We've used SM Carpentry for a number of jobs and most recently a new front door installation with draft excluder and fitting a kitchen with a new boiler cupboard. The job he's done was fantastic. He goes above and beyond and never cuts corners. Would 100% recommend and will continue to use for future jobs.

Las completely fixed and restored our wooden bay windows and installed our wooden garage doors. His craftsmanship is excellent plus he got all the jobs finished exactly on time - as he said he would. Really pleased with all the work.

Lazlo did a fantastic job fitting our new kitchen and we are very happy with the result. He was able to finish the job in a very short time, working even in the weekends. His skills and experience were incredibly valuable and we trusted his advice all along the way. We have been using Lazlo on other project and we are definitely planning on using his services for other work on the house.

Laszlo installed new engineered wood flooring, releveled floor in one room, changed skirting boards and installed new doors for us. He did a great job, especially with the bay window and considering all doors needed adjusting due to the age of the building. Laszlo is on time, polite and tidy! He takes great care and pride in his work and we will use him again in future!

We asked Laszlo to repair our windowsill, repaint front of the house and clean pvc. We’d never used him before but decided to after seeing the good reviews. He first came round to visit the house to discuss the plan. I liked his attitude and clarity. He then came back in a few weeks when he was next free. True to his word he took 2 days to complete the job. It was done to a very high quality standard, we’re really pleased with his work. It was also a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Honeywood. After trawling around all the normal 'high street' kitchen suppliers I was really disappointed with not only the quality but cost of the sub standard units. I was a bit apprehensive of approaching a joinery company as I just thought it was totally unaffordable. Little did I know that this was the best decision I made. The kitchen was designed to my exact specification. The whole process was clear and was personal to us. The fitting was pain-free, the end result is absolutely stunning and it didn't cost nearly as much as I thought it would. Tidy, professional and delivering what you ask for. He gave me a kitchen beyond my wildest dreams and friends that had big budgets are still blown away by mine. Ryan was recommended to us, and he certainly lived up to that recommendation. There were 6 of us in the block and he completed all the new fire door installations very efficiently, with patience and friendliness. I asked Ryan to install a shed, what he did was above and beyond the call of duty, he removed two tons of soil and a load of other trash. Installed a perfect shed on an imperfect base, negotiated wonderfully with a tenant and project managed a waste collection job. Honestly I should have paid him more. He’s brilliant.

Ryan recently completed the most beautiful tv unit for us. His work was meticulous, matching our exact specifications and making sure that the colours and materials used perfectly blended with the rest of our kitchen/living area, and our electronics all fit neatly within the shelves. Ryan also created cupboards for our utility room, under the stairs, and even a last minute door frame! All were absolutely spot on. Ryan and his team are efficient and considerate in how they work, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I found Orchard Carpentry via Trust a Trader website. Ryan communicates extremely well and has over delivered on the quality of the projects I asked for. Ryan provides a thoughtful and detailed service, considering all issues and resolving. He produced custom made shelving for two rooms and his attention to detail is second to none. My wife and I are very happy indeed. The price was very fair too, not cheap but not expensive. We will be using Ryan for our kitchen refit, within the next few months, as well as any other carpentry requirements. I wholeheartedly recommend Orchard Carpentry.

Very happy with the work Louis and his Woodology team carried out. They completed a professional demolition of an old rotten shed, disposed of and rebuilt a new one, all in less than a week! We are absolutely thrilled with the bespoke wardrobe that Louis and his team built for us in a challenging space with many angles. The transformation of the room is remarkable, and we couldn’t be happier. Louis is incredibly easy to work with; nothing is too much trouble for him, and his communication skills are excellent, which is quite rare these days! He was always punctual, and the quality of the work is outstanding. We have no hesitation in recommending Woodology and are already planning to use Louis’ services for our next project, wood decking in the garden.

I haven't written a review online in a long time, but after using Woodology, I thought I'd take some time out to comment on my experience using them. We have recently moved into a new build property and had new carpets fitted, but the fitters took all our doors off and couldn't put them back on as there wasn't enough clearance once installed. Moving in that weekend, I was desperate for a carpenter to ease my doors. I found Woodology online and called them up and by sheer luck, they were available that same afternoon! When they arrived, they were very polite and professional. Just really nice down to earth chaps. They were tidy, well mannered and they were clearly highly skilled as their workmanship was first class! They did an excellent job in next to no time at all. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. In fact, I have some units that I would like bespokley made, so I will be back in touch soon.

Chris was very prompt in his initial reply to my enquiry. Had a couple of quotes and went with Chris mainly because unlike the 2 carpenters that quoted and could only do the woodwork, his team took on the whole project including woodwork, plastering and electrics (which were sub contracted) but meant i didn’t have to deal with multiple trades/people or issues with fitting them in around each other. Rich and Michael came to do the work, both were polite, professional, kept things as tidy as possible taking a wall down under the stairs and custom building cupboards, drawers, wine rack, shelves and space for fridge as requested. Very pleased with end result.

CCM were employed to carry out extensive refurbishment of three toilets for a school. The work has been carried out to a very high standard. Great communication. Polite, professional, tidy. Would use again and highly recommend.

I found Fine Design through a recommendation from a friend and I'm so pleased I did. We had a few problems so it wasn't just a straight forward bathroom replacement, we had water damage and a wall that needed to be removed to get the bath out, Adem and his team delt with it quickly and efficiently. They kept me informed all the way through, I had chosen a sink but when it came I didnt like it, this was no problem, it went back and by the next day I had one I loved. The quality of the bathroom and the work is brilliant and the price was incredibly reasonable against other quotes. I had ordered blinds separately from Fine Designs that didn't arrive while they were doing the job so Adem very kindly came back to fit them for me.

Sean and his team at SL Carpentry have mastered the art of making life easy- they do exactly what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it and at a competitive price. Sean recently fitted a loft hatch in our home which completely transformed the use ability of our loft (and looks great!) Will be using again!

I asked sean if he could pop by my house once again as I had a vision but didn’t know if it would work or not. Sean came up with a bespoke design, hand built & completed my fitted storage units to perfection. Would highly recommend and will be using Sean again for future projects.

We had a fantastic experience with Marcio and his team! It is rare to come across a company that is highly skilled, reliable, and trustworthy. They built and fitted new wardrobes, custom-made 2 alcove bookcases and several shelving units, repaired the staircase and built custom-made under-stairs storage. Moreover, their painter repaired internal walls and painted the entire house, he did an amazing job as well. I'm so glad we went for this company - they are perfectionists and their work is done to a very high standard. What I really appreciate is that they go above and beyond and communicate with you throughout the process: They send photos with updates, they ask questions to make sure they do the job exactly how you want it to be done, and they are thinking outside the box when something gets tricky. On top of that, they are reasonably priced and will suggest the most affordable option for you whenever possible. The moment you employ them they are on the ball, no chasing from our side ever. They are also super lovely to deal with, even our neighbours mentioned that everyone was very polite and quiet. I wouldn't hire anyone else for carpentry or decorating work. Marcio and his father-in-law did a fantastic job putting in some wardrobes in two rooms and flexible hanging/shelves in my converted attic walk-in wardrobe. The finished products look lovely and they built most of it off-site, so only entailed 3.5 days of disruption at home. They are nice guys and tidy workers, leaving the place immaculate each evening. I would definitely recommend them.

Ollie and the team were superb from start to finish. At the beginning we needed some help with the design of our outside office. Ollie was great and sat down and sketched out a few ideas with us. He followed up quickly and stayed in contact on a regular basis, before providing us with a detailed, clear quote shortly after our first meeting. During the build it was great to have him and the team on site, very respectful, professional and all round it was a pleasure. Any decisions/discussions during the build were open and easy, we always felt like we knew our options and the pros & cons of each.
