These guys are honest and meticulous. I had my Toyota Rav4 fully serviced, everything was done in timely manner, proper parts ordered and when some parts weren't needed, I received a refund. Also asked the team to check my other car and mechanics were honest without trying to sell me needless parts and service. Strongly recommended.

Highly recommend this garage ! I booked my car for service here and couldn't be happier with the experience. Collection and drop off was prompt and on time, person who collected my car was very friendly and polite. After service has been completed, I received a phone call from the blackwater autoworks, where I was given a full report of what was done and what needs attention in the future. Person on the phone took time to explain every detail. They were also very transparent in what might need a replacement in nearest and further future. Overall, great value for money and they even cleaned my car, which I am very grateful for!
