Amazing! I am so grateful I chose Andrew as our roofer. His attention to detail is above and beyond anything I could have ever expected and his sincere and honest customer service is unbeatable. Andy came out to look at our chimney, as it was becoming an absolute nightmare. I had received a few alarming quotes, and a couple of no shows from other companies (would you believe it?!) Andy arranged to come and inspect the work needed and give me a quote at 7 o'clock in the evening, due to my difficult working hours and long commute, quoting really fairly. I asked about a few other odd bits that are on my long list of "to dos". His straightforward demeanor meant I was well informed about the necessary work, telling me that certain other bits could be cut in price here and there, as not as complicated (or expensive) as I was led to believe by other builders. Long story short, we've been lucky enough to have Andy as and when things come up. The chimney is repointed, our lead work has been done, he's even going to do us a few cabinets in the house, always keeping me in the loop about everything going on. And he cleans up after himself! Never known a roofer to be so meticulous in absolutely every little task. Honestly, if you're thinking about hiring AJC, you're already onto a winner! Absolutely brilliant!

We had bespoke alcove storage fitted by Dave, very happy with his work, he added all the little trims we wanted and we are very pleased with the result.

Really good experience. It was great to find a well established company that was not only prepared to take on a small bespoke job, but did quality work and was also reasonably priced. They treated us, and the job, with respect and professionalism. The job itself was building a bespoke hallway cupboard which they did really nicely. It looks great and fits perfectly in the space.

Richard and his team were great when we called them up to repair some rotting timbers on our 400yr old cottage! They took everything on their stride and kept us informed every step. They were clean and tidy, and completed the job on time and budget. Richard also returned at short notice a few weeks later when we found another very rotten timber. All work was carried out to an exceptional standard and blends in with the original wall perfectly. Highly recommended, and worth waiting for.

I used Mansur Carpentry recently for some build in wardrobes and his work amazing. He was keeping me updated everyday on the progress and his quality of work perfect. Definitely will be using him again soon for other jobs around the house.

Ferdi built us an amazing cupboard to store our coats, shoes, hats and scarves. He planned and designed it on site and we are thrilled with the result. He was very neat and we were impressed with the quality of his work. We painted the cupboard ourselves but forgot to take ‘before’ photos. The cupboard was built using MDF.

Callum came to my house to stop my wooden shed roof from leaking. He arrived at the time we had agreed and his work was tidy and thorough. Whilst he was at my property, I asked if he could repair a wooden storage box, he managed to do this during the same visit. He was polite and courteous. Very reasonably priced. We are new to the area and found Callum on Google. He has built some bespoke shelving and coat hook racks for our hallway cupboard, repaired a sideboard and put two TV's up for us. He fitted the kitchen and bathroom in my partners previous house, hung the doors on our current house, redid our front drive and has carried out many small odd jobs for us. Kieran fitted our kitchen and utility room before Christmas 2024 and did the most incredible job. He tweaked the design done by Howdens with his original and great ideas to give us exactly what we wanted. He is hard working, reliable, and can turn his hand to anything with great expertise and craftsmanship. He has since come back and completed my downstairs bathroom, some wall panelling and has even given me raised beds for the garden. We had initial issues with work carried out and needed a reputable tradesman to put it right Luckily Kieran had a small gap his very busy schedule and prioritised us which we were so grateful for. He immediately put us at ease and got to work. Kieran completed our bathroom in just two days to a top class standard. He communicated brilliantly throughout, providing options and solutions. Amazing finish on PVC panel work, installation of ceramics and installation of shower enclosure. Excellent quote also and 100% value for money. Couldn’t recommend Timber Technology more highly. We’ve commissioned the team for two projects now (fitted wardrobes and bespoke library style bookcases). Dealing with Timber Technology was a great experience from start to finish. Efficient process from site visit to quote to booking (even just before Christmas). If I were to describe Tom’s approach to my home renovations I would describe him as inclusive, having great communication skills, proactive, (particularly important when as is often the case, a couple of unpredicted issues arose), approachable & open to discussing options when needed & incredibly professional. The standard of work was high & the finish is faultless. My kitchen was not entirely standard off the shelf construction, but was finished beautifully. I would have no hesitation asking Tom to carry out work on my home in the future or recommending him to others. It can be a daunting prospect embarking on a build but I was confident with the choice I made & had no misgivings at any stage. Tom is a gem!!

Tom and his guys were superb for us. Great communication and always on top of things. Real professionals but also very personable. We are so pleased with everything Tom has done in our home. Tom has now led the refurbishment of our kitchen, diner, hallway, utility, downstairs shower room, main bedroom, en-suite and family bathroom. There’s never any nonsense and we enjoy having him around. We tried someone else when Tom wasn’t available and got badly burned. We can’t wait to work with him on our next round! Tom was first recommended to us by a local kitchen company as one of their best carpenters. He fitted our new kitchen which looked fantastic. Tom then laid a new wooden floor throughout the dining and sitting rooms. Once again all laid with precision. Tom has come back this year to put in a new kitchen worktop and prep, screed, and lay kitchen floor plus fit new skirting boards. Tom is a very personable young man works extremely hard and we will use Tom every time.

A team employed by Bourne Construction recently converted our garage into a habitable room. They were very punctual, reliable, professional and tidy. The work has been to an excellent standard. I would highly recommend this company.

Would highly recommend Surrey House Builder. Quote provided was itemised and clear. Builders were considerate whilst onsite and clearly had a high level of professionalism and took pride in their work. Any additional costs were clearly discussed and explained, as well as any cost reductions were notified. Work completed was a renovation and included walls coming down, steels being installed, plastering, rewiring, plumbing including underfloor heating, painting, new kitchen being fitted. We will definitely use Surrey House Builder for any future house projects.

Bourne Construction we’re doing some amazing work across the road from us on our street. We wanted a new flat roof to replace our old conservatory one and we spoke to the guys to give us a quote. We cannot tell you how brilliant they were from start to finish. We had to wait patiently because of weather constraints but that wasn’t a problem. The job was completed to the highest standards and regulation. We had a new roof light fitted which was expertly done. The decorating inside was done with extreme precision and is utterly flawless. The place was kept clean and tidy at all times while work was going on. All in all we absolutely love it, it’s a great family space and it will be brilliant for those winter morning and nights as it’s airtight and we won’t be losing valuable heat.
