Adam and Dan are just two really nice personable plumbers intent on providing the best service and outcome for the customer. Adam is excellent at keeping in touch and updating progress on work in hand and always responds to calls where there’s a query.Dan is a meticulous tiler. - they work well together. Did a really good job on updating my bathroom and dealt efficiently and speedily with unforeseen difficulties.

Adam came and fitted a new bathroom for us in 2022, he dealt with unexpected problems well without giving me a headache about them. The overall quality of the fitting was good and came back nearly 12 months later to fix another issue with a faulty part quickly. Would recommend!

Brilliant. I'm not sure I've ever written a review before and I'm based overseas with a property I rent out in London. That's the background. Let's launch into the review. These guys not only deliver an excellent, highly efficient, fair costing plumbing service but their customer care is possibly the best I've encountered and that's saying something as I am a picky customer! They have consistently (and that's the key) delivered over a period of time an excellent service and whenever I've had a question or needed help they have gone above and beyond to deliver both the best physical plumbing service and virtual customer service. I would highly recommend Lee and his team. We have called upon them for a couple of issues in our flat and Lee recently installed a new boiler for us. Despite it being an awkward job, the finish is fantastic and our water pressure has even improved. What's more, Lee sent us some suggestions to improve other parts of the flat, such as the overall ventilation. Lee has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy and we'll be sure to use S&S again in the future.

I rang this morning about my leaky sink, Lee rang back very quickly, was very open, realistic and transparent regarding costs and was able to send out his guy Chris within the hour. Chris was polite and professional and he fixed the problem efficiently (which was caused by another “plumber” I had hired from a different company to install a new sink). Chris even cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Lee and his team and will definitely use them again!

Lee and his team were amazing, came on the same day with the correct fixings and had my shower up and running in no time. I had used Lee before and found him so helpful and friendly, with very reasonable prices and will go out of his way to do the job as quickly and well as possible.
