I can not speak too highly about Michael's service! He is, in my opinion, a thoroughly decent, honest, knowledgeable pest control engineer. He made an initial visit at two hours' notice and arrived a little early. His inspection was extremely thorough, remedy was clearly stated and meticulously carried out. A follow up visit was included in the price and again, completed in a timely and efficient manner. Michael considered the second visit unlikely to be necessary but "belt and braces" to ensure total eradication.

Michael came round to advise me on rats. He was very punctual, knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommend.

I own a pest control business and was looking for a supplier of quality traps in large numbers. Rang Ronin for some mole traps, the advice he offered was brilliant. He supplied the traps quickly and they were exactly as described. He clearly understands mole catching to a very high standard. Not just a salesman who talks the talk he can obviously deal with mole problems quickly and effectively.

Paul came to my propertie for 2 separate problems the first was rats that are now no more. The second was a mole that was unfortunatly digging under my koi pond. Again this problem was solved in under 48hours the mole was sent packing. On both occasions Paul was fast to respond, extremely proffesional, humane and overall very friendly.
