upstairs of our house. We were recommended Sasha by our neighbour when we needed a series of electrical works done to the house we'd just bought. This included replacing all the switches and sockets with new faceplates, fixing or replacing down lights and pendant lights where they had been left broken, installing new outdoor lights and doing an electrical inspection. Sasha and her apprentice Patrick did an amazing job on the house, but above all I really appreciated how she went above and beyond to help me through the process. She would send me very detailed instructions of what I needed to purchase, and then check my order before i bought it to make sure I hadn't made any mistakes (there were always mistakes), she would buy the things herself if I wasn't certain, and came to the house multiple times to get the job done without fuss. She was incredibly organised, helpful and respectful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an electrician in the Godalming area!

I have been let down or not had calls returned by so many tradesmen over recent years, it’s like they just can’t be bothered with smaller jobs even though they still charge loads. This morning I realised my 30amp fuse was tripping meaning no dishwasher or washing machine and power to outbuilding. I found this company and called, Sam was with me within an hour, not only did he solve that issue, he also fixed a kitchen socket after running several tests and a bedroom light, he is truly professional and knowledgeable and also really polite and easy going. I will definitely be using him going forward and can’t recommend him enough, today could have been a nightmare but ended up being very successful and stress free, thank you very much Sam.

Samar provided an excellent service from the initial enquiry, the question and quote stage, and on the day of installation. Samar remained on site from installing the EV charger right through to ensuring it was recognised by the HIVE app. He didn’t leave the site until the charger was useable which involved contacting HIVE multiple times and logging into the laptop to manage the options and set up. Samar also made a very neat job of both the inside electrics as well as on the exterior, avoiding any visible wires. This was much appreciated as this would have shown on the white render. All paperwork and certificates followed through on the same day. I couldn’t recommend Samar more highly.
