We have only great things to say about Smith's of London. Liam is always extremely helpful and is always very honest with you. Just wondering if they are ever going to reopen as it would be a shame to lose such a wonderful car garage service centre in London.

Having read through many of the messages, it appears that superlatives are now in short supply! Nevertheless credit where credit is due. Dissatisfied with the major service done on my car - 2006 Clio - I sought a second opinion. Smith's of London were recommended to me by my daughter. From making a booking to collecting the car the following day, Liam and his team were courteous, efficient and fully deserving of all the plaudits showered on them. They fixed the outstanding MOT items - balding front tyres and wheel alignment - and carried out diagnostic tests on the cooling system, cylinders and head gasket - I had been told that coolant might be leaking into one cylinder - all things that should have been done in the first place. Thank you Liam and  colleagues for giving me peace of mind knowing  that the car is in great shape for its age. I certainly can recommend you 100%

Smith’s of London is the best mot and service garage I have ever used. I have been with them two years now for mot and services and other problems with my car. They are so helpful with advice and they do not do any work until I receive a breakdown of work to be done and cost. I will be using these guys for every car issue I have, trust them completely. Wonderful team and excellent service at Smith's. Fixed the aircon (diagnosis, new condenser and replaced o-rings) for much cheaper than one of the big chain garages quoted. Felt very transparent as they talked me through the process, and kept me updated with progress along the way. Will return for future MOTs and services.
