Oscar is absolutely fantastic. He goes above and beyond to help. Always polite and friendly. Won't give up until the problem is sorted. We especially appreciated him maintaining communication and reminding us of every appointment. 100% recommended.

Been having problems with pigeons roosting on our balcony laying eggs and fouling all over everything. Tried everything Amazon had to throw at them but nothing would work and keep them away. Was recommended Oscar at OG pest control from a neighbour who had used them & we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Oscar and his colleague were both super friendly & very professional when it came to their job. A very clean & precise job has been done by the both of them. Could rate them highly enough or recommend them more for any pest control jobs.

Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood. He also quoted the best price of all the pest companies I contacted as well as offering the earliest appointment.

We rang SAS Pest Control at 5pm and they arrived at 11.00 the following morning to destroy a wasps nest inside our chimney. Not an easy job, the nest was very quickly and efficiently dealt with. Fast and friendly service.

I will wholeheartedly recommend County Pest Control and Michael for anyone looking for a solution. Called Michael once. He was at the doorstep in 24 hours. I had a huge wasp infestation. Michael got rid of it in 30 mins. Payment was via bank transfer. He even provided a receipt. He was very professional.

Michael clearly knows what he's talking about. He was clear, concise and incredibly professional - very knowledgable, and left us with a good understanding of next steps and strategies. His attitude towards his work feels like a really rare thing to find these days, and as busy 30 somethings, it's fantastic to meet someone who really cares about your home and welfare - not just doing it for the cheque at the end. Will absolutely be using again (although hopefully won't need to if you catch my drift)

While fixing a shed door for my parents, I saw wasps flying in and out a hole in the shed. I called this company, explained the situation, and was really pleased the wasps could be dealt with the next morning... Anyway, it was a LARGE wasps' nest, so definitely best left to a professional! He treated the area and physically removed the nest. There were a few stray wasps, but they vanished within a couple of hours. Good job and he seemed like a nice guy.... recommended.

Gavin is very professional, I highly recommend him if you have a wasp or hornet nest that needs to go. Very prompt response, within an hour he had replied and within a matter of days (would have been sooner but I needed him to wait) he came out and treated the nest. Now I can actually open my bedroom windows so no more stuffy nights for me :)

Gavin was calm and professional. I contacted Guildford Wasp Control when I discovered a small wasp nest in my shed. I felt rather stupid as the wasp nest didn't seem that big on a second look. Jason came out at short notice to investigate a potential wasp nest in our attic. Really knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He was here for around 15-20 minutes but wouldn’t accept payment because there was no removal required. Highly recommended and he’s now our “go to” pest control expert.

Michael came to our rescue a couple of weeks ago when there was an issue at my daughter’s flat. He replied to my enquiry immediately, was informative and professional. I called this company as we heard noises under our kitchen units and our dog was paying too much attention to this area. The business owner came the same day and was brilliant. Really nice guy, very knowledgeable and not expensive in my opinion. His fee included visits after the initial visit to check on the areas concerned. Definitely a number/name to keep handy!

I have had excellent service from this company. Technicians & admin staff are very knowledgeable- polite and friendly The service that had until now had been excellent. Wouldn’t use anyone different. I am going to use them to seal my loft so that squirrels and other predators can no longer enter loft area. They have also helped with mouse infestation - nothing us too much trouble

Sam came out this morning to deal with a very large wasp nest. He explained what he was going to do and answered any questions or concerns we had. Sam dealt with the nest efficiently. We had builders on site too, Sam aLao explained to them how long to wait before continuing any work on site. Thank you as I felt reassured and in good hands. There is a warrenty also so you know their work is covered for a certain period of time.
