George is a rarity for such a trade in this day and age. He is skillful, knowledgeable and as honest as anyone can be. A total gentleman, he left a wonderful personal impression with my wife and I, plus he performed excellent pest control work. Highly recommend

Andre, James and Emma were superstars! They did a fantastic job cleaning out and boarding our loft. They worked during a heatwave which must have been very unpleasant but with no moans and they just cracked on with the job. Everything was left clean and tidy and they were very careful not to cause any damage internally carrying out debris from the loft during the cleaning up process. We also got some bee-keeping advice! We used PGH Pest Control to deal with a rodent infestation in our loft. They did a comprehensive review of the property and provided a detailed report. The work involved elimination of the rodents, emptying the loft, removing the old insulation and replacing this after having decontaminated the space. They also detected some woodworm, which they also treated. They repaired parts of the roof and put a one way sleeve in the drain, both of which were measures to prevent further infestation. The work was expertly and professionally led by André. Certificates were provided to show the work had been completed. I would definitely recommend PGH for its end to end process

The service provided was absolutely perfect, from the initial contact through to the wasp/bee nest removal. My initial call was answered very promptly, I had regular updates, (communication can be through WhatsApp if one wishes (I did!)),  service was delivered on time within a few days of my initial call and all for a competitive price. Very positive experience with Paul from Bailey’s pest control today. He came over to inspect my property for bed bugs, was very reassuring. Had a rapid PCR test to quickly show if bed bugs were present - thankfully we think it was negative. Reassuring and experienced, would recommend. I will use him I be the future if I am concerned again or with other pest issues.
