After a bad experience with another company we arranged for Stuart to come in and replace our bathroom with a wet room as i live with my disabled Nan. Stuart was fantastic very professional and reliable he’s work was to a high standand. Would highly recommend

Very good communication. Simon let me know when he would arrive. Serviced our boiler efficiently and rectified a fault with clear explanation. Replacing the valve took quite a short time considering the price. The cost of the part on the invoice would have been helpful .

Highly recommended! An excellent and professional service from requesting a quote to completing the work (a running tap in a hard-to-access place and servicing an unvented cylinder/water softener). Easy to arrange, excellent communication, and arrived as promised for the next day time slot. Invoice exactly as quoted, plus some free advice on additional insulation, and how we could easily do it ourselves. Five star work.

Simon has been servicing and maintaining my boiler for the last 4 years or so and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Sadly this time I took the decision it wasn't cost effective to repair my 16 year old boiler and Simon has now installed a new boiler for me. Very good communications amongst me, the office manager and the person ordering the materials and doing the work. I needed advice on the best domestic twin (hot and cold) water pump replacement and also some tech help with vibration and noise. All the team were very responsive, helpful and the job was done quickly with excellent quality and the site left clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

A very old boiler needed a service but it quickly became clear it needed to be sent to a museum. The guys moved their schedule to fit a replacement boiler the following week.
