Michael was brilliant when we called him in, sorted our wasp problem with no fuss, both inside and outside the house, even though it was very high. Very informative and clearly passionate about what he does. Was also very helpful with advice with another pest problem we had a year later providing helpful advice which was invaluable in sorting it

Michael clearly knows what he's talking about. He was clear, concise and incredibly professional - very knowledgable, and left us with a good understanding of next steps and strategies. His attitude towards his work feels like a really rare thing to find these days, and as busy 30 somethings, it's fantastic to meet someone who really cares about your home and welfare - not just doing it for the cheque at the end. Will absolutely be using again (although hopefully won't need to if you catch my drift)

I would never go anywhere else for my pest control problems. Michael is truly the most professional person I've come across, his knowledge and passion are amazing and he fixed my problem in a matter of weeks (compared to another local company in Woking who spent 8 months trying to solve the same issue and charged me 3x as much). Don't think twice, make the call.

Brilliant company which treated a large squirrel infestation in and around our loft. I felt that I could trust this company totally and every step of the process in humanely exterminating the squirrels was explained thoroughly. Sam came out this morning to deal with a very large wasp nest. He explained what he was going to do and answered any questions or concerns we had. Sam dealt with the nest efficiently. We had builders on site too, Sam aLao explained to them how long to wait before continuing any work on site. Thank you as I felt reassured and in good hands. There is a warrenty also so you know their work is covered for a certain period of time.

Hired for wasp removal, they were very prompt in responding and came round the next day to do the job. They were very pleasant and talked me through the process and what to expect once the job is done. Given the size of the wasps nest I think we will require another visit and assuming this is done satisfactorily and similarly to the first treatment then I will have no hesitation in upgrading this review to 5 stars!

Paul quickly and efficantly got our invasion of rats dealt with. He made the whole process extremely efficant and would deffinatly use his services again.

Paul came to my propertie for 2 separate problems the first was rats that are now no more. The second was a mole that was unfortunatly digging under my koi pond. Again this problem was solved in under 48hours the mole was sent packing. On both occasions Paul was fast to respond, extremely proffesional, humane and overall very friendly. Would highly recommend.

I own a pest control business and was looking for a supplier of quality traps in large numbers. Rang Ronin for some mole traps, the advice he offered was brilliant. He supplied the traps quickly and they were exactly as described. He clearly understands mole catching to a very high standard. Not just a salesman who talks the talk he can obviously deal with mole problems quickly and effectively.
