As an incredibly nervous patient, I can honestly say that both my dental checkup and hygienist appointments were so easy. All the staff managed to reduce my anxiety from the moment I stepped into the waiting room. Thank you for the care and professionalism. Strangely enough, I’m looking forward to my next appointment!

I recently visited Chem Village Dental Studios, and I have to say, it was a thoroughly positive experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire practice was. The atmosphere was comforting, which immediately put me at ease. The receptionist was lovely—she was chatty and engaging, which made the waiting time fly by. It's not often you find someone who can make you feel welcome and relaxed before a dental appointment, but she did just that. Dr. Krishan Patel, who handled my treatment, was incredibly professional. His soft-spoken nature and calm demeanor were exactly what I needed during the intervention. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure. It’s clear that he cares deeply about his patients and their experience. A special mention must go to Nurse Lilly, who was nothing short of amazing. Her kindness and gentle nature made a world of difference. She noticed when I was feeling a bit anxious and gave my shoulder a calming rub, even holding my hand at times to reassure me. Those little gestures were incredibly comforting and showed the level of care and attention they provide at this practice. Overall, my experience was excellent. The combination of a clean, comforting environment, a friendly receptionist, and a caring and professional team made all the difference. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for high-quality dental care with a personal touch.

Absolutely love going to both the Dentist and Hygienist here! The team are so lovely and re-assuring. For someone who's always been afraid of the dentist, it makes such a difference visiting such a caring dental practice - I love going to my appointmens. I cannot recommend this practice enough! The receptionist team are also devine and help calm my nerves before an appointment.

Always a friendly welcome at the Mews Dental practice, we have been going there for 25 + years and even with the change of ownership we have great experiences (the dental work is never something you want of course!) but they are all helpful, friendly and work to get the best treatment possible for you.

Excellent initial inspection and check up from Dr. Korsakaite. Very clear and empathetic. I have a fear of the dentist and I feel reassured and comfortable going forward with future care and treatment.

I cannot rate this practice highly enough. I had to have a root canal treatment and was pretty scared as I have a low pain threshold. From the reception staff to the dental nurse to dental specialist, I received information (verbal and written), treatment, care and follow-up of the highest degree. After the first of a projected two-part treatment I have no fear of the next. The place is clean, bright, pleasant and comfortable. Once in the waiting room there is very little waiting time, equipment used seems to be the highly sophisticated and modern. Honestly? If you're looking for a recommendation, I wholeheartedly give this one 10/10

Absolutely top class, I felt very secure that the treatment plans recommended were made with my best interest in mind. I have received the best possible care and attention to detail was given at every appointment. Every member of the Reception team, all of the nurses and all dental practitioners that took care of me were so caring and gentle and after the first appointment I was actually looking forward to the next visits. All of the specialists are superbly skilled. They all showed incredible level of expertise in their individual fields. I would like to thank dr William and dr Mohamed, lovely Michelle and Georgia, Dawn at Reception but most of all dr Lucy, she is my favourite!

The friendly and professional service from reception and Dr. Downey were top tier and the pricing throughout was transparent and fair. Moved here recently from a large local practice and am so pleased I did. From the very first phone call the experience was friendly and welcoming. Dr Downey is amazingly calm, gentle and patient. I had my six months check up today, the dentist asked if my health details had changed and if I was experiencing any problems with my teeth. My answer was no to both questions and she proceeded to check my teeth, she said everything was okay and I was doing a great job keeping them healthy. I asked her if she could tell me the right size of a flossing brush I could buy. She tried the one she thought would fit and tried it on my teeth and gave it to me. I bought a pack whilst paying for my check up and booking my next appointment. I was very pleased with my dental visit today and would recommend Crabtree Dental Practice to anyone.

Monica, the orthodontist, at the practice has been wonderful with my teenage daughter. She has straightened her teeth giving her a lovely smile. She obviously loves working with young people and made my daughter feel very comfortable with her regular visits. She treated her with such warmth and always involved her in any discussions. My daughter and I would thoroughly recommend her. Following my daughter’s experience, I am now seeing Monica. She explained the treatment very clearly with great visuals. She is always very open to questions and is very professional whilst also being fun.

Very happy with my implant. From the very start when my tooth broke apart when I accidentally bit hard on an olive stone, Wassim professionally removed the fragments and over the next treatments, rebuilt the bone, installed an implant and finally fitted a crown to match neighbouring teeth. I can now enjoy eating again.

Dr Rabia Satti treated me for a broken crown, it was an emergency as I had holiday booked in a couple of days time, she fitted me in at short notice and provided an excellent temporary soloution, with a sensible long term plan of action for when I come back from my holiday. I'm very happy with my overall experience.

We are always greeted by the lovely staff and waiting times are very short. The clinic is always smelling fresh and the hygiene process is to the highest standard. My family and I have been seeing Dr Ziad Ali for 10 years now - always ultra-professional, but also a lovely friendly person who puts you at ease - I always look forward to seeing him. Perfect if you’re a nervous patient. Only suggests dental work that is necessary. Always innovating his practice and technically fantastic - he’s done some Bioclear for me which was done to a much better standard than a specialist practice I had had to previously use. And he also did the most fantastic Invisalign work for me on some very crooked teeth - I think he’s the most fantastic Invisalign practitioner. So, highly recommend in short! All the staff at Notley are lovely. Also need to recommend Hygienist Idalina Silva, particularly if you have children who are anxious or neurodiverse. Idalina dealt with my son brilliantly yesterday - he came in extremely anxious but left happy and enthusiastic about seeing her the next time, and with lots of advice for looking after his teeth which was pitched at just the right level for him. Very impressed. She’s also my hygienist and is equally fantastic with adults. Thanks Notley for looking after us for so long! Lucy

Upon arrival, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. In my much younger years I had a terrible experience with the dentist which left me scarred with anxiety, yet Dr Akhil and his team were gentle, and reassuring and I did not feel a thing. My son even said I liked Dr Akhil, he is a nice guy and the hygienist seemed to get my son on his side too. A win, win in my books. Dr Akhil Patel has an incredible talent with patients. He is very knowledgeable and easily conveys his expertise in simple terms to relax and assure.

I’m an extremely anxious person when it comes to the dentist and find it to be quite terrifying. Dr Patel soon put my fears to rest and explained everything to me, putting me at ease almost immediately. He explained my treatment clearly, offered me options and worked with me to work out a plan. Absolutely fantastic care by Bespoke Dental Lounge. They always have my best interests in mind. Always given lots of time to discuss my treatment - not like the conveyer belt I've felt on being at other dentists. I always have 100% trust in their recommendations.
